As a business institution, the objectives of Islamic banking is profitability. The profit can be achieved if Islamic banking distributes financing both with the principle of buying and selling, profit sharing or services. The focus of the study was on financing with the principle of profit sharing (Mudharabah and Musyarakah). Profit sharing has been studied as a variable that can increase profitability, but there are no definite conclusions. Thus it is necessary to study whether the actual financing of profit sharing affects the level of profitability directly or through certain business categories. The type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The population is Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in the period of January 2016 to December 2018. The data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results shows that financing with profit sharing principles is proven to directly have an influence on profitability but in a negative coefficient. This study also shows that the higher the profit sharing financing, the lower the level of profitability. However, when the revenue sharing is channeled through SMEs and non-SMEs, the results become positive and significant to profitability

This study aims to analyze the effect of gender on m-wallet adoption by using the UTAUT model. The research used quantitative approach with primary data was done by distributing online questionnaires. The sample was using purposive sampling and obtained 290 m-wallet users in Batam City who made a transaction through digital-based payment application during five months. The data analysis utilized SEM Partial Least Square. The results showed that performance and business expectations, social influence, and facility conditions had positive and significant effects on the intention to use m-wallets in Batam City, while gender did not have the effect in its relationship.

This is marked by many consumers conducting online transactions to run their business or order the desired product because it is easy, fast and flexible. This study aims to analyze consumer characteristics, factors that influence the intention to buy products through e-commerce, and differences in consumers when shopping at malls and e-commerce. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted using accidental sampling techniques with respondents totaling 121 people. This study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents totaling 121 respondents consisting of 121 respondents to e-commerce users in the Jabotabek region. Data analysis was performed using SEM using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study shows that most consumers are students and domiciled in Bogor and do not have jobs yet. The objective norms and attitudes toward behavior have no significant effect on buying intentions, whereas only hypotheses related to perceptions of behavior control have been shown to have a significant effect on it. This means that consumers prefer shopping at the mall compared to shopping online.

Hence creative agriculture deals with deep analysis, production process, and commercialization, of a product. The present study explored the relationship between food service quality, innovation in production, customers’ satisfaction, and local product promotion. Both the foodservice quality and innovation in production increase customer satisfaction and local product promotion. An increased level of customer satisfaction is also promising for the increment in local product promotion. A survey from 300 food engineers working with different food providing companies, were the respondents of the present study for the collection of primary data. Then, a statistical software, named Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the finalization of the data analysis process. The results achieved from the data analysis were used for the accomplishment of the end results of the present study.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which affect on purchase decision of fake (non-genuine) Nike sports shoes. Data analysis generally confirms the structural relationship of all variables, namely price and country of origin on brand image and its impact on purchase decision for fake (non-genuine) Nike shoes. This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

The development of investment in Indonesia has increased rapidly over the past few years. One of the key factors affecting stock traders' trading behavior is information. Information that was previously difficult to obtain by investors became easily obtained due to technological developments. In addition to information, the characteristics of traders also influence their trading behavior. The population used in this study is the entire citizen of Surabaya, and the sample of this study is stock traders who have a minimum of 1-year trading experience. Data analysis is done by using Partial Least Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The result of this study is that information has a significant effect on trading behavior, while neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness do not moderate the effect of information on trading behavior significantly.

The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.
