Abstract. Exchange of money in muamalah fiqh is called Al-Sharf which is a sale and purchase agreement. This is as happened in Jalan Merdeka, Bandung City, a business that exchanges money that is rife before Idul Fitri. The Indonesian Ulema Council regulates the sale and purchase of currencies (Al-Sharf) in Fatwa Number 28 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Currency Trading (Al-Sharf). In this case the authors formulate a problem with the aim of knowing the practice of money exchange services on Jalan Merdeka Bandung and also to find out the Fatwa Analysis of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No 28 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 Concerning Currency Trading (Al-Sharf) Against Money Exchange Services on Jalan Merdeka Bandung.The method in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The object of this study is the primary data source in the form of interviews and secondary data sources in the form of books, journals and other literature. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews.The National Sharia Council has kicked the need to establish a fatwa on Al-sharf to be used as a guideline in currency trading transactions. In practice, the exchange of Rp 100,000 can be exchanged with Rp. 2,000 denominations. Currency trading activities carried out on Jalan Merdeka Bandung are in conflict with the DSN-MUI Fatwa on point three, that is, if the value is different then the law is usury  Abstrak.Tukar-menukar uang dalam fiqih muamalah dinamakan Al-Sharf yang merupakan akad jual beli uang. Hal ini sebagaimana terjadi di Jalan Merdeka Kota Bandung, bisnis penukaran uang yang marak terjadi menjelang Idul Fitri. Majelis Ulama Indonesia mengatur jual beli mata uang (Al-Sharf) dalam Fatwa Nomor 28/DSN-MUI/III/2002 Tentang Jual Beli Mata Uang (Al-Sharf). Dalam hal ini penulis merumuskan masalah dengan tujuan Untuk mengetahui Praktik Jasa Penukaran Uang di Jalan Merdeka Bandung dan juga untuk mengetahui Analisis Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia No 28/DSN-MUI/III/2002 Tentang Jual Beli Mata Uang (Al-Sharf) Terhadap Jasa Penukaran Uang di Jalan Merdeka Bandung.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Objek penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer berupa wawancara dan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, jurnal dan literatur lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara.Dewan Syariah Nasional memendang perlu menetapkan fatwa tentang Al-sharf untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam transaksi jual beli mata uang. Pada praktinya penukaran uang Rp 100.000 dapat ditukar dengan pecahan Rp 2.000 sebanyak 45 lembar. Kegiatan jual beli mata uang yang dilakukan di Jalan Merdeka Bandung bertentangan dengan Fatwa  DSN-MUI pada point tiga, yaitu jika nilainya berbeda maka hukumnya riba.

The object of the research is a novel the magnificent Ambersons by Newton Booth Tarkington. The problem of this study is how George Amberson Minafer, the major character copes with his problem. The objective of this study is to analyze the novel based on the psychological approach. The researcher employs a qualitative method. In this method, the researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source is the novel itself. The secondary data sources are books about psychology and other sources, which are related to the analysis. The method of data collection is documentation and the technique of data analysis is descriptive technique. Based on the analysis, the researcher draws two conclusions: first, George Amberson Minafer copes his problem through changing his behaviour, from negative behavior to a positive one. He becomes more optimistic, independent and caring for his family. Second, George Amberson Minafer copes his problem through his actions. He has the courage to admit his mistake. He asks forgiveness to the man that he hurt most.

Abstract People of Bangka, one of Indonesia’s region, keeps using pantun in their various traditional and national activities. However, it is a deep concern that such oral traditions is about to extinct. Therefore, a  study on pantun is important. This study aimed to examine the form, function, and meaning of the Malayan-Bangka pantun. This research used descriptive qualitative method and documentation techniques. Primary data source were speech and printed information. Secondary data sources were theory of stucture and meaning of poetry by I.A. Richard, theory of function by William R. Bascom, and theory of meaning (semantics) by Pateda. The research resulted that  Malayan-Bangka pantun had a distinctive structure and inner structure of meaning. Besides, Malayan-Bangka pantun  functioned as means  of communication, identity, decorating oral traditions, education and sermon speech, embodiment of customs, entertainment, cultural symbols, cultivating heroism, as well as a means of connecting Malayan-Bangka community. Abdullah Nasih Ulwan’s provides several points of view in the realm of methods of planting Islamic education in children which can later be used as a means to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This research uses the documentation method with a descriptive-interpretative approach, namely an attempt to describe the interpretation of some of the texts of the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam in the third chapter. As for the primary data source is the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam, the secondary data source is books and related literature, while the data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study there are five methods of planting Islamic education for children, namely educating by example, customary habits, advice, supervision, and through punishment.

