The purpose of this study was to identify internal and external factors of SMEs of Junggo Village Goat, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Junggo Goat Village SMEs, to formulate a business development strategy that should be done of  SMEs of Goat Village Junggo . This research uses participatory action research (PAR) approach to data collection and processing. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of SWOT matrix analysis, there are several alternative strategies such as increasing the number of permanent customers, increasing sales capacity, increasing production capacity, promoting, performing financial and administration recording system, conducting market research and development, providing quality goats, increasing synergism and partnership, provide supplementary food and preventive medicine and conduct comparative studies.

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, profit, and R / C ratio, internal and external factors that influence the development of banana chips agroindustry, an alternative strategy that can be applied in the development of banana chips agroindustry in Pontianak City. The type of research used in this study is the case study method. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The respondent's withdrawal in this study was purposive sampling, which was determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria which looked at being able to provide maximum data, then the respondents who were taken were banana chips entrepreneurs and as supporting respondents namely one person. Agriculture Service and one person from academia. The results showed that the total costs incurred by banana chips entrepreneurs in one month of the production process amounted to Rp. 22,030,029, revenues amounting to Rp. 46,090,000, the profits amounting to Rp. 24,059,971 and added value of Rp. 15,114 / kg of raw materials. R / C ratio of 2.09, which means that every expenditure of Rp. 1.00 banana chips businessmen get a profit of Rp. 1.09 which means that the business of banana chips is worth trying. The development strategy that can be done by banana chips entrepreneurs is an aggressive strategy with more focus on the strategy of SO (Strength-Opportunities), namely by using the power to take advantage of the opportunities that exist. Optimum development of beef cattle is feasible in the potential area with effective strategies. This research was conducted in Banyumas regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the potential of Banyumas Regency in developing beef cattle farming as the basis for its development strategy. A survey method was conducted to obtain the secondary data supported by primary data subjected to simple descriptive statistical analysis consisting of mean values, distribution frequency, cross-tabulation and trend analysis. Ruminant potentials were investigated using LQ analysis, and developmental strategies were formulated using a SWOT analysis. The result showed a fluctuated but positive improvement trend of beef cattle population in Banyumas. Sub-districts potentially developed for beef cattle centres (LQ>1) included Kembaran, Sokaraja, Kalibagor, Kedungbanteng, Karanglewas, Sumbang and Baturraden. A quantitative SWOT matrix analysis showed that the internal factor was 0.0298 (X-axis), and the external factor was – 0.2941 (Y-axis). Conclusively, The key strategy to develop beef cattle in Banyumas was a differential strategy.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

Seaweed is one of the leading commodities in the marine sector which has a high selling value. However, this potential is currently not optimally utilized in Karawang Regency. Karawang Regency has a large enough potential for aquaculture ponds, has a pond area of 18,273.30 hectares, and only 1% is cultivated for seaweed. This research aims to formulate a seaweed cultivation business development strategy that has not developed optimally. The respondents in this research were all 60 seaweed cultivators in Karawang Regency. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through an interview with seaweed cultivators and using the questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from institutions/agencies related to research, such as the Karawang Regency Fisheries Service The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was used to determine a seaweed cultivation development strategy using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the relative position of seaweed cultivation development based on the SWOT analysis is in the first quadrant which means the strategy used is a progressive or aggressive. The progressive strategy of developing seaweed cultivation can be carried out with strategies such as increasing production to meet the demand for seaweed, expanding the area for seaweed cultivation, empowering local communities about seaweed cultivation and diversifying processed seaweed products.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

The main objective of this study is to analyze internal and external factors and recommend strategies for the development of betta fish cultivation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with case study techniques, while the selection of respondents uses a purposive sampling method through participatory observation with interviews based on questionnaires. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) analysis techniques are carried out to plan the required management strategies. The results showed that the IFE matrix analysis had a total score of 3.159 and EFE 2.835. In the SWOT matrix, allocating the betta fish cultivation business is located in quadrant I which can be interpreted as an aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy) and on profitable growth. QSPM analysis results obtained top priority is to improve the quality and number of betta fish produced with a STAS value of 5.749. Based on this top priority, it can be used as input and reference consideration in making policies on betta fish cultivation business which includes strategic factors in the long term.

Inorder to achieve food security, the use of certified seeds is one of the factors thatinfluence the improvement of yield and quality of production. Attempt to capturethese opportunities, Subak Guama need to make strategic business development ofcertified rice seed. The purpose of research is to investigate alternative strategiesand priorities appropriate strategies run by Subak Guama in the development ofcertified rice seed business.The research location was at Subak Guama. Respondents were selectedpurposively regarding their expertise and knowledge of the research. Primarydata were collected focus group discussions, surveys, and in-depth interviews.Secondary data were collected from publications. Formulation of alternativestrategies and priority strategies using SWOT matrix analysis and analysisQSPM.The results show alternative strategies of business development certifiedrice seed include: 1) expand market share in order to meet the potential needs ofseeds, 2) the formation of youth groups farmer, 3) improving the quality of humanresources, 4) empowerment of farmers through the capital strengthening farming5) integrated pest and disease control, and 6) optimization of the certified riceseed business. The result also shows that the priority strategy selected is capitalstrengthening farming.In supporting the development of business certified rice seed, members of SubakGuama is expected to strengthen the capital to apply for credit farming throughfinancial institutions/banks so as to increase production and develop productsseed varieties vary, increase access to a wider market so as to maintain its marketposition has been achieved, as well as more effective cooperation betweenfarmers with KUAT Subak Guama.Keywords: SWOT, QSPM, Rice Seed, Subak

This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.

The potential of resources and the development of environmental services have not been utilized optimally so that an effort to integrate management in terms of ecology and economy based on tourism fish farming is needed. The research to analyse suitability and carryng capacity as well as to formulate the strategy and development priority for marine fisheries tourism of floating cage.  This research was conducted on November 2017 to February 2018 at Amahai coastal water. Primary data was collected through direct observation at 10 stations while secondary data was obtained from literature. Suitability was analysed by using region suitability matrix while carrying capacity was calculated based on PPLKPL-KLH/FPIK-IPB. Arrangement of strategic factors was based on SWOT matrix and then analysed by using TOWS while priority of development strategy was analysed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process.  The result showed that all stations were suitable for marine fisheries tourirsm of floating cage with the percentage ranged from 95.09% (stations 6, 8, 9) to 100% (stations 1-5, 7, 10).  However, based on carrying capacity, there were only six groups of floating cage with total area of  0.45 ha for each group. There were 14 strategies and nine priorities to develop marine fisheries tourism of floating cage in the region of Amahai. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis  kesesuaian kawasan, daya dukung kawasan, serta menformulasikan strategi dan prioritas pengembangan untuk kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA di Negeri Amahai. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan November 2017-Februari 2018 di pesisir Negeri Amahai. Pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data untuk kesesuaian menggunakan matriks kesesuaian kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA, sedangkan perhitungan daya dukung merujuk pada PPLKPL-KLH/FPIK-IPB. Penyusunan faktor-faktor strategis menggunakan matriks SWOT, kemudian dianalisis dengan TOWS, sedangkan untuk menyusun prioritas strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis AHP. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks kesesuaian minawisata bahari kategori KJA pada stasiun 1 sampai 5,7 dan 10 sebesar 100% (sesuai), sedangkan pada stasiun 6, 8, dan 9 sebesar 95,09% (sesuai). Berdasarkan daya dukung kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA diperoleh sebanyak 6 kelompok dengan areal 0,45 ha. Terdapat 14 strategi dan 9 prioritas untuk mengembangkan kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA di Negeri Amahai.

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy.Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.
