This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 2) the influence of process on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 3) influence of physical evidence to satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. This research includes causative descriptive research. The population in this study were patients or visitors Siti Rahmah Hospital. Determination of the number of samples determined by researchers as many as 60 respondents, the questionnaires distributed using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. Researchers suggested that RS Siti Rahmah improve services in the form of increased medical personnel in order to create satisfaction on services at RS Siti Rahmah.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and asset structure positively to the stock price on manufacture companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research samples have been selected by using purposive sampling technique to the 62 manufacture companies have been published the financial statement and active stocks which have been traded at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2016 periods with the amount of 186 data which have yet to be the research sample criteria.The data analysis has been carried out by using multiple linier regressions analysis. The results of the study found out that capital structure has a positive influence on stock price means that the high capital structure influences shareholder decisions in increasing stock price. Profitability has a significant positive influence on stock price means that every increase in the profitability of a food and beverages company, it causes the stock price will increase. And asset structure have a positive influence on stock price means to indicate that every increase in asset structure of manufacture company, it causes that stock price will increase.

The Family Hope Program and its impact on Community Welfare in Kubung District, Solok Regency, is one of the Government's policies to address poverty problems, especially meeting the health and basic education needs of children from poor families and providing assistance with conditions that must be met by participants before receiving assistance. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kubung District, Kab. Solok and to find out whether the Family Hope Program has an effect on Community Welfare in the District. Kubung District of Solok. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research to reveal facts related to the Family Hope Program and its impact on community welfare in the district. Lemur. Jatiluwih tourist attraction have a big opportunity to be an ecotourism object. Ecotourism can mix both between natural and cultural conservation with local participation. So important to do a research on the potential of ecotourism in the village and to the principle of ecotourism. Data colectiom technique by observation, interviews and study literature. Technique the determination of informants by purposive sampling. Technique data analysis in this research by Miles and Huberman models. Jatiluwih Village have natural and cultural potential. Based on nine ecotourism principle and criteria, Jatiluwih Village have met six ecotourism principle and criteria. The objective of the research was to examine the influence of Profitability Growth and Investment Decision on Dividend Policy with Debt Policy as Moderating variables in manufacture companies listed in BEI (Indonesia Stock Market) in the period of 2012 – 2016. The research used causal research method. The population was 138 manufacture companies listed in BEI in the period of 2012-2016, and 85 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of observations that is as much as 425 data analysis is by 5 years observation 85 companies. The data were analyzed by using residual test. The result of this study showed that simultaneously the variables of Profitability, Growth and Investment Decision had influence on Dividend Policy. Partially, Profitability had significant positive influence on Dividend Policy, and Investment Decision had significant positive influence on Dividend Policy. The variables of Debt Policy is moderating variables to explain influence Profitability, Growth and Invsetment Decision) on Dividend Policy.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of guest satisfaction when breakfast at the Royal Restaurant of Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 90 people as sample. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through data tabulation and descriptive data using percentages. The results of the study found that guest satisfaction about breakfast at the Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi was in the category of satisfaction 90% and the category very satisfied 10%.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the meaning of Ambon City academics on the Prophet's hadith regarding the recommendation to study from Abu Hurairah ra. Muslim history. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research object of the Prophet's hadith. about suggestions and orders to actively seek knowledge for his people. The research subjects are academics; lecturers, teachers and students who live in the city of Ambon. Determination of informants is done through purposive sampling technique, data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through two analytical techniques; 1) the analysis of the meaning of the hadith was carried out through the tahliliy method; 2) through qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data display, data verification, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are stated as follows that the meaning of this hadith among academics in Ambon City is in line and in accordance with what has been explained by hadith scholars. Most academics interpret this hadith in a meaningful or contextual way that the science referred to in this hadith is the science of religion and general science (not only religious science), seeking knowledge is like worship which is a basic human spiritual need, and heaven (al-jannah) is meant. is success and happiness that will be obtained in this world and in the hereafter for those who are serious about learning and seeking knowledge. Key Words: hadith; recommendation to study; academics  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan akademisi Kota Ambon terhadap hadis Nabi saw tetang anjuran menuntut ilmu dari Abu Hurairah ra. riwayat Muslim. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Obyek penelitian hadis Nabi saw. tentang anjuran dan perintah giat mencari ilmu bagi ummatnya. Adapun subyek penelitian adalah akedemisi; dosen, guru dan mahasiswa yang berdomisili di kota Ambon. Penentuan informan dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui dua teknik analisis;1) analisis makna hadis ditempuh melalui metode tahliliy;  2)melalui teknik analisis data kualitatif, yaitu display data, verifikasi data, interpretasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian dikemukakan sebagai berikut bahwa pemaknaan hadis ini di kalangan akademisi Kota Ambon sejalan dan sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijelaskan oleh ulama hadis. Sebagian besar akademisi memaknai hadis ini secara maknawiyah atau kontekstual bahwa ilmu yang dimaksud dalam hadis ini adalah ilmu agama dan ilmu umum (bukan hanya ilmu agama), menuntut ilmu ibarat ibadah yang merupakan kebutuhan pokok rohani manusia, serta surga (al-jannah) yang dimaksud adalah kesuksesan dan kebahagiaan yang akan diperoleh di dunia ini maupun di akhirat kelak bagi mereka yang bersungguh-sungguh belajar dan menutut ilmu. Kata Kunci: hadis; anjuran menuntut ilmu; akademisi