This research is one of the efforts of researchers to try to find out how far the professionalism of students of the Islamic Religion Education Study Program at the Faculty of Islam, Muhammadiyah Gresik after participating in Da'wah Training (the program is preaching Ramadhan) This study uses descriptive qualitative research, namely research that produces data in the form of written or oral words from people or observable behavior. The source of research data used is the primary data source in the form of information from the field through direct observation of the activities/training carried out, then secondary data sources in the form of material books, as well as documentation data. For data collection techniques used include methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis by clarifying according to the problems under study then compiled and analyzed. The results of the study show that da'wah training in fostering the professionalism of students to become young preachers has been going well for approximately 14 (fourteen) days. This is evidenced by the results of planning and practice of preaching in Dusun Mambung Lor, Banjar Agung Village, Balongpanggang District, Gresik Regency. First, because the maturity in its planning by planning activities, determining the goals and objectives of da'wah training, while the purpose of da'wah training is to improve the ability of students to become young professional mubalighs, by providing materials, methods, and media used. The second is the existence of organizing in neatly organized da'wah training. The third is practice, practice in da'wah training, by sending students directly into the realm of the general public or referred to as da'wah.

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta known to have many tourist destinations in the form of heritage for example Ratu Boko site. The site Ratu Boko is a historic relic that was built around the 8th century during the reign of Rakai Panangkaran, one of the descendants Wangsa Syailendra. The development of these tourist destinations are increasingly dynamic. The development of tourism activities in sites of historical and cultural heritage of course have an impact on the environment around the site. This study used qualitative descriptive methods, using data derived from primary data source (observations and interviews) and secondary data sources (study of literature). This papers restrain only on based descriptive analysis from data and not using statistic to analysis. The results of this research found that there are positive and negative impacts arising from the development of this tourist destination. Syairiyah, Marthalita N, and Fanani, Abu Prue’s Imagination for Impassable Wilderness on Colin Meloy’s Novel of Wildwood.Keyword: Imagination, dream, and Impassable Wildernes This article studies the  imagination which appears in child’s mind on the novel of Wildwood written by Colin Meloy. Sometimes the children like to imagine with what they see, hear, and read. In this novel, Prue is one of the children who experiences adventure by her imagination.This study is conducted to enrich the topic about imagination. Imagination in the object is analyzed using dream theory by Sigmund Freud. This research is using qualitative method. The novel of Wildwood by Colin Meloy is the primary data source. While, the supporting data are taken from secondary data source.The researchers find a result of this study; Prue’s imagination before she entered the Impassable Wilderness. Her imagination sometimes seems real even though not all of their imagination become real. But, this novel makes one of the children becomes real when she faces the problem of that myth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, menguraikan horizon harapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, dan memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer mengacu pada objek penelitian, yaitu novel Le Petit Prince, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teks-teks yang memuat tanggapan pembaca novel Le Petit Prince yang terdiri atas 20 orang yang terdapat pada media massacetak dan elektronik, termasuk internet. Instrumen penelitian berupa tabel-tabel isian yang mengaitkan pembaca, tanggapan pembaca, dan horizon harapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan dalam tiga poin. Pertama, seluruh pembaca menanggapi atau menilai positif unsur tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, teknik penceritaan, bahasa, dan isi novel Le Petit Prince. Kedua, harapan sebagian besar pembaca sebelum membaca novel Le Petit Prince sesuai dengan kenyataan ke sembilan unsur di dalam novel LePetit Prince sehingga pembaca dapat dengan mudah menerima dan memberikan pujian pada novel tersebut. Ketiga, faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca selain perbedaan stressing unsur yang ditanggapi juga karena perbedaan pengetahuan tentang sastra, pengetahuan tentang kehidupan dan pengalaman membaca karya sastra.(This study aims to describe the readers’ responses to the novel Le Petit Prince, the readers' horizon of hope for the novel Le Petit Prince, and the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons. This study included a type of qualitative descriptive study. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source refers to the object of the research, the Le Petit Prince novel, while the secondary data is in the form of texts that contain the readers' responses of Le Petit Prince's novels consisting of 20 people, which are contained in print and electronic mass media including the internet. The research instrument is in the form of tables that link readers, readers' responses, and expectation horizons. Data is collected by means of observations and data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, all readers respond or positively assess the elements of the theme, plot, character, setting, point of view, language style, storytelling techniques, language, and contents of the Le Petit Prince novel. Second, the hope of most readers before reading the Le Petit Prince novel is in accordance with the reality of the nine elements in the novel Le Petit Prince so that readers can easily receive and give praise to the novel. Third, the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons in addition to differences in elemental stressing are also responded to because of differences in knowledge about literature, knowledge of life and the experience of reading literature.)

