Purpose of this research is to know influence of learning independence on student mathematic study result in VIII grade in SMP Negeri 9 Mataram academic year 2020/2021. Types of research is Causal comparative Quantitative research or ex-post facto. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique, obtained 39 students were taken 4 or 5 students from each class randomly spread over 8 classes in class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Mataram. Data collection in this study was carried out by providing a learning independence questionnaire in the research sample and documentation of mid-semester test scores obtained from mathematics subject teachers. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between learning independence and learning result, namely α = 0.610. With the other catalyst, the correlation was in the strong category. The amount of the contribution of learning independence to the mathematics learning result of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 9 Mataram academic year 2020/2021 is 37.20% and this is quite significant at the 0.05 significant level. This result can also be shown by the regression equation Y = 19.187 + 0.523X where Y is the learning independence and X is the result of learning mathematics.

Abstract:This study aimed to investigates the effect of Mathematical self-efficacy on the students’ learning outcomes of Teaching Practice Placement (PPL). This research used ex-post-facto with simple paradigm design. The population were 80 students’ Department of Mathematics Education. Sampling technique used was saturated sample so that all the members of the population selected. The instruments used were questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The findings indicate that the average of the students' self-efficacy is 95.66 which is categorized as ‘fair’, the students’ learning outcomes of teaching practice placement is 3.87 which is categorized as ‘A’, and the regression gained through regression testwas Y = 2.359 + 0.016X. Thus, there is significant effect of self-efficacy on the students’ learning outcomes of Teaching Practice Placement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of parenting that affects mathematics learning outcomes and to determine the criteria for mathematics learning outcomes for class XI students of  Public Vocational Secondary School 3 Mataram in the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research is ex post facto research with descriptive and quantitative statistical approaches. Determination of the sample is done by proportionate purposive sampling technique by taking representatives of each class to be sampled, after taking 20% of the population, a sample of 131 students is obtained. The type of parenting that is applied by parents is determined based on the highest score on the parenting questionnaire for each whole item statement for each parenting. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques, there are 12 students with authoritarian parenting types, 44 students with permissive parenting types, and 75 students with authoritative parenting. Student mathematics learning outcomes for each parenting are mostly in the very low category. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the value of  t calculated for each parenting, obtained from authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative parenting respectively 0.83, -1.16, and 3.63, with a value of t_table is 2.02, 2.23, and 1.99. Thus, it can be seen that parenting patterns that affect the learning outcomes of students of class XI in SMK Negeri 3 Mataram are authoritative parenting, because the calculated value is greater than the value of t table, which is 3,63 > 1.99, with the influence of 15.32%.