This study aims to analyze how much the income of fishermen's households and the contribution made by women fishermen to the household income of fishermen. This research was conducted in Pasie Nan Tigo Subdistrict Koto Tangah Padang City in August 2020. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection is conducted with interviews, observations and documentation. For the determination of samples used Purposive Sampling technique with the number of samples as many as 37 people. The results of this study showed that 1) income generated by fishing households whose wives dry fish is Rp. 3.078.378,- per month and household income that his wife trades monthly is Rp.3.407.790,-. Factors that affect the income of these fishermen women are educational factors and age factors. 2) The contribution obtained from women fishermen who dry fish is 55% and the contribution of women fishermen who trade 60%.

ABSTRACT As a journal, entitled “The effectiveness of system e-performance in supporting the performance of employees in Gununganyar Distri Surabaya City East Java Province the province of east java”, the purpose is to understand how effective and efficiency of e-performance application in supporting activities and outputs of employees that called performance by using qualitative methods and types of descriptive research where data retrieval is performed with interviews, observation and documentation. In the informant determination of research this time using purposive sampling technique and snowball, there are Head of District, Administrator of e-Performance, and Staffs on that dictrict. The researchers used a Qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, the presentation of the data, and draw conclusions. Analysis result has indicated that there are significant qualifications of e-performance systems in supporting the output and activities of employees. The conclusion that obtained from the research this time was more effectiveness from implementation of the e-performance program in Gununganyar District. The author would suggest that the government should provide assistance in the form of infrastructure, socializing on a regular basis, the rules regarding e-Performance Openness which should be increased and the need for evaluation of it.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at  PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch. The sample used is 90 respondents, with sampling  technique used is purposive sampling. Method of data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that service quality variables consisting of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and collateral simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch. While the partial physical evidence, empathy, kahandalan, responsiveness, and guarantee also significantly affect customer satisfaction at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Palu Branch. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Mandala Multi Finance Cabang Palu. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 90 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri bukti fisik, empati, kahandalan, daya tanggap,dan jaminan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Mandala Multi Finance Cabang Palu. Sedangkan secara parsial bukti fisik, empati, kahandalan, daya tanggap,dan jaminan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Mandala Multi Finance Cabang Palu.

This study aims to describe the contribution of parenting to students' interest in learning. Parenting patterns are all the ways and actions taken by parents in carrying out their responsibilities as parents. While interest in learning is a sense of preference and a sense of attachment to a thing or activity, without anyone touching. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of parenting patterns to the learning interest of class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 9 Padang for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this study is quantitative with the type of research that is correlational, the population of this study amounted to 420 people who were registered with a sample of 204 people who were registered in class x for the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. So that the number of samples obtained is 204 people. The instrument in this study was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using statistical programs on IBM Statistical 20 computers and Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of data processing, it is obtained that the rcount value is 0.498 with an rtable value of 0.138 because the rcount value is greater than the rtable value (0.498> 0.138), it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation with the direction between the contribution of parenting parents to contribute to student learning interest, with the contribution value is 25%, which means that the parenting pattern of parents' interest in learning is in the low category.
