In addition to reducing the need for workers from other companies, PT also reduces the number of employees. Pure Solo for Boyolali. The aims of this study is to determine the interaction between interactions, To analyze the competitive advantage of job satisfaction and competition goals of PT. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Testing methods include quantitative representation; The sampling technique used in the cluster sample and the Slowan formula provides a sample of 97 employees from the production department. Data analysis techniques used various linear regressions; F test; t test coefficient. The results shown are: 1) Commitment; Job satisfaction and competitive advantage significantly affect the motives and intentions of employees to change PT. Solo Murni, Boyolali, 2) encouraged PT staff to be positive and part of the competition. Purely solo in Boyolali; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and partial effect on employee motivation to replace PT. According to Boyolali's four competitive advantages, Murni Murni has a positive and partial impact on PT. Staff competition. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Stress can be sourced from several factors or commonly known as stressors. Operational employee has been identified as a job that has high stress level. Hang-yue(20056) states that an employee who is under stress due to sources of stress can have an impact on decreasing job satisfaction. This can also lead to increased turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of role stressor on turnover intention directly nor indirectly. This study using quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling of 40 employees from operational division’s stevedoring company in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between role stressor and turover intention directly nor indirectly

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and competitive advantage on marketing performance; test the effect entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation towards marketing performance are mediated by competitive advantage. The sample in this study was 132 owners from a population of 463 SMEs owners of Tempe chips. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a direct positive effect on marketing performance; market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; market orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage; competitive advantage has a direct positive effect on marketing performance; entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage; Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a partial mediating variable.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitive advantage on marketing performance; test the effect of product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation towards marketing performance through competitive advantage as a mediation variable. The sample in this study was 69 owners of small and medium industries bakery in Ponorogo Residence who had made innovations on their products. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. Data analysis techniques used the approach Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results found that product innovation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a direct positive effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage, and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a partial mediating variable.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. The population of 116 employees and a sample of 90 respondents were calculated using slovin formula with 5% error rate, sampling techniques using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used is primary data. Methods of collected data through questionnaires. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions, F-tests, t-tests and determination tests. The results of regression tests and F-tests showed there was an influence of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 outbreak. The results of the t test showed there was an influence of turnover intention on job satisfaction, and there was an influence of information technology on job satisfaction. And the results of the determination test showed variable turnover intention and information technology was able to contribute to job satisfaction.   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh turnover intention dan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada masa pandemi covid-19 di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. Populasi berjumlah 116 orang karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 90 orang responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan uji determinasi. Hasil pengujian regresi dan uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention dan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada masa pendemi covid-19. Hasil uji t menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan ada pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan variabel turnover intention dan teknologi informasi mampu berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction and its implications on the intention to move the nurse at the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. The results of this study can be useful practically and theoretically, i.e. as material development management of human resources, especially nurses in order to improve the quality and productivity of hospital services as well as lowering the intention of migration of nurses. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of this research was descriptive and verification. How to capture data through interviews and questionnaire with the techniques of observation and field Study, with the sampling technique of sampling is simple. The collection of Data in the field is done in 2019. Statistical analysis techniques to test hypotheses using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the culture of the organization, compensation, job satisfaction and intentions to move in general is pretty good. There is the influence of organizational culture and compensation as well as job satisfaction simultaneously on work satisfaction, as well as have a negative effect on the intention to move from the nurses in the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya.

This research is focused on Batik businessmen or craftsmen in Banyumas Regency, to examine the improvement of HR competency towards performance and sustainability achievement. This study uses purposive sampling technique and there are 52 samples collected. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that partially knowledge has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability, skills does not affect Performance, but affect Sustainability. Ability has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability. The variables of knowledge, skills, and abilities have 43,4 % effect on performance and have 48,2 % effect on sustainability. The results of the study indicate that batik business and craftsmen have the potential to develop and to manage HR competencies in a more directed and more optimal manner. HR competency has a strategic role in creating performance which will ultimately be a sustainable competitive advantage

Several previous research had conducted to identify factors that have a significant impact on SMEs' sustainable behavior. But unfortunately, there has not been a single study that explores the influence of these factors in an ongoing pandemic condition. Our study tried to describe the level of effectiveness of the contribution and ability of competitive advantage factors and corporate culture in improving the SMEs sustainable behavior. The results of this study can be used for better SME development strategies, especially in conditions where pandemics such as COVID-19 are still ongoing. This research was conducted using a sample of 194 SMEs in the province of South Kalimantan-Indonesia. Sampling took by a purposive sampling technique and an online questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis techniques are using SEM by testing the construct validity and reliability, influence testing, path analysis, and contribution effectiveness analysis. This study found that competitive advantage had no significant effect on sustainable behavior, while corporate culture has a substantial impact on SMEs' sustainable behavior. The total direct impact and effectiveness of the contribution given by the corporate culture factor are more significant (79%) compared to the competitive advantage factor (21%).

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of<br />employees at the CV Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan, to determine the turnover<br />intention of employees at the CV Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan, as well as to<br />determine whether there is influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention on the CV<br />Surya Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan. Determination of the sample in this study using<br />the sample Nonprobability sampling technique of sampling Purposive Sampling that is as<br />much as 70 employees. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire that<br />has been tested and validated and validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear<br />regression then t test. In releasing the data using the help of SPSS for windows version 22.0.<br />pnenlitian results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention on<br />the CV Surya Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan. Results of simple linear regression Y =<br />69.919 - 0,228X, meaning that if the job satisfaction increased by 1%, the turnover intention<br />fell by 0.228. The results obtained Sighit value is 0.000 while
