This research aims to, knowing the influence of servant leadership, workload, and creativity on the performance of employees of the Bangkalan Madura District Transportation Office with the organization's commitment as variable intervening. Research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Respondents to this study were employees of bangkalan district transportation office, as many as 99 samples from the entire population of 117 employees. Data collection instruments use variable servant leadership, workload, creativity, organizational commitment and employee performance by using a Likert scale of 1-5. From the results of the analysis obtained variable servant leadership, workload, Creativity significantly influenced the commitment of the organization, while the commitment of the organization significantly affects the performance of employees. So it can be said that all hypotheses of this study are accepted.  Servant leadership, creativity, work commitment and employee performance get a very good perception,  but on the workload side it is expected that the leaders provide workloads in accordance with employee competence by considering the maximum limit of workload obtained by employees so that workloads do not become an obstacle in improving employee performance.

The research objective was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitments and Employee Performance.The population of the study was all employees totaling 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method.The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant influence as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance (a study in the employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra). With good quality human resources, it is hoped that the company's performance will be better and optimal. But of course, to achieve optimal performance, we often encounter various obstacles so that sometimes the desired results are not achieved. The population in this study were employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra, the sample in this study were 40 employees. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study uses data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study uses the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing use the PLS Smart program. The results show that 1)Workload positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 3) Workload positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. This research aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating as  a mediating variable at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The population in this study are all government civil at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari totalling 62 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. Methods oof data collection were used questionnaire. Technique of data anlysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effects on employee commitment, and commitment organizational as a partial mediate of the effects organizational culture on employee performance.

In this study involving Civil Servants in Samarinda City DPRD. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Personality had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work engagement gave a positive effect on satisfaction, Personality had a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement provide a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Samarinda City Regional Representative Council. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of advertising on product knowledge at Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment, to find out the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention at Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment, and to find out the effect of advertising on purchase intention with product knowledge as an intermediary variable of Ciputra World Apartment Surabaya. The data collection of this research used a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents with the total sample of 40 respondents. Respondents in this research are those who domicile in West Surabaya, have income over Rp. 15,000,000 and have seen advertisement or visited the marketing office of Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method. The results of this research indicate that advertising affect product knowledge, product knowledge affect purchase intention and advertising affect purchase intention with product knowledge as an intermediary variable. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Servant Leadership, Self Awareness and Compensation on Performance and Employee Engagement at Tanjungbumi Health Center, Bangkalan Regency. The sample used in this study were 107 respondnets non-medical personnel who were submitted the questionairs from 125 population. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire with several statements. While the technical data analysis used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are as follows:  the increase in Servant Leadership, Self Awareness and Compensation has significantly increase the employee's Engagement. Moreofer Servant Leadership, and Self Awareness significantly influence to the Employee Performance,, but Compensationh has no effect on increasing employee performance; Neverthelse an increase in Employee Engagement will significantly influence the increase in Employee Performance. This implay that to increase employee performance to improve performance can be done by increasing servant leadership, self awareness and compensation given to employees

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.
