In this article, the evaluation criteria (general technical condition, durability, conditional reliability) of construction objects are considered on the example of a boiler house in Rostov-on-Don. On the basis of the system analysis, a classification of characteristics is made and classification of the parameters of the construction object is made, where the main errors in the design, construction and operation are identified, and the logical and probabilistic relationships between them are identified, which made it possible to establish the possibility of the onset of critical events and states that They create emergency situations (accidents). The estimated building management criteria allow the formation of a data bank with the help of which it is planned to calculate the criteria and make decisions when operating.

AbstractmiRNAs (or microRNAs) are small, endogenous, and noncoding RNAs construct of about 22 nucleotides. Cumulative evidence from biological experiments shows that miRNAs play a fundamental and important role in various biological processes. Therefore, the classification of miRNA is a critical problem in computational biology. Due to the short length of mature miRNAs, many researchers are working on precursor miRNAs (pre-miRNAs) with longer sequences and more structural features. Pre-miRNAs can be divided into two groups as mirtrons and canonical miRNAs in terms of biogenesis differences. Compared to mirtrons, canonical miRNAs are more conserved and easier to be identified. Many existing pre-miRNA classification methods rely on manual feature extraction. Moreover, these methods focus on either sequential structure or spatial structure of pre-miRNAs. To overcome the limitations of previous models, we propose a nucleotide-level hybrid deep learning method based on a CNN and LSTM network together. The prediction resulted in 0.943 (%95 CI ± 0.014) accuracy, 0.935 (%95 CI ± 0.016) sensitivity, 0.948 (%95 CI ± 0.029) specificity, 0.925 (%95 CI ± 0.016) F1 Score and 0.880 (%95 CI ± 0.028) Matthews Correlation Coefficient. When compared to the closest results, our proposed method revealed the best results for Acc., F1 Score, MCC. These were 2.51%, 1.00%, and 2.43% higher than the closest ones, respectively. The mean of sensitivity ranked first like Linear Discriminant Analysis. The results indicate that the hybrid CNN and LSTM networks can be employed to achieve better performance for pre-miRNA classification. In future work, we study on investigation of new classification models that deliver better performance in terms of all the evaluation criteria.

Dyeing textile’s information management system is the basis of accurate classification of color, machine studying methods have became a popular area of research for application in color classification. Traditional classification methods have high efficiency and are very simple , but they are dependent on the distribution of sample spaces. If the sample data properties are not independent, forecast precision will been affected badly and internal instability will appear. An application of Gray-Relation for dyeing textile color classification has been designed, which offsets the discount in mathematical statistics method for system analysis. It is applicable regardless of variant in sample size, while quantizing structure is in agreement with qualitative analysis. On the basis of theoretical analysis, Dyeing textile color classification was conducted in the conditions of random sampling、 uniform sampling and stratified sampling. The experimental results proofs that by using Gray-Relation, dyeing textile color classification does not need to be dependent on sample space distribution, and increases the stability of classification.

The key questions concerning particular sections of the topic Burns in Emergencies are presented. Particular attention is paid to the presentation of terminology. For this, the wording of the Federal Laws, Government Resolutions and Orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation were used. In accordance with the latter, the classification of emergency situations is given, as well as the criteria by which their damage is assessed. It has been established that the involvement of the forces and means of the Ministry of Defense in the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations is spelled out in the Federal Law. In addition, an argument is made on what basis the citizens of the Russian Federation are obliged to constantly improve their knowledge and practical skills in studying numerous issues of protecting the population, providing assistance to victims, in carrying out emergency rescue operations, etc. situations that led to massive burns. Key features of burns as injuries sustained in emergency situations are formulated. Also, aggravating circumstances are listed that negatively affect the general condition of the victims. The role and place of clinical guidelines as a fundamental development governing the sequence of the organization and content of medical care for those burned at the stages of medical evacuation are indicated. Attention is drawn to the legal significance of the problem.

In the context of providing trouble-free operation of oil and gas pipelines and preventing possible negative impacts on the environment, the issues of constructing an integrated mathematical model for assessing the technical condition of pipelines and the impact of emergency situations on the state of the environment in the course of hydrocarbon leakage are considered. The model of the evaluation of the stress-strain state of the pipeline according to the data on the displacement of surface points for the above ground and underground sections is given by constructing the law of motion of the site by known displacements of a certain set of surface points using assumptions about the type of deformation of the sections and reproduction of the deformations and stresses tensors components   on the basis of different models of deformed solid body. The specified model does not require information on the whole complex of forces and loads acting on the investigated object during operation. The flow model has been refined in a pipeline with a violation of its tightness by recording a special type of boundary conditions for a Navier-Stokes equation system in a two-dimensional formulation and developing an original method for its solution on the basis of the finite difference method. In the article the stability conditions of the proposed numerical schemes on basis of the spectral sign of stability are presented. In order to assess possible negative impacts on the environment, a model of propagation of matter at its leakage from the pipeline was developed by solving two-dimensional diffusion equations taking into account the variables and different types of boundary conditions that take into account the number of sources of pollution and their intensity. The results of computations based on computational algorithms implemented by these models and graphic material illustrating these calculations are presented, peculiarities of distribution of harmful substances in the environment near the pipeline are analyzed. Directions of further researches for successful practical realization of the offered models are established.

