This study is aimed todetermine the effect of  guided-inqury learning model combined with the experimental method on physics learning outcomes grade XI IPA in  SMAN 2 Mataram of academic year 2016/2017. This is quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest control group design. The population is all students grade XI IPA in SMAN 2 Mataram and the sample is student class XI IPA-7 as the experimental group and class XI IPA-9 as the control one which is selected by purposive sampling. The data of physics outcomes learning is collected by using multiple-choice test. Average value obtained in experimental class is 77.00, while in control is 65.65. The highest N-gain value is in sub material elasticity properties of material, it is 51% in control  and 88% in experimental. Statistical used is t-test polled variance at significant level of 5% and the result obtained tcountis 6,27. This value is greater than ttable (ttable=1.993). It means that there is an influence of guided-inquiry learning model combined with the experimental method on physics learning outcomes grade XI IPA in SMAN 2 Mataram.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) learning model on physics learning outcomes of student class XI SMAN 5 Mataram academic year 2015/2016. Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) is a learning model that consists of three phases namely learning phase of individual work, group work phase, and the phase of presentation of the group's work. The results of a study which examined learning outcomes on cognitive aspects of the C1 to C6 (knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation). Type of research is a quasi-experimental research with posttest-only control group design. The sample was chosen by cluster random sampling. Data of learning outcomes were analyzed using t-test. Results showed that there was an effect of Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) learning model on students’ physics learning outcomes in Class XI SMAN 5 Mataram academic year 2015/2016.

Research on the effect of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu has been done. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu. The type of research was a quasi-experimental study non-randomized design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was conducted with a purposive sampling technique. The study sample was students in class X MIA 6 as an experimental group (n = 22) and students in class X MIA 3 as a control group (n = 22). The data testing of students' learning outcomes used a non-parametric statistical analysis, the analysis of Mann-Whitney U-Test. The research results indicated that the mean value of the experiment class was high compared to the control class, 22.61 >18.39. The statistical analysis obtained that sig. 2-tailed (0,032) ˂ 0.05 and Zcalculation (-2.149) ˂ Ztable (-1.96). The average value of the experiment class was 82.95 while the average value of the control class was 73.64. So it can be concluded that there is the effect of applying the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes.

The aim of this research is to know the impact of the applying Giving Question Getting Answers model with experimental methods toward the learning motivation and result of physics learning. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with posttest only control group design. The population was all student of grade XI in senior high school 1 of  Labuapi. The sampling technique used saturation sampling, while the sample are class XI MIA 1 as the experimental 1 class, and the XI MIA 2 as experimental 2 class. Experimental 1 class was treated with giving question getting answers learning model with experimental methods and experimental 2 class was treated with giving question getting answers learning model without experimental methods. The instrument of motivation learning was used motivation questionnaire and instrument the result of physics learning used multiple choice test. The research hypothesis was tested using Manova-test, data analysis shows that Sig. <0,05 which mean that H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there are effect of Giving Question Getting Answers model with experimental methods on student’s motivation and physics learning result.

This research aims to find out the effect of problem based learning model with PhET media on the student’s results of physics learning of Xthgrade SMAN 1 Gunungsari in academic year 2015/2016. This research is a quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is all of Xthgrade student which amounted to 333 students, and the sample is the student at X.6 which amounted to 34 student as experiment class and student at X.7 which amounted to 35 student as control class. The sample was got by using the cluster purposive sample. The result of pre-test showed that the average value of experiment class is 34,35, while the control class around 43,66. The result of post-test showed that the average value of experiment class is 70,24, while the control class around 57,60. The study tested the hypothesis with t-test polled varians. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, tcount = 4,93 and ttable = 1,99 with significance level of 5% and tcount>ttable, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So can be concluded that there is an effect of problem based learning model with PhET media on the student’s results of physics learning of Xthgrade SMAN 1 Gunungsari in academic year 2015/2016.

