Ijtihad is the gateway to Islamic progress. The rise and fall of Islam is closely linked to the ebb and flow of ijtihad activities. Because the activities of ijtihad make sense in digging into the pearls of knowledge stored in the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The Asi-Shaykh priest was one of the initiators of the sect to establish his own method of legal practice in issuing his fatwa. Some of its Islamic activities are in two different places, Iraq and Egypt. The fatwas that he produced during his reign in Iraq were known as the qaul qadim, while the fatwas he produced in Egypt were known as the qaul qadim. In this study the researchers used a bibliographie research approach and their data collection procedure using editing, coding and tabulating. So the result is that finding qaul qadim can be demonstrated in the case of the ability of a guardian to replace the fasting left by the deceased due to the inclusion of shaheh hadith. Whereas in other cases qaul jadid is featured because it reinforces the quality of the arguments.

At least four major factors affect single-crystal diffraction data quality: 1) Hardware (source, goniometer and detector), 2) the sample, 3) the data collection procedure and strategy, and 4) the integration and data reduction software. Three of these factors can be carefully designed by the instrument manufacturer, and the other (the sample) can be chosen to optimize interaction with the instrument. We can define important hardware factors to allow quantification, such as absolute detectivity, overhead, readout speed, minimizing dead time and diffractometer access. Advances in area detector technology (including the new S2 generation of area detectors) and data collection approaches will be presented. The experimental procedure includes the choice of wavelength and the geometric strategy. Details of the detector operation (gain, bin-mode) can be optimized to fit the experiment. Agilent's latest CrysAlisPro software implements the 4th generation of strategy software and includes new on-the-fly detector optimization to provide significant gains in data quality. Integration software must be flexible in order to extract consistently good intensities from excellent samples and also from those that suffer from real-life flaws. Twinned samples represent an additional challenge. Agilent's new data reduction approach for twins significantly improves the data quality of both small molecule and protein twins.

Abstract: This study aims to explore and analyze the principal's management in improving the quality of education at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. The approach used in this research is qualitative research approach by using field research type (field research). The subject of the study was the principal at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The analyst technique used is as follows: (1). Data reduction, (2). Presentation of data, (3). After the data is compiled and then drawn conclusions in the form of matrices and narratives. The results show that with good management, there is a quality improvement in MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau, this is proven, with many events that have been successfully implemented in order to improve the quality, such as camps and provincial and provincial silat martial arts ever held at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau.

Abstract Introduction The SeaSHeL Study is an ongoing national, multi-centre, cohort study investigating Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSNHL). The study is supported by the INTEGRATE ENT Trainee Research Network and the Audiology NIHR Champions, as well as being adopted onto the NIHR Clinical Research Network. It aims to map the pathway of patients with SSNHL, develop a prognostic model to predict recovery of patients with idiopathic SSNHL and establish the impact on patients’ quality of life. Here we summarise the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the study and highlight methods employed to improve data collection. Methods Data collection commenced in October 2019 and as of August 2020, 227 patients have been recruited from 66 registered sites across England. This interim data was analysed. The primary outcome was the change in monthly patient recruitment and site registration. The secondary outcome was the completeness of the dataset. Results Initially, monthly site registration increased to a peak of 31 in December 2019 and monthly patient recruitment increased to a peak of 34 in February 2020. Both levels decreased during the first wave of Covid-19 with 11 patients recruited and 0 sites registered in April 2020. Both levels have been increasing since, with 21 patients recruited and 5 sites registered in August 2020. The dataset of 227 patients has 113 (49.7%) completed records. Conclusions This study represents the largest national cohort study into SSNHL. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, data collection continued during the first wave and rates are now recovering to pre-Covid-19 levels. Key factors in this recovery are a collaborative research approach involving motivated trainees, an ethics amendment for follow-up data to be collected by telephone and continued engagement of collaborators through regular email correspondence and fortnightly newsletters.

This study aimed to analyze and describe effectivity of headmaster role and function to implementing program for improving quality of education in private elementary school of Metro City. The research approach used is qualitative with case study design on the effectiveness of headmaster role and function as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur. Sources of research data are headmaster, vice headmaster, teachers, committees, supervisors, foundation, and administrative staff of schools with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman interaction model is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study are expected to effectively implement the headmaster role and function and involve the stakeholders in an optimal manner. Capturing the voices of the ‘disadvantaged’ in society may often be difficult to achieve. In this article, we argue that the combination of data triangulation and a ‘slow’ interview technique may be a good method when the target group is vulnerable people who may find the interview challenging. Data triangulation can reveal a social phenomenon’s complexity by providing a fuller picture, while in-depth interviews and a ‘slow’ interview technique can enhance data quality. We present an alternative to what we perceive as being dominant and tacit support for use of voice recordings in interview-based studies, thus our research approach goes against the current flow in the research community. In the absence of a voice recording, the quality of the interview can be assured through cooperation between the researcher and the informant. We also discuss the importance of establishing trust when meeting the informant in order to ensure rich data.

