This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

This research was motivated by the development of the direction of accounting research on green accounting issues. Companies that want a going concern operation must pay attention to 3P, namely profit as profit, people where companies must pay attention to the welfare of the community, and the planet is the company’s contribution to the environment. Therefore, this study tries to find empirical evidence on the influence of several environmental variables, including the environmental performance of the company and disclosure of the company’s environmental management activities to the public on the sustainability of the company with increasing economic (financial) performance of the company. The results of the study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Software WarpPLS 5.0 provide empirical evidence that the company’s Environmental Performance influences the company’s Economic Performance, but does not provide empirical evidence that environmental disclosure company as a conncectingvariabel or mediating the relationship of environmental performance with economic performance

The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. The data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.

Improving employee performance is an important and mandatory thing to be realized, especially in local government organizations. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Yapen Islands Regency with a population of 32 employees, where all employees were used as samples. The independent variables in this study are leadership, competence and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then measuring the variables using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but had a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but is not significant in influencing job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship of leadership to employee performance, but cannot mediate the relationship of competence and organizational culture to employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of lifestyle among millennials on their attitude toward traveling activities. We use survey research that is conducted to understand the causal relationships between variables with the use of a questionnaire as the instrument to obtain data. The questionnaire is distributed to 100 samples who fulfill the requirements. The sample is millennials in Pontianak City who are between 20 - 39 years old. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The hypothesis is the lifestyle and travel motivation have an effect to tour preferences. Furthermore, lifestyle, travel motivation, and tour preferences have an effect on consumer intention to travel. The result of this research shows that all the hypotheses are accepted. Not a few people think traveling has become a hobby and lifestyle because traveling itself has become a trending topic in the community.