Learning objectives are achieved when students actively interact with the learning components arranged by the teacher. One of the learning components that can support the achievement of learning objectives is the learning model. One learning model that can produce open interaction between students is Think Pair Share (TPS). This model gives students the opportunity to think and help with friends. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the TPS learning model on learning outcomes of Geography. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment), with a nonquivalent control group design. The research variables consisted of: 1) the dependent variable was student learning outcomes and 2) the independent variable was the TPS learning model. Student learning outcomes are measured using a test consisting of two, namely objective and subjective tests. The instrument used is a multiple choice test, amounting to 40 items. Data analysis used independent T test with SPSS 20.00 for Windows. The results showed that the TPS learning model had an effect on learning outcomes. TPS provides an opportunity for students to develop their analytical skills on a problem and communicate it. Keywords: cooperative learning, think pair share model, and learning outcomes

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Giving Question Getting Answers  melalui metode eksperimen terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan posstest only control group disign. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Labuapi. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dengan kelas XI MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas XI MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Kelas eksperimen 1 diberi perlakuan model Giving Question Getting Answers melalui metode eksperimen sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 diberi perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran Giving Question Gettig Answers tanpa metode eksperimen. Instrumen motivasi belajar menggunakan angket motivasi sedangkan  instrumen hasil belajar menggunakan soal pilihan ganda. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji Manova, hasilnya menunjukkan Nilai Sig. <0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Giving Question Getting Answers melalui metode eksperimen terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik. Kata kunci: model GQGA melalui metode eksperimen; motivasi; hasil belajar. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to know the impact of the applying Giving Question Getting Answers model with experimental methods toward the learning motivation and result of physics learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem based learning model with experiment method of the topic light on student’s physics learning outcomes of SMPN 2 Gunungsari academic year 2014/2015. The design of this study used experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is students of grade VIII SMPN 2 Gunungsari, with sampling was using cluster random sampling technique. The samples are the students of class VIII A as experimental class and class VIII B as control class. Data results studying by test used is polled variance t-test. The results of the analysis of hypothesis test obtained tcount= 2,71 compared with ttable = 2,.02 at the significance level of 5%. According to criteria of hypothesis testing, if tcount > ttable, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there are effect of problem based learning model with experiment method of the topic light on student’s physics learning outcomes of SMPN 2 Gunungsari academic year 2014/2015.

ABSTRAK: Kemampuan berbicara siswa masih minim. Salah satu faktor penyebab minimnya kemampuan berbicara siswa adalah pemanfaatan strategi mengajar. Guru masih mempunyai pemikiran lama sehingga hasil pembelajaran kurang begitu maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan model pembelajaran kartu bicara (time token), mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran berbicara melaporkan peristiwa, dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa setelah menggunakan model kartu bicara (time token). This is study aims to determine the use of the Inside Outside Circle model of the learning outcomes of Indonesian history in Sriwijaya kingdom material. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a pure experimental approach. The designed of this study is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The type of research instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 35 questions. Technique for analyzing the data used quantitative techniques. The population in this study were all X grade students in academic year 2018/2019. And sample of the data taken in  X grade students at AKL 1 as the experimental and X OTP 2 as the control. The experimental class was treated using the Inside Outside Circle model on the Sriwijaya Kingdom learning material and the control class was not treated inside the circle learning model. Based on the analysis of the use of research hypotheses, the results of this study conclude there is an influence of the Inside Outside Circle learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian history on Sriwijaya kingdom material.

This study aims to provide an empirical picture of whether or not the Teams Games-Tournament (TGT) learning model aided by Question Box media has an impact on the fourth-grade science learning outcomes at SDN Cengkareng Barat 16 Pagi West Jakarta in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research population consisted of 55 students consisting of 28 students of class IV A and 27 students of IV B. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This study used a quantitative approach, and the research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The result showed an effect of the Teams Games-Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by the question box media on student learning outcomes in science.