This article introduces the concepts of data quality as described in the literature of several disciplines and discusses research results on how individual perceptions of data quality are influenced by different media (in particular World Wide Web vs. print). A search of literature on “data quality” and “media creditability” reveals that researchers in many disciplines are separately studying the subject. These disciplines include accounting, advertising and public relations, information systems, scientific data collection, education, journalism fields, and others. While these threads have developed separately, these streams of research approach similar issues of how people view the quality of information they receive from different sources.

ANALYSIS OF TEACHER PROFESSIONAL PROBLEMATIC IN THE QUALITY EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS IN IN SMK KESEHATAN CIKARANG UTARA, BEKASI REGENCYEuis YunengsihABSTRACTThis research was conducted with regard to the phenomenon of lack of competence of teachers. This research focused on internal and external problems of teachers in the learning process (PBM). The purpose of this research to determine: 1) the pedagogic quality of teachers, 2) the professionalism level of teachers, 3) the feasibility of the competence of teachers and 4) how to improve the quality of Health Vocational Education. This research used descriptive qualitative research approach. Location of research: SMK Kesehatan Sentra Medika, Bekasi Regency. Research subjects were teachers and students. Informant: principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, administrative staff, chairman of the committee and students. Data collection technique used models: observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used triangulation of sources and methods. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results showed that: 1) the problem of teachers consists of internal problems, including: (a) the pedagogical competence, namely the lack of mastering classes, poor innovation and creativity, low interest in reading, the lack of mastering the good assessment technique and the teacher is lack of mastering even does not master the information technology-based learning media, (b) professional competence, i.e. lack of mastering the material, (c) the feasibility of competence, namely lack of love in the profession. While the external problems include: class size, learning atmosphere, limited learning facilities and resources, the availability of discipline and library. 2) how to improve the quality of education is to empower human resources and facilities owned in order to support the quality of education, among others: for internal problems (a) pedagogic competence is performed with a workshop/upgrading, education and functional training (on-service education), In House training, supervision/monitoring, journalistic activities and utilization of instructional media based on information technology and comparative studies, (b) professional competence and competency appropriateness is done by action research/collaboration action research (CAR), KKG/MGMPs (in-service Education), problem solving, self-evaluation, and for teachers or staff they are given the opportunity to continue their studies of learning to a higher level (pre- service education). This study aims to determine the recruitment of party politics Nasdem in determining its cadres in anticipation of the legislative elections of 2014. This study used a qualitative research approach is descriptive analysis with analytical and institutional approaches. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews and observations conducted on the research informants while documentation is used to find out the extent of truth of the data obtained. The results of the field studies showed that the patterns of political recruitment of legislative candidates used in the Nasdem Party DPD Maros using open recruitment patterns. Recruitment pattern is expected to create a cadre of candidates and legislative candidates qualified. So that the quality of legislative candidates is expected to be a cadre get mass.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen politik partai Nasdem dalam menentukan kadernya sehingga siap menghadapi pemilu legislatif 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriftif analisis dengan pendekatan analisis dan pendekatan institusional. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara langsung dan observasi dilakukan pada informan penelitian sedangkan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mencari tahu sejauhmana kebenaran dari data yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa pola rekrutmen politik calon anggota legislatif yang digunakan pada DPD Partai Nasdem Kabupaten Maros menggunakan pola rekrutmen terbuka. Pola rekrutmen ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan calon kader dan calon anggota legislatif yang berkualitas. Sehingga calon anggota legislatif yang berkualitas ini diharapkan mampu menjadi kader pendulang suara.

This study aims to apply the hanging ball exercise to improving kedeng smash ability  in sepak takraw learning. This research method uses applied research, one of the studies uses a classroom action research approach. The sample used in this study is 33 students of Physical Education’s soccer takraw course. The research procedure is  cycle form. Each cycle consists of four stages including: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection technique through observation and test. This data collection uses observation sheets instruments of student and lecturers' performance in the learning process, to determine the quality of student learning outcomes used an evaluation or test sheet. The results showed that the application of hanging ball exercises in improving the ability to kedeng smash in sepak takraw learning can improve student learning outcomes in sepaktakraw courses from an average pre-cycle value of 10 points (50%), to 15 points (80%) in cycle 1 and the average value of 12 points prasiklus (60%), to 16 points (85%) in cycle 2.

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.
