The objective of the research was to examine the influence of Profitability Growth and Investment Decision on Dividend Policy with Debt Policy as Moderating variables in manufacture companies listed in BEI (Indonesia Stock Market) in the period of 2012 – 2016. The research used causal research method. The population was 138 manufacture companies listed in BEI in the period of 2012-2016, and 85 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of observations that is as much as 425 data analysis is by 5 years observation 85 companies. The data were analyzed by using residual test. The result of this study showed that simultaneously the variables of Profitability, Growth and Investment Decision had influence on Dividend Policy. Partially, Profitability had significant positive influence on Dividend Policy, and Investment Decision had significant positive influence on Dividend Policy. The variables of Debt Policy is moderating variables to explain influence Profitability, Growth and Invsetment Decision) on Dividend Policy.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and asset structure positively to the stock price on manufacture companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research samples have been selected by using purposive sampling technique to the 62 manufacture companies have been published the financial statement and active stocks which have been traded at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2016 periods with the amount of 186 data which have yet to be the research sample criteria.The data analysis has been carried out by using multiple linier regressions analysis. The results of the study found out that capital structure has a positive influence on stock price means that the high capital structure influences shareholder decisions in increasing stock price. Profitability has a significant positive influence on stock price means that every increase in the profitability of a food and beverages company, it causes the stock price will increase. And asset structure have a positive influence on stock price means to indicate that every increase in asset structure of manufacture company, it causes that stock price will increase.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 2) the influence of process on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 3) influence of physical evidence to satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. This research includes causative descriptive research. The population in this study were patients or visitors Siti Rahmah Hospital. Determination of the number of samples determined by researchers as many as 60 respondents, the questionnaires distributed using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. Researchers suggested that RS Siti Rahmah improve services in the form of increased medical personnel in order to create satisfaction on services at RS Siti Rahmah.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of profitability on the company's value, and determine whether this influence intervenes the value relevance of accounting information, investment opportunities and dividend policy, assuming that investors act rationally so that the fundamental aspects of the financial statements become major factor in the shares investment decision. The contribution of this research is to provide input to the management about the importance of maintaining and improving performance in order to give satisfaction to investors and provide expectations for the return on investment which can ultimately increase the company’s value. This study design is causality with the unit of analysis is the samples taken by purposive sampling technique on a population of listed companies on the IDX Kompas 100 index from 2011 - 2014. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results from this study are: 1. Profitability has significant and positive influence on the company’s value; 2. Profitability has no significant and positive influence on the value relevance of accounting information; 3. Profitability has negative and significant influence on investment opportunities; 4. Profitability has significant and positive influence on the dividend policy; 5. The value relevance of accounting information has significant and negative influence on the company’s value; 6. The investment opportunities have no significant and positive influence on company’s value; 7. Dividend policy has no significant and positive influence on company’s value; 8. The value relevance of accounting information, investment opportunities and dividend policy have not been able to mediate the influence of profitability on company’s value.

The research was purposed to find out the effect of Ownership Structure, Capital Structure, Profitability to Firm Value and dividend policy as moderating variable. This research uses secondary data of mining companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years of 2011 - 2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling.  The results showed that the ownership structure has no influence to firm value, the capital structure has a significant negative influence to firm value, and profitability has a significant positive influence to firm value. Dividend policy as a moderating variable weakens influence of institutional ownership, Government ownership and capital structure to firm value. While the influence between profitability and firm value, dividend policy can strengthen its influence. Only profitability have a significant positive influence to firm value. This means high profitability can provide value added to the firm value as reflected by the increasing value of Tobins Q.

The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of ownership structure, dividend policy, debt policy on the value of the firms in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data used in this research is financial data in the form  financial statements of public companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study  shown that: ownership structure has a significant positive influence to dividend policy. Ownership structure significant negative influence to debt policy. Ownership structure have no influence to value of the firms. Dividend policy significant negative influence to debt policy. Dividend policy have no influence to value of the firms. This study aims to determine how to influence simultaneously and partially investment decisions, debt policy and dividend policy on firm value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which amounted to 43 companies. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the number of samples obtained is 8 companies. While the data analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect method. The results of the study show that partially investment decisions and debt policies have a positive effect on firm value. While dividend policy has a negative effect on firm value. In addition, the results of the study simultaneously show that investment decisions, debt policies and dividend policies affect the value of the company. The amount of investment decisions, debt policy and dividend policy in contributing influence to earnings management is 34.14%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. <p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.
