Abstaract. Arisan with lottery number system is a type of arisan that uses the draw method to determine the winner of the arisan and agrees on the basis of the lottery that comes out by mutual agreement. However, the fulfillment of needs that must be met immediately makes some people try to get funding sources quickly, and of course in ways that are easier to go. The practice of exchanging arisan lottery numbers by PKK Kelurahan Cikawao Village is one way to be able to meet their needs. This study aims to determine the practice of exchanging arisan lottery numbers in Cikawao Village and to know the muamalah fiqh review of arisan lottery exchange numbers. This type of research is field research (field reseach) which is a type of research by collecting data at the place of the research problem. In this study using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. After it is collected, processed and analyzed so that a conclusion can be drawn. From the results of research the practice of exchanging the social gathering numbers in terms of the contract is not justified based on the review of muamalah fiqh, because in the practice of exchanging, there is an agreement on overpayment at the time of the contract and this is called the practice of usury, so the practice of swapping lottery numbers This social gathering is forbidden / canceled.Keywords: Arisan, qard, Buy and SaleAbstrak. Arisan dengan sistem nomor undian adalah suatu jenis arisan yang menggunakan metode pengundian untuk menetapkan pemenang arisan dan menyepakatinya berdasarkan undian yang keluar atas kesepakatan bersama. Akan  tetapi, adanya  pemenuhan  kebutuhan yang  harus  segera dipenuhi membuat sebagian orang berusahan untuk mendapatkan sumber dana dengan cepat, dan tentu saja dengan cara yang lebih mudah untuk ditempuh. Praktik tukar menukar nomor undian arisan oleh ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Cikawao inilah yang menjadi salah satu cara untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik tukar menukar nomor undian arisan di Kelurahan Cikawao dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap tukar menukar nomor undian arisan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseach) yaitu jenis penelitian dengan cara mengumpulkan data di tempat terjadinya permasalahan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Setelah itu dikumpulkan, diolah dan dianalisis sehingga dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian Praktik tukar-menukar nomor arisan tersebut dari segi akadnya tidak dibenarkan berdasarkan tinjauan fikih muamalah, karena dalam praktik tukar-menukar tersebut, terdapat kesepakatan kelebihan pembayaran pada saat akad dan hal ini dinamakan dengan praktik riba, sehingga praktik tukar-menukar nomor undian arisan ini hukumnya haram/batal.Kata Kunci: Arisan, qard, jual beli

The 2008 ITE Law regulates fraudulent acts that are applied online. The researcher wrote a scientific article with the title Legal Impacts on the Implementation of Online Arisan Based on Law No. 19 of 2016. There are two formulations of this research problem How is the Legal Protection for Parties Conducting Online Arisan based on Law Number 19 of 2016? and What are the Criminal Sanctions Against BandarArisanOnlinein the event of Default? Normative legal research is a method applied by the author in this scientific article. The author carries out a literature study by collecting legal material to answer the formulation of research problems. The author carries out a literature study by collecting legal material to answer the formulation of research problems. This study's findings explain that there are legal protections for parties who carry out online social gathering criminal sanctions against online social gathering based on ITE Law No. 19 of 2016 against online social gathering fraud perpetrators focused on individual legal subjects. This finding is supported by Article 28 paragraph (1), which explains that consumers who get losses due to online transactions can obtain legal protection.

This study want to identify and analyze directly the implementation of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 regarding the Fiduciary Guarantee Execution and to find out how the default settlement procedure in credit agreements in cooperatives with Fiduciary Guarantee and the obstacles faced in the process of executing fiduciary guarantees. This research is the result of field research field research, the formulation of the problem examined is how the fiduciary guarantee execution mechanism in the Constitutional Court decision No.18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 and how the implementation of fiduciary guarantee execution after the MK decision No.18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 at the Wahidiyah Ta'awun Union Kepanjen. Before the issuance of the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019, the execution of guarantees for debtors who have defaulted is regulated under Articles 29 to Article 34 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning the Execution of Fiduciary Collateral. After the Constitutional Court Decision, the execution of fiduciary guarantees is carried out by negotiation and mutual agreement of the default, if there is no agreement between the Debtor and the Cooperative Management, then the applicable legal procedure must be carried out, namely a civil lawsuit in court.

<p>Anak autis merupakan seseorang yang memiliki gangguan komunikasi, yang membuat penderitanya tidak mampu mengadakan interaksi sosial dengan baik. Sehingga keberadaan anak autis masih dipandang sebagai orang lain di masyarakat. Padahal, anak autis mampu melakukan komunikasi, meskipun komunikasi yang dilakukan berbeda dengan orang non-autis. Kaitannya dengan dakwah, anak autis seharusnya mampu menerima pesan-pesan dakwah, sehingga penelitian mengenai anak autis dari sudut pandang mad’u dakwah sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB Autis Jalinan Hati Payakumbuh dengan tujuan mengetahui tentang apakah anak autis dapat digolongkan sebagai mad’u dakwah, dan bagaimana perkembangan sosial dan komunikasi anak autis sehingga ia mampu menerima pesan dakwah. Melalui penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>), penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa (1) dilihat dari pengertian dan kriteria mad’u, anak autis dapat digolongkan sebagai mad’u dakwah; (2) anak autis memiliki pola komunikasi interpersonal yang berbeda dengan anak non-autis, dalam perkembangannya ia tetap mampu melakukan komunikasi dengan orang lain, baik mengirim ataupun menerima pesan, melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu <em>the</em> <em>own agenda stage </em>(tahapan perkembangan komunikasi yang mendasar)<em>, </em><em>the requester stage</em><em> </em>(perkembangan komunikasi mengalami kemajuan yang baik, tetapi masih terbatas)<em>, </em>dan<em> </em><em>the early communication stage</em><em> </em>(tahapan kemampuan berkomunikasi sudah lebih baik).</p><p>Child with autism is someone who has a communication disorder, which makes the sufferer unable to have good social interactions. So that the existence of autistic children is still seen as another person in society. In fact, autism can communicate, even though communication is different from non-autism. With regard to da'wah, autism should be able to receive da'wah messages, so research on autism from the point of view of mad'u da'wah is very important to do. This research was conducted at SLB Autism Jalinan Hati Payakumbuh to know whether autism can be classified as mad'u da'wah, and how the social development and communication of autism so that they can receive da'wah messages. Through field research (field research), this study uses qualitative descriptive methods, data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that (1) seen from the definition and criteria of mad'u, autism can be classified as mad'u da'wah; (2) autism has different interpersonal communication patterns from non-autism, in their development they are still able to communicate with other people, either sending or receiving messages, through 3 stages, namely the own agenda stage (basic stages of development of communication) , the requester stage (communication development has progressed well, but is still limited), and the early communication stage (the stage of communication skills is better).</p>

