PT TAF is one of multifinance companies in Indonesia. The increase in low segment sales from 2013-2017 with a high credit amount led to an increase in the quality of PT TAF's receivables categorized as Non Performing Financing (NPF). This increase in NPF was also accompanied by an increase in PT TAF's net loss in 2017 and affected the company's profits. Therefore an analysis is needed to find out factors that influence the amount of credit and NPF, in order to formulate the strategy to manage it. This study uses secondary data of PT TAF debtors which related to the amount of credit, debtor delays and NPF from 2013 to 2017. The approach of this study is a case study in PT TAF about the level of NPF from 2013 -2017. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis and statistical tests. Multiple linear regression is performed to determine the factors that influence the amount of credit, while binary logistic regression is carried out to determine the factors that influence NPF. The results of the analysis will be used to formulate a strategy proposal for controlling NPF at PT TAF. Factors that significantly influence the amount of the credit are vehicle price, age, loan interest, installment amount, income, down payment, type of first installment, type of vehicle, education, gender, credit package, and credit tenor. The factors that influence NPF are the amount of credit, Loan to Value (LTV), the residence area of ​​the debtor and inflation. The proposed strategy formulations are: to consider factors which affecting amount of credit in granting credit, to increase the debtor portfolio with LTV less than or equal to 80 percent, avoid low down payment and long tenor products, strengthen collection organizational structures and increase team collection capabilities, and utilize the Financial Information Service System from OJK to obtain information about the debtors.

This research aims to know the system and the procedure for the implementation  of  the partnership  program  and  its  influence  on the quality of the SMBS become partner PT Telkom. This laboratory <br />of the adoption by the exportation of cases the implementation of the partnership program which occurs on PT Telkom. The results of this research can be used as a reference for students, faculty and researchers who wish to develop further research. In addition, this research is also useful as early studies to evaluate the implementation of the partnership <br />program which is in PT Telkom Branches Palu.The research method used is the method of descriptive analysis based on the case study, namely approach which compare the conceptual characteristics, SOP system and folow-up procedures partnership program on PT Telkom compared with empiric phenomenon that occurs on PT Telkom Branches Palu. The sources of the data obtained through several ways by observation, interview, study document and  the questioner from the secondary data. Through the evaluation that has been done, the authors conclude <br />that there is a discrepancy in some of the things in the implementation of the company operational standards (SOP) partnership program on  CDC Unit PT Telkom Branches Palu, and not decide the implementation of internal control especially CDC unit that causes the implementation and the achievement of the purpose of the partnership program has not <br />been achieved. Based on the results of research can be recommended to PT Telkom for more maximize the construction process such as training or business consulting periodically. In addition, increase the number of  CDC Unit staff to maximize performance. While, suggestions for SMBS expected to make financial reports regularly and actual.

Conservation Analysis of Flood Area In Jakarta Pusat (Case Study: Gambir Sub-District). The city's development as one of the primary government centers has experienced various changes in the land's physical environment, which are increasingly dense by various infrastructures to impact the quality of people's lives and the environment. This study aims to achieve a healthy ecological system by conserving flood-prone areas as human needs for a healthy environment. This research took place in the Gambir Subdistrict, Central Jakarta Municipality, Special Region of Jakarta Province, with an area of 7.59 km2. The method used in this paper is a descriptive analysis using secondary data. Based on the analysis of land use maps, green open space maps, land subsidence maps and topography, yielded three Conservation Area categories in Gambir District, namely (a) High Category, covering urban villages (Kelurahan) of Kebon Kelapa and Gambir (b) Medium category,  covering urban villages of Duri Pulo and Cideng (c) Low Category, covering urban villages of North Petojo and South Petojo areas.

Development of technology and application of e-government at city, sub-district, and village become the factor of emergence of Information and Communication Technology-based information service system innovation. Yogyakarta has implemented e-government as one of the strategies used to achieve the slogan of Yogyakarta Smart City. One of the areas that have implemented the concept is Patehan, Kraton, Yogyakarta. This research aims to describe the system of online administrative services, identify of utilization by the community, and measure the quality of its services. The research method used was qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collected are primary data and secondary data with analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the administrative service system in Patehan (SiWarga Patehan) is a system made by citizens, for citizens, and from citizens to take care of online certificate from RT, RW until the village that serve as one alternative for the community has high mobility. Based on 60 respondents, it can be concluded that the administrative system of SiWarga Patehan included into the category of good with the service index of 79.97.

