THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF CREATING AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION BASED ON PHENOTYPIC SIGNS OF A PERSON

The tempestuous and rapid development of biometric technologies based on both the static and dynamic identification signs of a person could not bypass one of the important spheres of life in modern society – the fight against crime. Most of the solutions related to personal identification by papillary patterns, iris and retina of the eye, drawing of veins on the arm and thermographic face cards are widely used in the access control and management systems, systems for protecting the automated information systems from unauthorized access to information. At the same time, the use of those signs in the investigation and disclosure of crimes is just beginning to be introduced into the activities of the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation. The use of the information systems in that area can significantly increase the effectiveness of the fight against crime, especially crimes against the person. Of particular interest is the use of data on the phenotypic signs of the suspect in the investigation of crimes, i.e. information about his height, weight, hair color, eyes, skin tone, and blood group. The article discusses the basic principles of creating an automated information system for identifying a person based on biological material left by persons who were present at the crime scene. It defines the complex of organizational and scientific issues that need to be solved when creating a system, ensuring its information security and software implementation. Also it proposes an algorithm for two-stage searching the information stored in the databases of the ISOD (UDS) services, based on modern data processing methods.

This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.

Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of the study show that the information system designed can process criminal data and is able to be implemented at the research site..

Introduction. The state of the modern economic environment requires the introduction of control in the management of agricultural enterprises. The control is aimed at identifying potential or existing adverse economic situations in the enterprise. The purpose of scientific research is to develop application areas of prognostic tools for monitoring and control in the management of agricultural enterprises. Results. The reason for the emergence and implementation of the control concept in the activities of agricultural enterprises is determined. It is established that the control system is characterized by recording information about past events and focus on the future. The reasons that determine the need for control are described. The role of control in the agricultural enterprise management is substantiated. The essence of control information technology in enterprise management is determined. An expert assessment of the cost structure for the implementation of the automated information system project was conducted. The approach to the choice of the automated information system is substantiated. Features and advantages of the most widespread automated information systems are described. It is proved that control is one of the most modern and effective enterprise management systems. The potential possibility of control to improve the performance of domestic agricultural enterprises has been identified. The role of control in marketing activity of agrarian business subjects in the conditions of market relations is allocated. An overview of the main control tools in the agricultural enterprises management is given. The purpose of control in the context of operational and strategic plans is outlined. Objects of analysis for formation of information base of control are allocated. The main tasks of marketing control in the agricultural enterprises activities are described. Conclusions. The integration of control and monitoring tools is necessary to obtain the desired effect in any management subsystem. Such integration has a positive effect on the economic efficiency of agricultural entities and helps to increase the level of decisions validity. In connection with the rapid development of information technology, modern society is in need of solving the problems of the accumulation, storage and automated processing of semiotically heterogeneous arrays of texts. An important task of the developed technologies is the search for operational methods for issuing a wide variety of information in accordance with the user’s request. The aim of the proposed work is to develop a computer information system that allows you to select the most appropriate illustration for the given text of the advertisement. In this case, the main content of the text is proposed to be presented in the form of a certain set of main and secondary keywords, and the content of the illustration in the form of a multi-level complex of descriptors. The proximity of these contents (and, accordingly, the correlation between the image and the verbal component of the advertisement) can be determined through the maximum number of matches of support words and descriptors, taking into account their importance. An important feature of this system is the use of a thesaurus method of representing the image content, which is a description of the illustration in the form of a certain set of words and the relations between these words within a certain subject area.

The Bengkayang Regional Secretariat is a regional apparatus that has the task of formulating policies in Regional Government whose main task is to assist Assistant III in the Administration and General Affairs in institutional arrangement, organizational development, management and performance of regional apparatus. However, this research focuses on the organizational part whose task is to produce output in the form of Regent Regulations, Regional Regulations and Decrees and so on. The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of information systems and propose a number of application portfolios that can support planning and realization to improve office performance. As seen from the development, the office is still working on various tasks manually and there is no information system that supports the operational performance of the office. This information system strategic planning uses the Ward and Peppard framework supported by a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats), Value Chain (main activity and support for internal offices), McFarlan Strategic Grid (Mapping applications). Research with this method provides recommendations that have a big influence in optimizing the application of information systems and increasing the effectiveness of performance so that the vision, mission and goals of the organization can be achieved by following the increasingly rapid development of technology. Proposals for information systems that can be implemented within the next 3 years, namely e-formation, SIOTAK, SI MONEV, SI SPPD and SI Staff Reference.

This paper discusses the idea that even though information systems development (ISD) approaches have long advocated the use of integrated organisational views, the modelling techniques used have not been adapted accordingly and remain focused on the automated information system (IS) solution. Existing research provides evidence that business process simulation (BPS) can be used at different points in the ISD process to provide better integrated organisational views that aid the design of appropriate IS solutions. Despite this fact, research in this area is not extensive; suggesting that the potential of using BPS for the ISD process is not yet well understood. The paper uses the findings from three different case studies to illustrate the ways BPS has been used at different points in the ISD process. It compares the results against IS modelling techniques, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages that BPS has over the latter. The research necessary to develop appropriate BPS tools and give guidance on their use in the ISD process is discussed.
