This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance (a study in the employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra). With good quality human resources, it is hoped that the company's performance will be better and optimal. But of course, to achieve optimal performance, we often encounter various obstacles so that sometimes the desired results are not achieved. The population in this study were employees of PT Gema Soerya Samodra, the sample in this study were 40 employees. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study uses data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study uses the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing use the PLS Smart program. The results show that 1)Workload positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on satisfaction, 3) Workload positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty (Study in Mahakam Lantern Garden Customers). The existence of tourism activities has a very big impact, one of which is reducing unemployment and increasing the standard of living of the surrounding community. The population in this study were visitors to Mahakam Lampion Garden, the sample in this study were 100 visitors. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study used data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study used the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing using the PLS Smart program. The results showed that 1) Experiential marketing had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden customer loyalty, 2) Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden Customer Loyalty, Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. This research aims to, knowing the influence of servant leadership, workload, and creativity on the performance of employees of the Bangkalan Madura District Transportation Office with the organization's commitment as variable intervening. Research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Respondents to this study were employees of bangkalan district transportation office, as many as 99 samples from the entire population of 117 employees. Data collection instruments use variable servant leadership, workload, creativity, organizational commitment and employee performance by using a Likert scale of 1-5. From the results of the analysis obtained variable servant leadership, workload, Creativity significantly influenced the commitment of the organization, while the commitment of the organization significantly affects the performance of employees. So it can be said that all hypotheses of this study are accepted.  Servant leadership, creativity, work commitment and employee performance get a very good perception,  but on the workload side it is expected that the leaders provide workloads in accordance with employee competence by considering the maximum limit of workload obtained by employees so that workloads do not become an obstacle in improving employee performance.

This study aims to find out how the influence of several factors studied on the performance of new products so that the advantages and disadvantages of PT. Puspa Pharma. Some of these factors are the suppression of brand profiles, internal coordination, competitor-oriented, product innovation, and the involvement of consumers and suppliers. The data used in this study are primary data, which came from the results of questionnaire collection as many as 96 respondents at PT. Puspa Pharma. This research takes place from March 2018 to November 2018. The data analysis method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that the performance of new products at PT. Puspa Pharma is more influenced by the involvement of suppliers and consumers compared to product innovation. Where the involvement of suppliers and consumers is supported by two important factors namely competitor-oriented and product innovation itself. Whereas internal coordination and suppression of brand profiles do not affect the involvement of suppliers and consumers.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of advertising on product knowledge at Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment, to find out the effect of product knowledge on purchase intention at Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment, and to find out the effect of advertising on purchase intention with product knowledge as an intermediary variable of Ciputra World Apartment Surabaya. The data collection of this research used a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents with the total sample of 40 respondents. Respondents in this research are those who domicile in West Surabaya, have income over Rp. 15,000,000 and have seen advertisement or visited the marketing office of Ciputra World Surabaya Apartment. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method. The results of this research indicate that advertising affect product knowledge, product knowledge affect purchase intention and advertising affect purchase intention with product knowledge as an intermediary variable. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.

Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. Indonesian local brand is lack of brand awareness among Indonesian consumers. One of the local brands that lack of brand awareness is white tea brand. White tea makers in Indonesia meets the issue of absence of innovation in packaging, shopper awareness and frailness in quality. This research aims to test whether product empowerment and brand awareness will influence the interest in buying white tea products with unique packaging as intervening using partial least square as method in data analysis. Data collection uses questionnaire involving 50 consumer samples of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java. This research shows that the uniqueness of packaging has proven to be intervention between brand awareness and empowerment in product, affects or influences the consumer purchasing interest of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