This study aims at comparing the level of disclosure of Islamic values in Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. The method used in research is a quantitative method using descriptive analysis techniques and test of difference. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the annual reports of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia in 2013-2017. The disclosure aspects of Islamic values in the annual report of Islamic banks that became the focus of this study are information regarding the vision and mission, the top management information, service and product information, zakat, donation and charity, employee support, commitment to debtors, commitment to the environment and society, and evaluation of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). The result of this study indicates that there are differences in the level of disclosure of Islamic values in Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. Based on the results of statistical tests show that the average disclosure of Islamic values in Islamic banks in Indonesia is better than Islamic banks in Malaysia. The difference in the level of disclosure is due to the status of several Islamic banks in Indonesia as publicly owned companies.Keywords: Disclosure of Islamic Values, Annual Report, Islamic Bank.

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis,  income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.

Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not  accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar

Abstract: This research departs from the awareness that libraries are vital instruments for a tertiary institution. One important element in measuring the quality of a library is the services provided at the library. Furthermore, this study aims to: (1) Obtain an overview of the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang library. (2) Obtaining an overview of the various services carried out at the Faculty of Usuluddin. (3) Obtaining an overview of the library service user profile at the Faculty of Usuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Remember secondary data is used as the main source used in research carried out. Then as resource persons / informants in this study are: (1) library coordinator of the Faculty of Usuluddin. (2) library staff in the Faculty of Usuluddin. (3) Library library students of the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data collection techniques are through documentation studies and interviews to supplement information obtained from various informants / informants in the research conducted. The data scaling technique is to use statistical tools, namely by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study found: (1) There are three main services for users provided by the Ushuluddin Faculty IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang library: (a) circulation services (b) reference services (c) internet services. (2) There is a significant increase in the number of users at the Faculty of Islamic Studies Imam Bonjol Padang IAIN between 2015 and 2016. (3) Those who use library services of the Faculty of Islamic Studies Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang are generally male in 2015. While female visitors dominates the users of the Faculty of Usuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang in 2016 .. (4) Users who use the library of the Usshuluddin IAIN Faculty of Padang generally come from the Department of Islamic Psychology.Keywords: Library and Library Service,Abstrak : Penelitian ini berangkat dari kesadaran bahwa perpustakaan merupakan instrumen vital bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi. Salah satu unsur penting dalam mengukur kualitas perpustakaan adalah layanan yang diberikan pada perpustakaan tersebut. Lebih jauh penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Memperoleh gambaran tentang perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. (2) Memperoleh gambaran tentang berbagai layanan yang dijalankan pada Fakultas Ushuluddin. (3) Memperoleh gambaran profil pengguna layanan perpustakaan di Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Mengingat data-data skunder digunakan sebagai sumber utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dijalankan. Kemudian sebagai nara sumber / informan  dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) koordinator pertpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin. (2) staf perpustakaan di Fakultas Ushuluddin. (3) Mahasiswa pemustaka perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara untuk melengkapi informasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai narasumber / informan dalam penelitian yang dijalankan. Teknik pengalisaan data adalah dengan menggunakan alat bantu statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisa deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati : (1) Terdapat tiga layanan utama bagi pemustaka yang diberikan oleh perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang : (a) layanan sirkulasi (b)  layanan referensi (c)  layanan internet. (2) Adanya peningkatan jumlah yang signifikan dari pemustaka di Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang antara tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2016. (3) Pemustaka yang menggunakan layanan perpustakaan Fakulas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol padang umumnya adalah laki-laki pada tahun 2015. Sedangkan pemustaka perempuan mendominasi pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Ushuluddin IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang  tahun 2016.. Aims: The study aims to overview about the marketing activities of banana industry in Vietnam based on the case study in Khoai Chau district, Vietnam. Methodology: Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data was collected through face-to-face interviews and mobile phone with market participants using semi-structured questionnaire in two year 2016 and 2019. The descriptive analysis method was used to describe channels of distribution, marketing practices of farmers and traders, flow of product from producers to consumers, and problems that banana farmers and traders encounter in their business operations. Results: The results show that banana was sold through 13 channels for both domestic and international markets. At traders’ level market, non-contract was popularly applied by retailers in both selling and buying operations. Majority of banana growers have small operations and engage in small transactions and individually with buyers. They do not have market power in setting the price. They are often faced with unstable price and difficulty in entering high income market. Establishing banana grower association in each commune would enable growers to maintain and monitor the quality of banana especially among small growers. Though collective marketing, they can link with large and stable potential markets such as supermarkets and other institutional buyers.