This study attempts to analyze a fairy tale novel entitled “The Adventure of Pinocchio”, which talks about the story of the irrepressible marionette who longed to become a real boy. This study focuses on revealing the categories of moral value and describing the building children's character implied in this novel. To analyze this novel, the researcher uses two principles theory to find out the objectives of the studies. There are moral values argued by Linda & Eyre and the theory of children’s character building based on Lewis. The method of this study is qualitative research, which means it does not need statistical procedure to analyze the material. This study merely uses “The Adventure of Pinocchio,” a novel by Carlo Collodi, translated into English version by Carol Della Chiesa as the primary data source. At the same time, the secondary data sources are taken from other literary books and related references to support and complete the primary data. As a result, the researcher finds that some elements of moral values such as love and affection, sensitivity and not-selfish, bravery, self-discipline, and moderation occurred in the content of the novel. Meanwhile, building children's character can be implied through “The Adventure of Pinocchio's” fairy tale: honesty, responsible, regard, respect, and compassionated.

This article describes Arabic language books' standard at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level (Islamic Elementary School). Error analysis on textbook is one of the methods to determine the standard of the book. This study aimed to uncover syntactic errors and make corrections to the Arabic language books used as teaching materials at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level. This research was conducted using qualitative methods; applied language approaches in the field of nahwu (syntax). The analysis technique used a collaboration of content analysis by Rusydi and al-Rajihi. The primary data source was done using documentation from the book “Fokus: Modul Bahan Ajar K13 Bahasa Arab Untuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kelas 5A” and interviews with teachers. Secondary data sources were carried out using documentation from related literature studies. There were seven forms of syntax errors, including word order, idhofah arrangement, incorrect use of vocabulary, misuse of al-ta'rif, i'rab, dhamir, error in using a verb. These errors have been corrected by relying on Arabic grammar rules so that this textbook is recommended for revision.

The purpose of this study is to find out about the distribution of Raskin and fakror-Perform analysis of what factors influence the implementation Raskin and Conducting an analysis of alternative management model or pattern Raskin  orward, to ensure a fair distribution in the District Sidayu Sukorejo village,  istrict Gresik. The method is descriptive qualitative method, in which the main instrument is the researcher's own research. Source of data used is the primary data source and secondary data relating to the circumstances of the empirical implementation of policy. In this study, the authors also use survey research to obtain primary data on the distribution of Raskin. on the basis of existing data, the authors attempt to describe / illustrate a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, properties and relationships between phenomena. The results showed that using the frameworks of Edward III, bureaucratic structure, communication, and disposition of resources, implementation of program distribution Raskin conducted by Bulog in targeting encountered an error target (mistargeting) despite the relatively low levels, are often not appropriate because it concerned certain groups, rationing is not in accordance with the Policy Raskin Raskin is to share equally on all citizens. Recommendations include the data necessary to analyze back associated RTS-PM Raskin is not on target, RTS By rule-PM receives Raskin as much as 15 kg per month. In fact in the field, the distribution is often not appropriate number.
