This research aims to review and analyze the influence of training and development of the performance of employees. The population in this research is of permanent workers at the PT. Nawakara Mighty Nusantara, which consisted of 72 people. Researchers used saturated where sample of a whole population are only sampled. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was the worship of idols linear regression analysis. The research results show that a )  training in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, b ) the development of a career in full have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of employees, c ) training and the development of a career together significant impact on employee performance. And d ) a variable that dominant that influences the performance employees is the development of a career. Keywords: training, the development of career, and performance employees.

PT Telkom Indonesia is one of the best SOE companies in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by Telkom is to always become a good corporate that they have experienced and knowledgeable human resource. This research aimed to determine the effects of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator in PT Telkom Indonesia division of regional II Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The basic theory used in this research is the basis theory of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The population in this study was Regional II employees of PT Telkom Indonesia that have 95 respondents as the total of respondent in this research. The sampling technique type used non-probability sampling with using convenience sampling. In this research the method was using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination) using application called SPSS 20 for windows. The research results in this study revealed that there is a positive impact and significant relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance partially; while from simultaneously of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator also has a positive relationship and significant effect. Conclusion from this study showed that teamwork variable moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance in Regional II PT Telkom Indonesia.

Concrete efforts that can support the improvement of the quality of professional performance of employees are training, motivation, and work discipline. These three factors are considered very decisive, because if they are observed and done well, it will have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources or employee performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of discipline, training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of Big Hall Region Bengawan Solo River. Research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all employees of the Central Bengawan Solo River Region of 600 employees, using Simple Random Sampling taken 25%, obtained a sample of 150 employees. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The study was conducted at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Snvt Provision of Housing in Riau Province. The aim is to find out the direct effect of educational background and selection, on the competence and performance of field workers with supervision as a moderating variable. This study took a sample of 128 people. The variables used are educational background, selection, competence and performance and supervision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that there was an influence of educational background and selection on the competence of field workers. And simultaneously there is an influence of educational background and selection on competence. And there is an effect of competence on performance which is moderated by supervision. The better the supervision, the competence of field staff will increase.

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables.Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase.