Technologies for the trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines using various types of coatings have been used for almost half a century. Considering that the assumed life expectancy of such renewed pipelines is 50 years, it will be necessary to assess their technical condition in the near future. The aim of this article is to attempt to answer the question "Do existing damage classification methods allow for the full and reliable assessment of the sewers already renewed with rehabilitation coatings?". The scope of the article, and its original part, is to describe how the problem of damage assessment of rehabilitation coatings has been included in various methods of classification of underground infrastructure pipelines, and conducting a comparison that compares these methods in terms of the damages described. An interpretation of the results of the research on rehabilitation coatings operated in various time periods, starting from those recently applied to those operating for over 30 years, was also made. The result of the analysis is to present the differences and deficiencies in the damage classification methods discussed.

The general trend in data management is to outsource data to 3rd party systems that would provide data retrieval as a service. This approach naturally brings privacy concerns about the (potentially sensitive) data. Recently, quite extensive research has been done on privacy-preserving outsourcing of traditional exact-match and keyword search. However, not much attention has been paid to outsourcing of similarity search, which is essential in content-based retrieval in current multimedia, sensor or scientific data. In this paper, the authors propose a scheme of outsourcing similarity search. They define evaluation criteria for these systems with an emphasis on usability, privacy and efficiency in real applications. These criteria can be used as a general guideline for a practical system analysis and we use them to survey and mutually compare existing approaches. As the main result, the authors propose a novel dynamic similarity index EM-Index that works for an arbitrary metric space and ensures data privacy and thus is suitable for search systems outsourced for example in a cloud environment. In comparison with other approaches, the index is fully dynamic (update operations are efficient) and its aim is to transfer as much load from clients to the server as possible.

The distribution and abundance of the carabid beetle fauna of selected grassy ecosystems, wet and dry sclerophyll forests, and wet heaths in the Eastern Tiers, Tasmania was examined using pitfall traps. The conservation values of the sites were assessed by applying evaluation criteria typically used for vegetation (i.e., representativeness, typicalness, diversity and rarity) to both the carabid fauna data and the vegetation data. Sites of high conservation value for carabids and vegetation were identified and compared. Sites that ranked highest in terms of the carabid fauna on all conservation criteria were not the sites that ranked highest based on the vegetation. Classification of sites produced different results depending on whether plant or carabid data were used. Conservation based solely on vegetation attributes will therefore not necessarily conserve a rich and/or representative carabid fauna. If the objective to conserve a representative range of all biota is to be met, the use of additional taxa such as carabids in conservation assessments is desirable.

This paper is devoted to the actual problem of cosmetology - the procedures of filament rejuvenation of face and neck, which become popular every year. Literature data on the efficacy of these methods are controversial. The authors of most works indicate the minimum number of complications in the practical absence of negative appraisal methodology. The issues of development of the indication for use of some types of filaments and optimal criteria of evaluation of the expected effect in clinical practice are relevant and are discussed in this paper. Taking into account the absence of objective information about long-term consequences, other practical aspects of filament rejuvenation, the authors on the basis of many years of research and experience has specified evaluation criteria and suggested own classification of cosmetic filaments used in the method of filament rejuvenation of face and neck. Installation of filaments with different cosmetic features allows to reaching three different anti-aging effects: lifting, reinforcing and bio-stimulation. The degree of manifestation of these effects depends on the installation method of the thread, but first of all - on the design of conductive filament and needle or cannula. Based on the above data, the authors propose to divide all known cosmetic filaments on the basis of their purpose, proceeding from the achieved effect for three species - lifting, reinforcing and bio-stimulating. The new classification can be used in practice to optimize the selection of filaments for rejuvenation of face and neck and to reduce unintended side effects. The proposed classification of filaments has the purpose of definition of a fundamental criterion for their beauty opportunities. The practical application of this classification contributes to ensure adequate choice of filaments to perform the procedure, reduce side effects and create realistic expectations of doctors and patients from the procedures of the rejuvenation of face and neck.
