Concrete efforts that can support the improvement of the quality of professional performance of employees are training, motivation, and work discipline. These three factors are considered very decisive, because if they are observed and done well, it will have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources or employee performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of discipline, training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of Big Hall Region Bengawan Solo River. Research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all employees of the Central Bengawan Solo River Region of 600 employees, using Simple Random Sampling taken 25%, obtained a sample of 150 employees. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. <em>This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at a medical equipment company in East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to respondents. This research was tested with validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study partially giving awards a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. AbstractThis research aimed to analyze and determine the performance of employees in the Secretariat Division of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jakarta and Tangerang using motivational variables are analyzed based on the theory of intrinsic motivation, according to Herzberg two-factor theory. This research was conducted to measure employee performance using several indicators, including the number (quantity) of work, quality of work, precision time, attendance, and cooperation ability. The method used in this research is the quantitative method with survey research and data collection through a questionnaire to the respondent. Processing data using a data analysis tool named SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 21. The samples used in this study as many as 23 people. Based on the calculation simple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.113 + 0,894X. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination the influence of work motivation (Variable X) on the performance (Variable Y) is equal to 0.413 or 41.3%, while the remaining 0.587 or 58.7% is influenced by independent variables studied were: job satisfaction, stress, trust, justice, ethics, training and decision-making. From the calculation of significance test (partial test) can be obtained values (t count > t table), i.e. 3.844 > 1.721 that means Ha accepted and Ho rejected, so the hypothesis are "There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Employees Performance at Secretariat Division of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jakarta and Tangerang" which means that the hypothesis can be accepted.Key words: Performance, Work Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kinerja pegawai pada Divisi Kesekretariatan PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang dengan menggunakan variabel motivasi yang dianalisis berdasarkan teori motivasi intrinsik, menurut teori dua faktor Herzberg. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator, diantaranya jumlah (kuantitas) pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran, dan kemampuan kerja sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei serta pengumpulan data melalui kusioner ke responden. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan alat bantu analisis data yaitu SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 21. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 orang. Berdasarkan pada perhitungan analisis regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan regresi Y = 5,113 + 0,894X. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja (Variabel X) terhadap kinerja (Variabel Y) adalah sebesar 0,413 atau 41,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,587 atau 58,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas yang diteliti yaitu: kepuasan kerja, stress, kepercayaan, keadilan, etika, pelatihan dan pengambilan keputusan. Dari hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi (uji parsial) dapat diperoleh nilai (t hitung > t tabel) yaitu 3,844 > 1,721 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga hipotesis yang didapat adalah “Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Divisi Kesekretariatan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang.” yang berarti hipotesis tersebut dapat diterima.Kata kunci: Kinerja, Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

The problem faced by the Central Bureau of Statistics is the remuneration that becomes the dependency of employees and the low work ethic. The problem causes employee performance is not optimal. This research uses quantitative analysis method with simple regression analysis tool, and multiple linear regression. The technique used in this research to obtain data about, is as follows: Interview and Questionnaire / Quesioner. The population of this study is all employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), which amounts to 100 people including the Head of Public Bureau. Census sampling technique with sample random sampling and the result of formula used to determine and sampling by Taro Yamane (in Riduwan, 2010: 249). Data analysis using linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical test to see the effect of remuneration and work ethic on Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at General Bureau of Statistics Center in 2016, with significant 10%.After passing the validity and reliability of the data, obtained the result that states that Remuneration partially affect on employee performance. Similarly, work ethics based on research shows a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study and research together Remuneration and Working Ethics have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance on the General Bureau of the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study aims to determine the Effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The population in this study is all employees in the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara as many as 53 people at the same times as respondents ( census method). Data collected by using Questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that the motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian danPengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance it can be seen from the coefficient of determination ( r2 ) = 0,885 at 88,50% which means that the performance of employees at the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara 88,50% determined by motivation and the rest 11, 50 % determined by other variables or beyond the research model

This research aims to review and analyze the influence of training and development of the performance of employees. The population in this research is of permanent workers at the PT. Nawakara Mighty Nusantara, which consisted of 72 people. Researchers used saturated where sample of a whole population are only sampled. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was the worship of idols linear regression analysis. The research results show that a )  training in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, b ) the development of a career in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, c ) training and the development of a career together significant impact on employee performance. PT Telkom Indonesia is one of the best SOE companies in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by Telkom is to always become a good corporate that they have experienced and knowledgeable human resource. This research aimed to determine the effects of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator in PT Telkom Indonesia division of regional II Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The basic theory used in this research is the basis theory of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The population in this study was Regional II employees of PT Telkom Indonesia that have 95 respondents as the total of respondent in this research. The sampling technique type used non-probability sampling with using convenience sampling. In this research the method was using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination) using application called SPSS 20 for windows. The research results in this study revealed that there is a positive impact and significant relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance partially; while from simultaneously of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator also has a positive relationship and significant effect. Conclusion from this study showed that teamwork variable moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance in Regional II PT Telkom Indonesia.
