Purpose This study aims to discover the motive for the time-to-time Hellenic collective capitalists’ intervention in the total circulation of capital of public works throughout the relative legislative framework. Thus the study attempts an original correlation of statistical indicators of Hellenic Statistical Authority with the legislative texts. Design/methodology/approach The Hellenic truth is that the branch of public works presents a peculiarity as far as the volume and quality of statistical facts and figures are concerned. To overcome this obstacle, this study analyzed the change of time series, relating the procedure of total circulation of contracting capital involved in public works with the content of the relative legislative rules which were applied during the period of 1958-2004 and their preambles. In this way, the annual volume of the constructional product in general is directly related with the particular characteristics that define the procedure of total circulation of the contracting capital in general. Findings The directly relation between the annual volume of the constructional Product in general and the particular characteristics that define the procedure of total circulation of the contracting capital in general, leads us to conclusions which, related with the policy and practices adopted by the collective capitalist, confirm or even set off eventual failures of respective conclusions drawn according to the prevailing concept. Originality/value By introducing the technique, the aim of this research work is achieved without reproducing the method of study and the conclusions of other researchers.

The relevance of the research is due to the need to increase the competitiveness of joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation in the system of Russian-Chinese relations in the field of higher education. The student satisfaction indicator not only indicates the attractiveness/unattractiveness of the educational program, but also allows you to identify the most vulnerable places in the organization of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to improve the conditions for the implementation of Russian-Chinese joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation. Materials and methods. The study applied a descriptive method to conducting a survey of students studying under the bachelor's degree majors "Preschool Education", "Music Education", "Fine Arts" at the Moscow Institute of Arts of the Weinan Pedagogical University (Province Shanxi). 198 graduates participated in the questionnaire, accounting for 77% of the total number of graduates from the Moscow Institute of Arts. The study was conducted using the author's questionnaire, compiled taking into account the practice of assessing student satisfaction at Moscow Pedagogical State University and the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China on the evaluation of joint Chinese-foreign educational programs. Results. In the study, the assessment of students' satisfaction with learning was carried out in five directions: satisfaction with the quality and content of training, satisfaction with the organization of the educational process, satisfaction with the material and technical support of the educational process, satisfaction with the organization of research activities, satisfaction with the socio-psychological climate at the institute. The study found that students' satisfaction with the organization of the educational process (68.2%) and its material and technical support (66.92%) was the highest, compared with their publishing activities in research work (60.4%). Despite the impossibility of implementing programs under the "3+1" scheme, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the internal motivation of students during online training in the "4+0" mode did not decrease, which led to the preservation of the contingent of students throughout the entire period of program implementation. Discussion and conclusion. The research results have practical significance for managers, employees and teachers of pedagogical universities participating in the implementation of Chinese-foreign joint educational programs, as well as for representatives of the scientific community dealing with the problems of ensuring the quality of such programs. Research background: Despite a fairly long tradition of measuring students’ assessment of the quality of obtained university education, there are still many unresolved issues in this area. The aim of the study: to theoretically substantiate the concept of a profile of graduates’ satisfaction with university educational programs including several parameters. The satisfaction profile serves as a criterion of the quality of education, at the same time reflecting students’ subjective assessment of the learning outcomes received at the university that they correlate with their expectations at the stage of admission. The concept is proposed in association with the monitoring of university graduates’ satisfaction with educational programs developed and tested as part of the research work at the Russian State Social University. Methods: graduate satisfaction is assessed using quantitative (questionnaires, the results of which are processed in SPSS) and qualitative (interviews) research methods. The proposed and tested method for the assessment of university graduates’ satisfaction with educational programs can serve as a basis for the development of university systems for monitoring graduates’ satisfaction with educational programs and education quality management and the satisfaction profile can become a universal criterion of education quality assessment not only in Russian but also in foreign universities. Results and novelty: The novelty and significance of the study results lie in the fact that the rating of educational process factors significant for graduates’ satisfaction provides information that can be used for successfully placing the direction of training in the market of educational services. Moreover, two ratings of the importance of the identified factors are constructed. The first one reflects the respondents’ direct assessment that can be used in advertising and information campaigns in the market of educational services. The second rating shows indirect assessment providing a more adequate image of the real impact of various factors on graduates’ satisfaction with educational programs; the results of this rating can be used in the intra-university quality management.

In this paper, we examine factors affecting owners’ intention for renovation of their detached houses. Furthermore, we analyze their interest in choosing a one-stop-shop (OSS) service for the renovation, even though such a concept is not yet established in Sweden, but emerging in other parts of Europe. Our study is based on responses to an online questionnaire survey of 971 house owners residing in Kronoberg Region in Sweden. About 76% of the respondents intend to renovate in the near future, with approximately 71% of them preferring to renovate individual components of their dwelling and 5% to renovate their whole house in steps. House owners of younger age, higher income, higher education, and those with an interest for environmental issues, were the ones most interested in physical renovations, which improves energy efficiency of the building. For those house owners, one-stop-shop can facilitate the decision-making process, and help them to choose those measures that will improve their quality of life. Approximately 20% of the respondents had a positive view towards an one-stop-shop, which is an indicator that market for such a service exists. Parameters such as quality of work, cost and energy savings and specification of measures to be adopted are the key for the promotion of one-stop-shop. Additionally, house owners want to have a certain level of involvement in the selection of actors performing the renovation. Moreover, financial incentives, e.g., loans, do not play a significant role for the selection of one-stop-shop, but act as complementary motive for house owners.

The advancement of medicine, surgical practices framed in bioethical principles and the discovery of new immunosuppressive drugs consolidated transplantation as a therapeutic method worldwide, increasing the hope and quality of life of thousands of inhabitants worldwide. However, the availableorgans are not enough to satisfy the growing global demand for transplants - more than 87,000 in Europe. In Argentina, the Central Unique Institute Coordinator of Ablation and Implant - which promotes, coordinates and oversees the procurement - reported that, in June 2018, patients on the waiting list of organs and tissues (LE) and Chronic Kidney Disease amounted to 10979.The purpose of the investigation was to address the Argentine reality, its legal framework and its link with the "Spanish Model", the ablation-transplant procedure; the system of organ allocation ("SINTRA"), the new legislation features known as “Justine Law”. Finally, it is important to reconsider judicial and policeaction protocols in judicial authorization procedures for organ and tissue ablation (violent deaths or inter vivos donation);as well as the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in said procedures to preserve the health and legal certainty of both donors and future recipients.

The implementation of the participatory approach in education allows forming important children’s competencies for life in a democratic society. However, in reality, child participation is often reduced. Children, especially young, have the right to make decisions only about their games and personal belongings, but a child’s opinion is not credible in the educational process. A more successful implementation of the participatory approach requires resorting to tools that allow objectively considering its strengths and weaknesses in terms of provisions for child participation in decision-making. The study aims to identify the connection between Russian teachers’ beliefs about child participation and the quality level of provisions for child participation in the educational process. The methods of survey and structured non-participant observation have been used. The authors have found that, in general, the majority of teachers share the idea of supporting child participation. However, the quality of the learning environment in the context of the examined aspect differs significantly. Sociometric characteristics do not determine these differences. Regardless of the quality level of child participation support, teachers do not seek to expand opportunities for children, and the participatory approach is used only in the preschool classroom. The authors have concluded that despite teachers’ stated beliefs about the importance of the participatory approach, its implementation is often falsified. To change the situation, it is necessary to discuss this gap with teachers, clarify true values, and provide them with the necessary means for real child participation.
