AbstractThis research aimed to analyze and determine the performance of employees in the Secretariat Division of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jakarta and Tangerang using motivational variables are analyzed based on the theory of intrinsic motivation, according to Herzberg two-factor theory. This research was conducted to measure employee performance using several indicators, including the number (quantity) of work, quality of work, precision time, attendance, and cooperation ability. The method used in this research is the quantitative method with survey research and data collection through a questionnaire to the respondent. Processing data using a data analysis tool named SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 21. The samples used in this study as many as 23 people. Based on the calculation simple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.113 + 0,894X. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination the influence of work motivation (Variable X) on the performance (Variable Y) is equal to 0.413 or 41.3%, while the remaining 0.587 or 58.7% is influenced by independent variables studied were: job satisfaction, stress, trust, justice, ethics, training and decision-making. From the calculation of significance test (partial test) can be obtained values (t count > t table), i.e. 3.844 > 1.721 that means Ha accepted and Ho rejected, so the hypothesis are "There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Employees Performance at Secretariat Division of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jakarta and Tangerang" which means that the hypothesis can be accepted.Key words: Performance, Work Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kinerja pegawai pada Divisi Kesekretariatan PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang dengan menggunakan variabel motivasi yang dianalisis berdasarkan teori motivasi intrinsik, menurut teori dua faktor Herzberg. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator, diantaranya jumlah (kuantitas) pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran, dan kemampuan kerja sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei serta pengumpulan data melalui kusioner ke responden. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan alat bantu analisis data yaitu SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 21. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 orang. Berdasarkan pada perhitungan analisis regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan regresi Y = 5,113 + 0,894X. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja (Variabel X) terhadap kinerja (Variabel Y) adalah sebesar 0,413 atau 41,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,587 atau 58,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas yang diteliti yaitu: kepuasan kerja, stress, kepercayaan, keadilan, etika, pelatihan dan pengambilan keputusan. Dari hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi (uji parsial) dapat diperoleh nilai (t hitung > t tabel) yaitu 3,844 > 1,721 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga hipotesis yang didapat adalah “Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Divisi Kesekretariatan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang.” yang berarti hipotesis tersebut dapat diterima.Kata kunci: Kinerja, Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik

This research has purpose to revealed those affect from all dimensions of employee engagement, which is vigor, dedication and absorption on the performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance. The aims of this research was to discovered an descriptive explanation relates to the vigor, dedication, absorption and also employees performance at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance and it affects towards the performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance. The research population was all employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance, which amounted of 210 people. Due to the relatively small population, so all the employees were made as respondents (saturated sampling). The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Sciences) software version 25. The results showed that vigor had a positive and significant affect on employee performance, dedication had a positive and significant affect on employee performance and absorption had a positive and significant affect on employee performance. All above variables has a weak impact with coefficient of determination (R²) only for 32%.

Concrete efforts that can support the improvement of the quality of professional performance of employees are training, motivation, and work discipline. These three factors are considered very decisive, because if they are observed and done well, it will have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources or employee performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of discipline, training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance of Big Hall Region Bengawan Solo River. Research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all employees of the Central Bengawan Solo River Region of 600 employees, using Simple Random Sampling taken 25%, obtained a sample of 150 employees. In this research was conducted at the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the commitment, organizational and influence of job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis. The technique of data collection  done by giving a questionnaire.  The population in this study is the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency with 49 respondents. Testing the research. Testing the research instrument is done by testing the validity and reliability test using a Likert scale. Data analysis tool use classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and F test. The result of this indicate that commitment organizational, job statisfaction and employee performance is a high category.  Commitment organizational has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satifactions has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect purely on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.

This study shall aim inestablishing the effect of work safety as well as the training on performance at PT Aerofood Catering ServiceLaundry Division, to specify the effect of training on the performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division, and to find out how much influence work safety and training shall impact on performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division collectively.The population and sample of this study shall be 50 respondents who are employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division. The variables in this study consist of Occupational Safety (X1) and Training (X2) as independent variables while Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

<p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This research was conducted at University Banten Jaya (UNBAJA). The purpose of this research were: 1) to know how the quality of academic service. 2) to know how student satisfaction. 3) to know how the influence of academic service to the level of student satisfaction. In this research data collection technique was spreading  questionnaires for 322 respondents(19,5%)  of 1.649 populations. The method used in this research was descriptive. The Data analysis included, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality, heteroscedasticity, linearity), correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, significance test (f test, t test,coefficient of determination). The results were data analysis has been done obtained results where the academic services included into the category of "High Service Quality" (62,28%).  Meanwhile, the level of student satisfaction "Satisfied" category (0,81). And the influence of academic service to the level of student satisfaction was 0,678, it meant that the influence of Academic Service (X) on Student Satisfaction Level was 67,80% and 32,2% was influenced by other variable. Thus it could be concluded that there was significant influence between the academic service on the level of student satisfaction.

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.
