The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of trilogy leadership on human resource productivity, (2) the effect of satisfaction on human resource productivity, (3) the effect of organizational commitment on human resource productivity. This research is a quantitative research, descriptive analysis method and method of analysis of the coefficient of determinants. The population is employees of KUD Karya Mukti Cooperative and UMKM Jambi Province, the sample technique is stratified random and sampling. The method used was questionnaire data, while the data analysis technique used simultaneous, partial, and linear regression data. The results of this study use a significant result of 0.005 indicating that there is a negative influence on trilogy leadership with the variable of human resource productivity. In addition, there is also an effect of job satisfaction on the productivity of human resources which has a negative and insignificant effect. Then there is organizational commitment that has a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

Nurse's performance is crucial for the hospital, because it can improve services in hospitals where the quality of service of hospital largely determined by human resources in it. The nurse is most employees who are in the hospital, the nurse's performance for that very need to be improved for the Betterment of hospital services. This research aims to look at the picture of the performance of Hospital nurses Son Happy Cirebon and knowing how to influence motivation and job satisfaction on performance of nurses.  The method used in this research is quantitative research method that is descriptive. Analysis method used is by doing the test validity and reliability as well as a test of normality for comparison as well as multiple correlation and regression tests with multiple regression analysis method and processed with SPSS software 25. The results of this study showed that motivation and satisfaction have a correlation with the performance of the nurses, but after a test done together then obtained that motivation has no significant relationship with the performance, but job satisfaction have a significant influence on performance although only amounted to 19.6%. From this it can be concluded that the "motivation and job satisfaction have a correlation with the performance but after tested together just satisfaction of work that has significant relationship with the performance. Then the hospital should focus to improve the job satisfaction of nurses as well as looking for other variables that affect the performance of the nurses.

This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 67 employees, using saturated sample technique, especially simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the organizational culture OCB will also increase, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the OCB, and the higher the organizational commitment the higher the OCB in the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud.     Keywords:      organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior

The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance, 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) there is no influence of organizational culture and commitment organization of employee performance through job satisfaction PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi.

This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. This empirical research investigates the influence of the construction project managers’ contemporary leadership (CL) on the job satisfaction (JS), organizational commitment (OC), and turnover intention (TI) of the civil engineers in the Thai setting. A sequential explanatory mixed method was used in the study whereby the quantitative research was carried out with a sample of 450 civil engineers using a validated questionnaire and a structural equation model. An in-depth interview with another 10 civil engineers was subsequently conducted and the qualitative findings compared against the quantitative results. The quantitative results revealed that CL exerted a direct positive influence on JS and OC and a direct negative influence on TI. The qualitative findings were mostly agreeable with the quantitative results except for the OC aspect where the interviewees attached the greatest value to the OC’s monetary components, as opposed to the quantitative results.

is intended to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethic and job satisfaction on commitment to the organization in PT. Berkah Agung Sejati Bekasi. Research Population in this research is all permanent employees in officer section at PT Berkah Agung Sejati. Sampling using non probability sampling with the number of samples of 33 respondents.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative research, with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results partially show the work ethic of Islami and positive to commitment at organization and job satisfaction significant and significant to commitment at organization. The result of simultaneous testing with f test shows Islamic work ethic and cooperation satisfaction equals with commitment to organization. Islamic work ethic and employee job satisfaction give influence equal to 68,7% while rest of 31,3% donated by other factor not in this research.

This article aims to examine and describe the influence of guidance and counseling management on learning discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using survey techniques. Data collection techniques that used are documentation studies and field studies. Moreover, the data analysis technique that has been used to answer the research hypothesis is statistical analysis with a path analysis model. The location of the study was at the Ciledug Vocational High School Al-Musaddadiyah Garut, with 85 respondents taking part in the survey. The results of the discussion show that guidance and counseling management has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of learning
