ANALYSIS OF TEACHER PROFESSIONAL PROBLEMATIC IN THE QUALITY EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS IN IN SMK KESEHATAN CIKARANG UTARA, BEKASI REGENCYEuis YunengsihABSTRACTThis research was conducted with regard to the phenomenon of lack of competence of teachers. This research focused on internal and external problems of teachers in the learning process (PBM). The purpose of this research to determine: 1) the pedagogic quality of teachers, 2) the professionalism level of teachers, 3) the feasibility of the competence of teachers and 4) how to improve the quality of Health Vocational Education. This research used descriptive qualitative research approach. Location of research: SMK Kesehatan Sentra Medika, Bekasi Regency. Research subjects were teachers and students. Informant: principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, administrative staff, chairman of the committee and students. Data collection technique used models: observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used triangulation of sources and methods. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results showed that: 1) the problem of teachers consists of internal problems, including: (a) the pedagogical competence, namely the lack of mastering classes, poor innovation and creativity, low interest in reading, the lack of mastering the good assessment technique and the teacher is lack of mastering even does not master the information technology-based learning media, (b) professional competence, i.e. lack of mastering the material, (c) the feasibility of competence, namely lack of love in the profession. While the external problems include: class size, learning atmosphere, limited learning facilities and resources, the availability of discipline and library. 2) how to improve the quality of education is to empower human resources and facilities owned in order to support the quality of education, among others: for internal problems (a) pedagogic competence is performed with a workshop/upgrading, education and functional training (on-service education), In House training, supervision/monitoring, journalistic activities and utilization of instructional media based on information technology and comparative studies, (b) professional competence and competency appropriateness is done by action research/collaboration action research (CAR), KKG/MGMPs (in-service Education), problem solving, self-evaluation, and for teachers or staff they are given the opportunity to continue their studies of learning to a higher level (pre- service education). As for the external problems is done by applying PAIKEM learning and IT-based media, optimizing props/practices, utilizing teaching own materials/modules, exemplary principals,Keywords: Problematic, the teaching profession, the improvement effort of education quality.

Abstract: This study aims to explore and analyze the principal's management in improving the quality of education at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. The approach used in this research is qualitative research approach by using field research type (field research). The subject of the study was the principal at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The analyst technique used is as follows: (1). Data reduction, (2). Presentation of data, (3). After the data is compiled and then drawn conclusions in the form of matrices and narratives. The results show that with good management, there is a quality improvement in MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau, this is proven, with many events that have been successfully implemented in order to improve the quality, such as camps and provincial and provincial silat martial arts ever held at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau.

Based on observations of the competence of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency in compiling reports on school action research, it was found that the phenomenon that the professional competence of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research (CAR) was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on improving teacher professional competence in compiling classroom action research reports through the CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independ-ent Work) coaching model in SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. This research is a School Ac-tion Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflec-tion. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teach-ers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga, Aceh Jaya Regency. The research data were collected using observation sheets. The data were analyzed using success rates. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring-based CLCK coaching model can improve the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research reports at SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. Analysis of the quality of the CAR reports prepared by teachers shows that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) in-creased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

Abstrak: Statistik merupakan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan cara-cara pengumpulan data, pengolahan atau penganalisisannya dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan kumpulan data dan penganalisisan yang dilakukan. Upaya mengembangkan pendekatan dan strategi pembelajaran sudah banyak dilakukan dalam rangka memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan. Dengan modal pengalaman yang dimiliki selama aktif di dunia pendidikan dapat melahirkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran matematika/statistik, tidak sedikit pula hasil inovasi yang mereka lakukan memberikan hasil yang efektif.  Permasalahan yang bersumber dari karakteristik matematika, Permasalahan yang bersumber dari media dan alat peraga, Permasalahan yang bersumber dari bahasa (simbol, huruf dan kata), serta Permasalahan yang bersumber dari Mahasiswa yang bersangkutan. Diantara solusi dari Dosen adalah Adanya peningkatan profesionalisme tenaga pendidik yang meliputi kompetensi personal, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial.   Kata kunci : problematika, statistik, PTKI Abstract: Statistics is the science dealing with the ways of data collection, processing or penganalisisannya and drawing conclusions based on analyzing the data set and done. Efforts to develop approaches and learning strategies has been done in order to improve the quality of education. With the experience that capital active in the world for education can deliver innovation in the learning of mathematics/statistics, there are also the result of innovation they do provide very effective results. Problems derived from mathematical characteristics, problems originating from media and props, the problem comes from the language (symbols, letters and words), as well as the problems that come from the students. The purpose of this study is to describe the principal's strategy of planning, implementing, monitoring and constraining. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation Study. The research subjects were the Committee, Principal, Teachers and Students. The results showed: 1) Principal's strategy in planning to improve the quality of learning is to invite all school members and cooperate with committees, teachers and the community in order to improve the quality of education in schools 2) Principal's strategy in implementing improving the quality of learning is that teachers who Caring for all fields of study is already a professional path. 3) The principal's strategy in controlling quality improvement is that supervision is carried out in every aspect that is considered related to improving the quality of learning in schools. 4) The principal's strategy in terms of quality improvement barriers are: principals find it difficult to allocate time in improving the quality of learning in schools, then cannot control all activities to improve the quality of learning in schools.

The article reveals the essence of the teacher's acmeological position in the systemic integration of his professional, personal, spiritual and moral formation; highlights the main indicators of the specialist’s acmeological position as an integral component of his professional competence; presents the results of the study to identify students' values within the teaching profession, priority motives in their professional development, motivation to carry out teaching activities in the structure of the professional acmeological position.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

The author focuses on the manner and effects of German higher education reforms that have changed the model of university management. The point of reference is the quality of education and its role, how universities ensure it, and how it is verified through evaluation and accreditation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDN Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Perencanaan pembelajaran tematik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tematik. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah guru kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tlambah 2, Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini disimpulkan bahwa supervisi kelompok dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas di SDN Tlambah 2 Kabupaten Karangpenang Sampang.   Kata kunci: kolaboratif, kompetensi, tematik     Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the competency of teachers in SDN Tlambah 2, Karangpenang Sampang District, Spreading thematic learning planning in improving the quality of thematic learning. Research subjects in this action research are low grade teachers in Tlambah 2 Public Elementary School, Karangpenang Sampang District. School action research means it is carried out in two cycles, using the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection in each cycle. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This paper is concerned with concepts such as quality of education, evaluation of the standard of the work of the teacher and comparison of educational results. It points to the importance of standards and the difficulties involved in their implementation. It also discusses the concept of competence and its relevance to framework educational programmes and the further education of teachers. The paper also focuses on a number of trends in education that are less widely discussed: instability — permanent change, reduction of education, emphasis on topicality and practical applicability, underestimation of the system, etc. The final part of the paper presents a current project from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Czech Republic — a proposal for career progression.
