This study aims to investigate the influence of teachers’ competence and implementation of international curriculum on teachers’ performance in North Jakarta International Schools. This research was conducted based on the problem that there were still many teachers who do not have good performance. This research uses quantitative study with a survey and interviews to collect data from the respondents. This study employs path analysis technique to test the hypothesis. The sample in this study is 55 teachers in North Jakarta International Schools which is taken by using simple random sampling. The results show that (1) teachers’ competence has a positive and effect on teachers’ performance, (2) the implementation of international curriculum has a positive effect on teachers’ performance, and (3) teachers’ competence has a positive effect on the implementation of international curriculum.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of stress and job satisfaction toward the Authorities of Education, Youth and Sport of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Employee’s absenteeism. The research was conducted by using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 103 personnel. Research samples selected as much as 82 personnel using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) stress has direct positive effect to absenteeism; (2) job satisfaction has direct negative effect to absenteeism; (3) stress has negative effect to job satisfaction

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi,motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur,Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi. The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the influence of extravert personality and distributive justice on counterproductive behavior teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out using a quantitative survey with path analysis applied in testing hypotheses. Members of 95 teachers from high schools in Matraman Regency as samples were selected by simple random sampling. This study concludes: (1) There are direct negative effects of extravert personality on counterproductive behavior (2) There are direct negative effects of distributive justice on counterproductive behavior (3) There is a direct positive effect of extravert personality on distributive justice (4) There is a direct negative effect from extravert personality to counterproductive behavior through distributive justice.

Brand image, price, facilities and interest were factors that made students decided to study at Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Medan Baru. The objectives of the study were to find out and analize the effect of brand image, price, facilities and interest toward students’ decision to study at Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Medan Baru through interest as intervening variable. The respondents were 225 students. Simple random sampling was used as sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using path analysis. The result displayed that brand image, facilities had positive effect and significant to toward students. On the otherhand, price had negative effect toward students. The interest had positive effect and significant toward students’ decision to study at Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Baru. Brand image, facilities had positive effect and significant toward students’ decision to study at Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Baru. On the otherhand, pice had negative toward students’ decision toward students’ decision to study at Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Baru.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of recruitment and motivation toward job performance of Military Personnel Submarine Unit in Eastern Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy. This research  using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of research is 80 military personnel and sample involving 67 personnel as respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research findings are (1) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on job performance. (2) there is a positively direct effect motivation on job performance (3) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on motivation. Therefore, the job performance of Submarine Unit military personnel can be improved through improvement of recruitment, and motivation.

Members´ loyalty is a very important thing in the business of cooperatives, for the development and progress of cooperatives in the future. High members´ commitment and satisfaction in cooperatives greatly influence the attitude of members to use the products and services offered by cooperatives to make members more loyal. The study aims to determine the effect of a members´ commitment and satisfaction on the members´ loyalty. The population of this study was members of the KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur, which numbered 172 people. The number of samples taken was 120 members, with a simple random sampling method. Data collectors are carried out through interviews, observation, literature, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research findings state that partially members´ commitment and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur. Simultaneously members´ commitment and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita in Sanur. To increase member's loyalty, members need to be aware of themselves to have high commitment and satisfaction for cooperatives to create prosperity for cooperatives, cooperative members and society in general.

<p>This study examines the factors which link learning outcomes, creative product and entrepeneurship. The purpose of this research is to understand the significance of the influence of learning creativity and learning independence with learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products at public high vocational school. The number of samples of this research is 131 respondents. It was taken using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique which has been used in this research is multiple linear regression. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 63.008 + 0.160 X1 + 0.132 X2. From the results of the simultaneous significance test (Test F) produces Fcount&gt; Ftable, namely 100.183&gt; 3.066, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Then the T- test was performed and the resulting Y on X1 tcount = 7.844 and t table = 1.65685, Y on X2 tcount = 6.315 and t table = 1.65685. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is positive and significant. The coefficient of Y determination on X1 and X2 is 0.610 which indicates that 61.0% of the learning outcome variable is determined by learning creativity and learning independence. Based on the results of the research, teachers and students should pay attention to the factors of learning creativity and learning independence as consideration in applying learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products, because these variables have a significant positive effect on learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products.</p><p>Penelitian ini mengkaji factor-faktor yang menghubungkan hasil belajar Produk Kreaktif dan Kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Kreativitas Belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Produk Kreaktif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional, populasi diambil dari seluruh siswa SMK Negeri Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tehnik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 63,008 + 0,160 X1 + 0,132 X2. Dari hasil uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F) menghasilkan Fhitung &gt; Ftabel yaitu 100,183 &gt; 3,066, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Kemudian dilakukan uji t dan dihasilkan Y atas X1 thitung = 7,844 dan ttabel = 1,65685, Y atas X2 thitung = 6,315 dan ttabel = 1,65685. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasinya adalah positif dan signifikan. Koefisien determinasi Y atas X1 dan X2 diperoleh sebesar 0,610 yang menunjukkan bahwa 61,0% variabel hasil belajar ditentukan oleh kreativitas belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar.<br />Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, guru dan siswa ada baiknya memperhatikaan faktor-faktor kreativitas belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengaplikasikan hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan, karena variabel ini secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan.</p>
