In general, this study aims to determine the effect of programs Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) Productive to the performance of micro-enterprises and prosperity mustahik; while specifically the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of productive ZIS programs on the performance of mustahik micro enterprises and mustahik welfare. This study was conducted in Bogor and Depok districts of West Java. Data collection was done by survey method by taking samples of 89 mustahic households as respondents. Data analysis was done by quantitative approach and completed with qualitative and intuitive analysis. Quantitative approach used is Partial Least Square (PLS) model, while data processing is executed with SmartPLS program version 3.0. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that productive ZIS program can improve the performance of UMK mustahik. Improved performance represented by an increase in assets and profits can also make it easier for UMK mustahik to achieve better welfare.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of whistleblowing system and sanction risk on taxpayer compliance. in addition, this research aims to determine whether the sanctions risk variable moderates between the whistleblowing system to taxpayer compliance in Indonesia. The population in this research is taxpayers in Indonesia. The sample in this research is an individual taxpayer residing in Indonesia. Sampling in this research using convenience sampling. The data collection of this research used a survey method with the help of a questionnaire distributed via Google forms. This research obtained 104 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research used Partial Least Square with the help of WarpPLS. This research found that tax compliance in Indonesia is influenced by the Whistleblowing system and the risk of tax sanctions. However, the risk of tax sanctions cannot moderate the effect of the whistleblowing system on tax compliance in Indonesia

The use of e-commerce in running a business has become a trend nowadays. This is marked by many consumers conducting online transactions to run their business or order the desired product because it is easy, fast and flexible. This study aims to analyze consumer characteristics, factors that influence the intention to buy products through e-commerce, and differences in consumers when shopping at malls and e-commerce. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted using accidental sampling techniques with respondents totaling 121 people. This study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents totaling 121 respondents consisting of 121 respondents to e-commerce users in the Jabotabek region. Data analysis was performed using SEM using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study shows that most consumers are students and domiciled in Bogor and do not have jobs yet. The objective norms and attitudes toward behavior have no significant effect on buying intentions, whereas only hypotheses related to perceptions of behavior control have been shown to have a significant effect on it. This means that consumers prefer shopping at the mall compared to shopping online.

Indonesian local brand is lack of brand awareness among Indonesian consumers. One of the local brands that lack of brand awareness is white tea brand. White tea makers in Indonesia meets the issue of absence of innovation in packaging, shopper awareness and frailness in quality. This research aims to test whether product empowerment and brand awareness will influence the interest in buying white tea products with unique packaging as intervening using partial least square as method in data analysis. Data collection uses questionnaire involving 50 consumer samples of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java. This research shows that the uniqueness of packaging has proven to be intervention between brand awareness and empowerment in product, affects or influences the consumer purchasing interest of white tea brand in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

As a business institution, the objectives of Islamic banking is profitability. The profit can be achieved if Islamic banking distributes financing both with the principle of buying and selling, profit sharing or services. The focus of the study was on financing with the principle of profit sharing (Mudharabah and Musyarakah). Profit sharing has been studied as a variable that can increase profitability, but there are no definite conclusions. Thus it is necessary to study whether the actual financing of profit sharing affects the level of profitability directly or through certain business categories. The type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The population is Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in the period of January 2016 to December 2018. The data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results shows that financing with profit sharing principles is proven to directly have an influence on profitability but in a negative coefficient. This study also shows that the higher the profit sharing financing, the lower the level of profitability. However, when the revenue sharing is channeled through SMEs and non-SMEs, the results become positive and significant to profitability

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of cash pick up, promotion, and cross-selling to trust and saving decision in Panin Bank sub branch office Kenjeran Surabaya city. Research methods used in this study was the quantitative approach. The sample in this research is as many as 100 people of the total National Savings customer Micro (TAMI) Panin Bank Sub branch Kenjeran, with technique insindental sampling, and collection data techniques with the use of a questionnaire. In this study researchers using the technique of data analysis using PLS SmartPLS 3 software Partial Least Square. The results of this study found that cash pick up, promotions, and cross-selling a positive and influence against trust and saving decision in Panin Bank sub branch office Kenjeran with variable promotions need to be a particular concern by Panin Bank, because influential directly or indirectly against trust and saving decisions

The survey, conducted by the Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics –The Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) shows that there are still some consumers who pay less attention to the existence of the halal label on cosmetics products, whereas it indicates the halal status of a product. The better understanding of the religion makes Muslim consumers selective in choosing the product to be consumed. This study is aimed at determining the effect of the halal product label of Mustika Ratu cosmetic products on consumer trust in Bandung City. The research sample consists of 115 female Muslims in Bandung who actively use MustikaRatu cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study illustrate that the halal product label has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. It is proven from the finding of this research that the existence of halal product label in green and round shape with the writings of halal in Arabic and the Council of Indonesian Ulama, attached to the packaging, affects customer trust.

This research aimed to explained the effect of dysfungtional behavior as mediator variabel that correlated organizational behavior and public servant performance. This research use explanatory research, objected to local government of Sumenep, Indonesia. This research use a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were all structural officials who worked in the official offices in Sumenep Regency which consisted of 16 official offices. From 317 questionnaires distributed to respondents, only 162 questionnaires can be processed and become research samples. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed no effect of participation budgeting on the performance of the apparatus either directly or through the dysfungtional behavior as a moderating variable. While the organizational culture give effect to the performance of the apparatus and dysfungtional behavior directly. This research found that dysfungtional behavior has not been able to moderate the relation of budgeting participation and oganizational culture on the performance of local apparatus. Organizational culture can effect the performance of the officers and officials dysfungtional behavior. Organizational culture give more effect to the participation of budgeting on the performance of local apparatus

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of demographics and religiosity on Islamic financial literacy. Using a quantitative approach with a Likert scale questionnaire-based survey method, the population was 2800 respondents of Sharia Bank customers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Tangerang, Surabaya, Semarang, and other cities in Indonesia. The accidental method was used and obtained a selected sample size of 400 respondents, which were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The novelty shows that dimensions that do not support the significant effect of demographic and religiosity variables on Islamic financial literacy are income, moral, and experience if associated with moral hazard because they are supported by manifestations related to morality. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant effect of demographics on religiosity, a significant effect of demography on Islamic financial literacy, and a significant effect of religiosity on Islamic financial literacy.

Internet-based social media has become a part of people's lives in this era. Many people use Facebook, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Blog and other social media to interact with each other. With social media, people exchange information and share experiences in cyberspace. Moreover, nowadays social media has become part of the organizational culture in the workplace. This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of social media culture on knowledge transfer; (2) the influence of social media culture on work performance; and (3) the effect of knowledge transfer on work performance. The research sample consisted of 300 employees. data collection using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used partial least square. The results show that: (1) the influence of social media culture on knowledge transfer is positive and significant; (2) the influence of social media culture on work performance is positive and significant; and (3) the effect of knowledge transfer on work performance is also positive and significant.
