Everyone has the right to live in this world and also every individual has responsibility to use natural resources judiciously. This will give equal opportunity to all to use the resources for the benefit of whole mankind. All living creatures belong to mother earth and they all have their shine of resources available. All these resources like land, energy, mineral, food, water, forest etc. have to be distributed in an equitable way for sustainable lifestyles of all creatures. Conservation of natural resources is now usually embraced in the broader conception of conserving the earth itself by protecting its capacity for self-renewal.         Finally, the aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of the role of society members in the conservation of our natural or environmental resources.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out government policies related to the management of conservation areas based on local wisdom and know the concept of conservation villages based on local wisdom. Based on the discussion results it is known that government policies in the management of conservation areas are regulated in Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Natural Resources Its Biodiversity and Ecosystem are aimed at achieving goals in the field of conservation. However, this Law is centralistic, where the role of government is very dominant, ignoring the rights of local / customary communities (there is no recognition and protection of access to conservation areas and the right to control and use of indigenous / local communities over Natural Resources), as well as the role of pseudo. The concept of a conservation village is an approach to a conservation model that provides opportunities for people living around conservation areas to be actively involved in efforts to manage conservation areas and at the same time as an effort to empower communities based on local wisdom. Programs in the concept of conservation villages cover the forestry and non-forestry sectors.

Value is central to Marx's theory of capitalism, but it is a concept more honored in the breach than taken to heart. What value is there in value theory? How does it illuminate the problems for which critics of capitalism seek answers? Value theory did different things for Smith, Ricardo, and Proudhon, let alone Marx, and it has to evolve to serve contemporary purposes. One of these is making it speak to the central role of natural resources in production; another is to integrate nature with complex labor; yet another is to delineate all forms of exploitation in search of capitalist profit; and, finally, it must help us unmask the destruction of the earth through unlimited accumulation of capital.

Now that conservation models which segregate nature from people (or nature from culture) are no longer seen as viable, we are witnessing the emergence of new approaches that acknowledge the crucial role culture plays in conservation efforts. We now know that environmental conservation is, in many cases, not only contingent on the conservation of natural resources, but also the conservation of cultural resources. Respectively, conservation strategies are increasingly being linked to issues of cultural preservation and survival. This latter goal, however, requires a broader view of the role of culture than is often taken in conservation efforts as well as the kinds of resources that can be used for these purposes. When cultural variables are taken into consideration they are often reduced to a discreet set of resources, such as indigenous knowledge and local systems of ecological protection that can be integrated into projects. But culture needs to be seen as foundational to conservation rather than just an added dimension or resource. Since culture, in all its varied forms, contributes to the construction of what people value and take concern in, it also determines, to a certain degree, how and where people will direct their energy. Therefore, we need to develop approaches that acknowledge and build on the dynamics of culture, and activities that can serve as a motivating and sustaining force in a community.

Change takes time to be first understood and accepted. Also, as we know necessity is the mother of invention thus the necessity to save our Mother Earth has started its role to draw the attention of us to invent some new ways to save it, if we and our coming generations have to survive with peace and happiness. Scientists and technologists are trying to invent new ways to save the natural resources available on the earth. The medical science is trying to invent medicines and methodologies to cure diseases, which are directly or indirectly emerged as a consequence of urbanization, modernization and industrialization. Being a teacher, generally I try to make my students understand that to find an optimal solution one must understand the problem in its entirety. Therefore if we give due consideration to understand and define the problem, it becomes easier to find and implement the best possible solutions. As an intelligent fool can make things more complex and difficulty to resolve, knowingly or unknowingly, we have also applied the same course of action to handle and deal with the century’s one of the biggest threats and a challenge, Global Warming. To save mother earth, we should take some initiatives at grass root level. As we are already trying to find the cure for the problems caused by the global warming and other environment related issues, let us try to work on some preventive measures against futuristic environment related problems.

Article 33 paragraph (3) of The Constitution Republic of Indonesia in 1945 stipulates that "Earth, water and natural resources contained therein controlled by the State and used for the people's welfare". Understanding of the earth (which is called land) according to the provisions of Article 1 paragraph (4) of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Regulations on Basic Agrarian Issues is the surface of the earth and the body of the earth underneath it and which is under water. The meaning of the provisions of Article 33 paragraph (3) in The Constitution of 1945 is that the State as the highest power organization of all people (the nation) acts as the Governing Body. The right to control the State or be controlled by the State in this article does not mean "owned", but in the sense of giving authority to the State as the highest power organization of the Indonesian nation. The Constitutional Court elaborated State's Right to Control becomes 5 (five) authorities whose purpose is as much as possible for the prosperity of the people, including: (1). Formulate policy (beleid), (2). Make arrangements (regelendaad), (3). Carry out management (bestuurdaad), (4). Carry out management (beheerdaad), and (5). Supervise (toeichthoudensdaad). The earth, water and natural resources contained in the earth are the main points of people's prosperity, therefore they must be controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the people.

This chapter explores the libertarian account of distributive justice. It explains the self-ownership thesis and then considers criticisms relating to indeterminacy, small incursions, and enforceable duties of assistance. It then turns to questions relating to natural resources, including whether they are initially owned, the conditions under which they may be appropriated, and the right vs left libertarian debate over whether or not they should ultimately be owned in an egalitarian manner. The chapter then lays out the libertarian account of just economic activity and considers criticisms based on the role of luck, the moral limits of markets, discrimination, paternalism, unjust prices, alternative notions of freedom, the plight of the desperately poor, and market failures. The chapter then concludes by raising important topics for future research, including the moral status of minors, future people, global justice, property rights in non-divisible natural resources, and rectificatory justice.
