Introduction. The state of the modern economic environment requires the introduction of control in the management of agricultural enterprises. The control is aimed at identifying potential or existing adverse economic situations in the enterprise. The purpose of scientific research is to develop application areas of prognostic tools for monitoring and control in the management of agricultural enterprises. Results. The reason for the emergence and implementation of the control concept in the activities of agricultural enterprises is determined. It is established that the control system is characterized by recording information about past events and focus on the future. The reasons that determine the need for control are described. The role of control in the agricultural enterprise management is substantiated. The essence of control information technology in enterprise management is determined. An expert assessment of the cost structure for the implementation of the automated information system project was conducted. The approach to the choice of the automated information system is substantiated. Features and advantages of the most widespread automated information systems are described. It is proved that control is one of the most modern and effective enterprise management systems. The potential possibility of control to improve the performance of domestic agricultural enterprises has been identified. The role of control in marketing activity of agrarian business subjects in the conditions of market relations is allocated. An overview of the main control tools in the agricultural enterprises management is given. The purpose of control in the context of operational and strategic plans is outlined. Objects of analysis for formation of information base of control are allocated. The main tasks of marketing control in the agricultural enterprises activities are described. Conclusions. The integration of control and monitoring tools is necessary to obtain the desired effect in any management subsystem. Such integration has a positive effect on the economic efficiency of agricultural entities and helps to increase the level of decisions validity. Introduction. Due to the impact of the global financial crisis and the growth of competition in the international market, control in the enterprise management is becoming important. It provides feedback between the control and managed subsystems of the enterprise. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the monitoring and control system in the agricultural enterprises management in an unstable economic environment. Results. It is established that the existing approaches to the agricultural enterprise management do not contribute to the effective implementation of monitoring and control. The number of problems in the process of agribusiness management were identified based on expert analysis. It is determined that the development of strategic management in the agricultural enterprises activities is hampered by the lack of use of appropriate monitoring and control tools. The guidelines of agrarian business entities are determined in accordance with the market concept of enterprise management. The coefficient analysis of capacity utilization and profitability of agricultural enterprises is carried out. The inconsistency of the existing approaches of agricultural enterprises management to the requirements of the market environment has been established. It is revealed that the imperfect organization of enterprise management contributes to the formation of an unstable information base of enterprise control. The operative orientation of control in the enterprise management of the agrarian sphere and neglect of strategic factors of success are determined. It is substantiated that the integration of economic monitoring and control tools in the management system contributes to the growth of enterprises economic efficiency. Conclusions. The formation of strategic goals of agricultural enterprises is based on the distorted implementation of the sustainable development concept. The presence of a significant number of factors is determined that inhibit the process of increasing the investment attractiveness level and economic efficiency of agricultural businesses. Introduction. The lack of a unified methodology of the export potential assessing of agro-industrial enterprises poses some difficulties in the activities of export-oriented economic entities. This situation is conditioned by the subjectivity of the export potential concept, as well as the inability to establish a clear relationship between the enterprise export potential, the market export potential and the market enterprise position. The research purpose is to study the existing methodological approaches to the export potential assessment of agricultural enterprises. Results. The components of the enterprise export potential are determined. The model of export potential determination for the conditions of agrarian production is presented for the future. A set of indicators is described to characterize the export potential. The increase of role of the managing system in the enterprise international competitiveness is substantiated. The essence, purpose and peculiarities of managing the enterprise international competitiveness are outlined. The system structure of enterprise international competitiveness management (monitoring of competitive environment in the international market, assessment of the enterprise competitiveness level and their products, determining the mission of enterprise functioning, the strategy implementation of the international competitiveness management system, evaluation and control of the implementation results of the chosen strategy). The problematic aspects of the agricultural enterprise activity are identified in the process of managing international competitiveness. The measures aimed at improving the management of the international competitiveness of agricultural enterprises are characterized and substantiated. Conclusions. Assessing the export potential of agricultural enterprises is an important issue in the process of improving their export activities. Developing valuation approaches that take into account the specifics of the domestic and world economies will enhance the export potential of agricultural enterprises. This, in turn, will be the basis for developing the country's exports. Abstract Introduction. Food businesses are constantly experiencing financial difficulties due to untimely activity results analysis. The financial stability support program is a key objective of the agricultural enterprise. It is possible to ensure its effective functioning through the introduction of an appropriate internal control system. In today's volatile economic environment, only businesses with the proper level of competitiveness and financial sustainability can function productively. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need and to find ways to implement monitoring and control of financial stability and economic security in the management of agricultural enterprises. Results. The purpose and the most effective means of ensuring Ukraine's food policy in the current economic conditions are determined. The stages of economic monitoring (preparatory stage, research and analysis of the obtained results) are presented. The economic monitoring scheme of financial and economic situation at the enterprise is presented. Possible types of financial condition of agrarian enterprise are described. The interdependence of the financial stability type and the concept of competitive advantages development in food industry enterprises at different stages of their life cycle are presented. The comparative assessment of the existing ways and methods of monitoring financial stability have been shown in the context of conducting an internal analysis of the agricultural enterprises financial stability. The characteristic of financial stability monitoring of agrarian enterprise production on the basis of matrix method is given. The results of the financial sustainability assessment of the enterprise «Kulindorovsky» are presented based on the matrix scheme. The conformity of the integral indicator of the enterprises financial stability type of the food industry in the Odessa region is estimated. The realization directions of the algorithm of internal systematic analysis implementation of agricultural enterprises financial stability are indicated. Conclusions. Analysis of agrarian enterprise financial stability it is advisable to carry out using the matrix algorithm. The proposed methodology will allow to anticipate possible threats to the financial activity of the agricultural enterprise. The results obtained will help to make management decisions aimed at stable activity of the enterprise. Рассматривается проблема выбора оптимальных параметров интерфейса в информационных системах с целью его персонализации под предпочтения пользователя и возможности его оборудования. В настоящее время для ее решения используется алгоритмическое обеспечение и статистическая обработка предпочтений пользователей, что не обеспечивает достаточной гибкости и точности. Поэтому в данной работе предлагается применение разработанного метода адаптации параметров интерфейса, основанного на анализе и обработке пользовательской информации с помощью нейронных сетей. Научная новизна метода заключается в автоматизации сбора, анализа данных и настройки интерфейса за счет использования и интеграции нейронных сетей в информационную систему. Рассмотрена практическая реализация предлагаемого метода на Python. Экспертная оценка адаптивности интерфейса тестовой информационной системы после внедрения разработанного метода показала его перспективность и эффективность. Разработанный метод показывает лучшую точность и низкую сложность программной реализации относительно классического алгоритмического подхода. Полученные результаты могут использоваться для автоматизации процесса выбора компонентов интерфейса различных информационных систем. Дальнейшие исследования заключаются в развитии и интеграции разработанного метода в рамках фреймворка адаптации информационных систем Here we consider the problem of choosing the optimal parameters of the interface in information systems with the aim of personalizing it for the preferences of the user and the capabilities of his equipment. Currently, algorithmic support and statistical processing of user preferences are used to solve it, which does not provide sufficient flexibility and accuracy. Therefore, in this work, we propose the application of the developed method for adapting interface parameters based on the analysis and processing of user information using neural networks. The scientific novelty of the method is to automate the collection, analysis of data and interface settings through the use and integration of neural networks in the information system. We consider the practical implementation of the proposed method in Python. An expert assessment of the adaptability of the interface of the test information system after the implementation of the developed method showed its availability and efficiency. The developed method shows the best accuracy and low complexity of software implementation relative to the classical algorithmic approach. The results obtained can be used to automate the selection of interface components for various information systems. Further research consists in the development and integration of the developed method within the framework of the information systems adaptation framework

Recognising that implementing an agricultural enterprise impacts the state of the environment, its ecological stability, and the self- regulatory capabilities of ecosystems, the aim of this paper is to acquaint the professional and lay public about the attitudes of Slovakian agricultural enterprises towards environmental protection and sustainable development. The paper draws attention to present methods, techniques, and tools that enterprise management are applying for the purpose of meeting and overcoming environmental challenges. The data for this research were obtained from controlled interviews and a questionnaire survey conducted across more than 90 agricultural enterprises. Based on the data outcomes, research premises and formulated research hypotheses put forward are verified by using Friedman, Wilcoxon, Kruskal–Wallis, and Pearson chi-square tests. Discussion of the findings points out that although Slovakia is not yet one of the most polluting countries, promoting the application of environmental protection approaches for sustainable development is of the essence. The most important agriculturally related step, mitigating environmental degradation, is to promote changes in the moral values of agricultural enterprises and the society through enhanced environmental awareness and application practices.

Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.
