The article examines a structural-functional model of the development of readiness to develop the readiness of information security specialists for professional activity in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The highlighted components: normative-conceptual, program-target, professional-activity and control-assessment will allow developing the necessary level that will be sufficient for performing professional activities in the Russian Guard. The methodological basis of the developed model is the competence-based and system-activity approaches, which allow the conceptual-orienting function of the training process of future information security specialists. The use of the system-activity approach in the structural-functional model of readiness development is understood as a new expression of the activity approach, which is currently of great interest to most scientists and researchers. The analysis of the reviews received from the commanders of the military units of the Russian Guard on the graduates of the faculty (communications) of the Perm Military Institute of the National Guard troops showed the need, when organizing the educational process, to consider in more depth the issues of ensuring the protection of information, taking the necessary measures to certify the allocated premises, developing a practical component to repel hacker and other attacks on the information space of the National Guard. The basis of the technology for training information security specialists for professional activities is the implementation of a specialized course for conducting «Cyber training», which includes a set of practical and laboratory work. The situational tasks developed in the same specialized course, compiled on the basis of their own experience in ensuring the protection of information as a supervisory authority, will allow future information security specialists to avoid stereotyped errors when organizing security checks of objects and adjust their professional activities.

Introduction: Prolonged mechanical ventilation in patients after multi-organ trauma is an indication for tracheotomy, as well as to ensure proper toilet of the patient's respiratory tract. Recommendations determining the optimal time for the procedure remain ambiguous. Performing the procedure before the 10th day after intubation is beneficial for the therapy and the patient's health. Aim: The main objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between the timing of tracheotomy and the duration of mechanical ventilation in patients with multiple trauma. The secondary objective was to evaluate the relationship between the timing of the tracheotomy, and the length of stay in the ICU, total length of hospitalization and the incidence of pneumonia and mortality. Material and methods: A retrospective analysis of 124 patients of the Clinical Intensive Care Unit of the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw, Poland, who underwent tracheotomy in the years 2015-2019. The patients were divided into 2 groups: (1) patients who underwent the “early tracheotomy” (before day 10 of hospitalization) and (2) patients who underwent “late tracheotomy” (on the 10th day or later) Results: In patients who underwent tracheotomy before the 10th day of hospitalization, the use of mechanical ventilation was shorter (on average by 20.3 days). The duration of stay in the Intensive Care Unit (on average by 39.4 days) and the total time of hospitalization (on average by 43.1 days) were also significantly shorter. The mortality rate among patients with early tracheotomy was lower (2%) compared to patients with late tracheotomy (9%). Complication in the form of pneumonia was more common in patients with tracheotomy performed on day 10 or later. Conclusions: Tracheotomy performed up to the 10th day of hospitalization significantly reduces the duration of mechanical ventilation, the patient's stay in the intensive care unit and the total hospitalization time, and reduces the risk of pneumonia. There is no correlation between the timing of the tracheotomy performed and mortality.

The article examines the influence of special physical training classes on the formation of physical readiness of cadets for future professional activities in the process of training at technical higher military educational institution. Cadets of the 1st-3rd years of study (n = 43) of the S. P. Koroliov Zhytomyr Military Institute took part in the study. Two groups were formed: experimental (EG, n=21), the cadets of which were engaged in the "CrossFit" classes, and control (CG, n = 22), the cadets of which were engaged according to the current system of physical training. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literature sources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. One of the means of physical training that can help solve the outlined problem is the means of special physical training "CrossFit". The essence of the "CrossFit" is to perform simple and affordable physical exercises for the development of physical qualities and different muscle groups by high-intensity circuit training (without rest between exercises or with short breaks for rest). It was found that the level of development of physical qualities among cadets who were engaged in the "CrossFit" classes at the end of the study was significantly higher than among those who were engaged in the current system of physical training during sports-mass work. The most pronounced influence of "CrossFit" classes was revealed on the development of the functional capacities of EG cadets (3 km running) and their strength qualities (pulling up on the crossbar).

Introduction. The formation and strengthening of the personnel potential of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation is impossible without the formation of a certain spiritual and moral component. This component is directly related to and, moreover, is determined by the specifics of military service in the National Guard troops as a special type of activity. In the course of considering the value component of the personnel potential, it is necessary not only to determine the most significant ones, but also to assess the level of their significance for the subjects of military professional activity. The assessment of the significance of the values of military service, in our opinion, can be solved in the course of a sociological analysis of this problem. This is due to the fact that in this case it is most appropriate to consider the assessments of the significance of certain values, to identify the causes, factors and conditions that affect such assessments of at least one of the social groups – cadets who study at a military institute. This article provides an overview of a number of methods for assessing the personnel potential of a military organization described in Russian and foreign scientific publications, and considers the acceptability of using these methods in the system of military and law enforcement agencies, including in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. To assess the personnel potential of a military organization, the methodology for assessing the personnel potential based on the definition of hierarchical value structures was tested, and the results of the study on the basis of the Novosibirsk Military Institute named after Army General I. K. were described. Yakovlev troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.Materials and Methods. Analysis of respondents ' answers to the questions of the sociological questionnaire, carrying out factor analysis, carrying out the procedure of multidimensional scaling of the obtained factors using the Alscal procedure, generalization and structuring of the obtained results.Results. The total list of publications studied in the framework of the scientific research was 1387 Russian and foreign works. The content of selected scientific papers allows to characterize the most common methods of evaluation of personnel potential (regression analysis, using the Mann-Whitney test, analysis of hierarchy of values and structures), as well as the use of these approaches in practical conduct their own research on the basis of the new Siberian military Institute of national guard troops of the Russian Federation.Discussion and Conclusions. The analysis carried out to identify the hierarchy of value structures with the respondents showed that the latter are based on corporate and professional values, affecting to different extent the stability and level of personnel potential of the personnel of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation.

The transformation of the values of achieving the life success of cadets was investigated, their differences in views and preferences in 2014, as well as 2020 were revealed. As a result of the analysis of these empirical studies, it is justified that the combination of basic values "self-confidence," "hard work and perseverance," "patriotism" in modern conditions, on the one hand, is filled with specific content, on the other hand, it seems as the most necessary and positive factor in the implementation by cadets of achieving life success. It has been proved that as a result of military reforms, several trends are being formed to transform the values of achieving the life success of students of a military institute: a group of cadets is stably preserved, for whom "self-confidence" is the main value of achieving life success; the composition of cadets - "workaholics" linking priority values with "hard work, as well as perseverance in the process of achieving the goals" is reduced; a group of cadets is growing - "patriots" completely devoted to the country, ready for self-sacrifice in the name of the good of the Motherland. The interest of young people in gaining a military profession is increasing, the quality of the potential of those entering military institutions is steadily increasing, and the motivational values of achieving their life success are steadily developing.
