This study aimed to analyze and describe effectivity of headmaster role and function to implementing program for improving quality of education in private elementary school of Metro City. The research approach used is qualitative with case study design on the effectiveness of headmaster role and function as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur. Sources of research data are headmaster, vice headmaster, teachers, committees, supervisors, foundation, and administrative staff of schools with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman interaction model is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study are expected to effectively implement the headmaster role and function and involve the stakeholders in an optimal manner. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates in vocational education units, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting marketing of graduates in vocational education units. This study used a qualitative model with a case study design. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing data using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that graduates from these schools are absorbed into the world of work even before they graduate from school and have obtained jobs. This is supported by good marketing management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates. The obstacle is when the parents of students do not want their children to get jobs in long distances. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan dalam satuan pendidikan kejuruan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran lulusan di satuan pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan dari sekolah tersebut banyak terserap ke dunia kerja bahkan sebelum mereka lulus dari sekolah sudah memperoleh pekerjaan. Hal tersebut didukung dengan manajemen pemasaran yang baik mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan. Kendalanya adalah ketika orangtua peserta didik tidak ingin anaknya memperoleh pekerjaan dengan jarak yang jauh.

There is a growing number of scientific papers reporting on case studies and action research published each year. Consequently, evaluating the quality of pilling up research reports is becoming increasingly challenging. Several approaches for evaluation of quality of the scientific outputs exist however they appear to be fairly time-consuming and/or adapted for other research designs. In this paper, we propose a reasonably light-weight structure-based approach for evaluating case study and action research reports (SAE-CSAR) based on eight key parts of a real-world research report: research question, case description, data collection, data analysis, ethical considerations, results, discussion and limitations. To evaluate the feasibility of the proposed approach, we conducted a systematic literature survey of papers reporting on real-world cybersecurity research. A total of N = 102 research papers were evaluated. Results suggest that SAE-CSAR is useful and relatively efficient, and may offer a thought-provoking insight into the studied field. Although there is a positive trend for the inclusion of data collection, data analysis and research questions in papers, there is still room for improvement suggesting that the field of real-world cybersecurity research did not mature yet. The presence of a discussion in a paper appears to affect most its citation count. However, it seems that it is not uniformly accepted what a discussion should include. This paper explores this and other issues related to paper structure and provides guidance on how to improve the quality of research reports.

Abstrak: Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Tim Pengembang PPK, Koordinator Program PPK, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program PPK di SMK Karsa Mulya terlaksana dengan efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan menjadikan SMK Karsa Mulya sebagai salah satu sekolah kejuruan swasta rujukan dalam pelaksanaan program PPK di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: In general, this study aims to describe the Management of Character Education Strengthening Program (PPK) at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principal, PPK Development Team, PPK Program Coordinator, Teachers and Education Personnel. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the management of the PPK program at SMK Karsa Mulya was carried out effectively in developing student character, and making SMK Karsa Mulya as one of the referral private vocational schools in the implementation of PPK program in Central Kalimantan Province.

Dalam bidang administrasi kesiswaan kualitas pelayan menggambarkan kualitas suatu sekolah. Penelitian tentang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Sambas. Metode  yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi  kasus, orientasi teoritisnya mengacu pada teori Fenomenologi. Hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen sekolah terungkap bahwa; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kinerja staf tata usaha oleh kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Sambas sesungguhnya dilakukan untuk menopang kinerja kepala sekolah dalam rangka memaksimalkan pelayanan dibidang administrasi kesiswaan. Kata Kunci: manajemen  kinerja, staf tata usaha, pelayanan administrasi kesiswaan.  Abstract : In the field of quality student administration waiter describe the quality of a school . Research on done in SMP Negeri 2 Sambas. The method used is a qualitative research approach, case study, theoretical orientation refers to the theory of phenomenology. Interviews, observation and documents revealed that school ; planning, implementation , and evaluation of the performance of administrative staff by the principal in SMP Negeri 2 Sambas actually done to sustain the performance of principals in order to maximize the field of administration of student services . Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers when implementing Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (3) the efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles during the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism values in the learning process. This study used qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at SMAN 1 Kalianda. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques used the model of Miles & Huberman consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism resistance values in the process of learning local history was carried out by compiling a syllabus and implementing learning plan (RPP) by incorporating local history into Indonesian historical material which was consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers included: the ability of teachers during learning process, students’ attitudes, and time constraints, (3) the efforts made by the teacher were taking the initiative to instill the values of nationalism in the resistance of Radin Inten II’s, applying various models, strategies, methods and singing a national song before learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di SMAN 1 Kalianda. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah lokal dilakukan dengan menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksana pembelajaran (RPP) dengan memasukkan sejarah lokal kedalam materi sejarah Indonesia yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru diantaranya: kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sikap siswa, dan adanya keterbatasan waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu berinisiatif menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perlawanan Radin Inten II, menerapkan berbagai model, strategi, metode dan menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran.

<p><strong><em>Abstract<br /></em></strong><em>Laboratory is one of the supporting facilities in im[roving the learning process. Problems found by students regarding the information system laboratory facilities at STMIK Indonesia Padang are</em><em> the computers that suddenly die when operated, the less cold room, display data is blurred, making the inconvenience in the learning process that causes the students less satisfied with the services provided. Students will feel satisfied if the service is expected to match the received. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to analyze the quality of services provided to the students so that it can support the role and function of the laboratory optimally and what attributes need to be improved the quality of service. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual) method. The results showed that the service quality received was not in accordance with the expected because there is a gap of -1.55 for tangibles dimension. Attributes that need to be improved the quality of services are laboratory space is cool and comfortable, the use of laboratories relevant to the field of science, the responsibility of laboratory assistant, the availability of professional teachers and attitudes and behavior of labor officers.<br /></em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak<br /></em></strong>Laboratorium merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mahasiswa mengenai fasilitas laboratorium sistem informasi pada STMIK Indonesia Padang adalah komputer yang tiba-tiba mati saat dioperasikan, ruangan yang kurang dingin, data <em>display</em> yang buram sehingga membuat ketidaknyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas apabila layanan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang diterima. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung peran dan fungsi laboratorium secara optimal serta atribut apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode <em>Fuzzy Service Quality </em>(<em>Servqua</em>l). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diterima belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena terdapat <em>gap</em> sebesar -1.55 untuk dimensi <em>tangibles</em>. Atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya yaitu ruangan laboratorium yang sejuk dan nyaman, penggunaan laboratorium yang relevan dengan bidang ilmu, tanggungjawab asisten labor, tersedianya tenaga pengajar yang professional dan sikap serta perilaku petugas labor</p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><strong> : sistem pendukung keputusan, laboratorium, <em>fuzzy</em>, <em>servqual</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Muzara’ah is the contract between farm workers and farm owners in which, cost of cultivations, seeds, and fertilizers are provided by the farm owners, meanwhile the farm workers have responsibility in giving their best efforts on cultivating the farmland. Later then, the harvest will be shared according to the contract that has been agreed. The purpose of this research is to describe farmer’s welfare in the village of Sodo after implementing Muzara’ah Contract with the Maqashid Sharia approach. This research approach is qualitative descriptive and uses case study as its strategy. Informants in this research are administrator from Krido Tani Farmers Association, The farm workers, and the farm owners. These informants determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are carried out through interview and direct observation. According to the research, it was shown that agricultural cooperation with Muzara’ah Contract has a role in improving farm workers’ welfare, viewed from the indicators of Maqasid Sharia.Keywords : Muzara’ah, Welfare, Farmer, Agricultural Cooperation