In a qualitative framework, research based on interviews often seeks to penetrate social life beyond appearance and manifest meanings. This requires the researcher to be immersed in the research field, to establish continuing, fruitful relationships with respondents and through theoretical contemplation to address the research problem in depth. Therefore a small number of cases (less than 20, say) will facilitate the researcher’s close association with the respondents, and enhance the validity of fine-grained, in-depth inquiry in naturalistic settings. Epistemologically prior to these considerations, however, is the explanatory status of such research. From a realist standpoint, here concept formation through induction and analysis aims to clarify the nature of some specific situations in the social world, to discover what features there are in them and to account, however partially, for those features being as they are. Since such a research project scrutinizes the dynamic qualities of a situation (rather than elucidating the proportionate relationships among its constituents), the issue of sample size - as well as representativeness - has little bearing on the project’s basic logic. This article presents this argument in detail, with an example drawn from a study of persons with a past history of cancer diagnosis and treatment.

In the practice of buying and selling crabs in the village of Meunasah Paya, the fishermen sell all the crabs they catch without sorting them out, whether they are small, large, laying eggs or not, and this is not in accordance with Permen KP number 12 of 2020 which only allows crabs above. 150 grams and crabs that are not in egg-laying condition. The formulation of the research problem is how the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh Tamiang district and how is Sad Adz Dzariah's review and Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2020 on the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh district Tamiang. The purpose of the study was to find out the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village as well as a review of Sad Adz Dzariah and KP Ministerial Regulation number 12 of 2020 on the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh Tamiang district. This research includes field research (Field Research) with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study concluded that in Meunasah Paya village, crab fishermen sell all the crabs they catch to collectors without looking at the standardization of Ministerial Regulation No. 12 of 2020 which has been determined whether large or small crabs, laying eggs or not, will still be sold to collectors. According to sad adz dzariah, the law of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village is divided into two, namely some are prohibited because they are not in accordance with the candy and this will damage the crab population in nature and some are not prohibited. Meanwhile, according to Permen KP Number 12 of 2020, the sale and purchase of crabs in the village of Meunasah Paya is also divided into two, namely, some are appropriate and some are not.

This study aims to determine and describe how the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religiosity in the aspect of worship for housewives; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering the religious reading of the Qur'an; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religious diversity in the social aspect; and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in religious development for housewives. The type of research used is qualitative research (field research), qualitative research methods are descriptive methods in the form of writing or words from people and observed behavior. Sources of data obtained from the congregation taklim assembly. To strengthen the research data obtained, the authors also took data through observation and documentation. All interview data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting and ending with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the role of the taklim assembly in religious development for housewives in various aspects, namely aspects of worship, the Koran, and social plays a very important role in broadcasting and developing Islam in society, especially for housewives

Facilities and infrastructure resources (such as the availability of learning tools or facilities that are quantitatively, qualitatively, classrooms appropriate to the number of students, school buildings that are relevant to the needs) are important inputs needed for ongoing education in schools. This research is a field research using purposive sampling which aims to analyze the findings of research relating to the planning and funding sources of funds, the implementation and budgeting of funding funds, evaluation of funding funds in the maintenance of learning facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting various types of data related to the research problem, then verify the validity of the research data by triangulating the data. The results of this study indicate that the planning of funding sources in Madrasah al-Ikhlas Cicalengka through the analysis of the activities of the use of financial resources and the activities of institutions while the source of funds in Madrasah Aliyah al-Ikhlas and contributions from the community which are then used to finance programs or school activities such as improvement and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure and teacher payroll. Budgeting of funds used for maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is good. The use of funds sourced from the central or regional government, especially for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, and improvement of buildings has been done optimally.

Selling and buying goods with the regular social gathering system is the same as selling and buying in general. However, buying and selling with this social gathering system is a sale and purchase that is carried out when one party gets a lottery at the social gathering, only getting goods, not money. This study aims to determine the factors that cause buying and selling of goods with the regular social gathering system and how the perspective of sharia economic law on selling and buying goods with the regular social gathering system in Dulamayo Selatan Village. This research is field research with an empirical juridical approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data collected were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out, it is known: first, buying and selling goods with the regular social gathering system is carried out because it is caused by internal factors, namely the chairman of the regular social gathering gains from money, the price of goods, and discounts if someone gets a lottery by taking money, as well as other factors external, namely because there are parties who cannot afford to buy goods in the case and because Dulamayo Selatan Village is very far from urban areas. Second, buying and selling goods with the regular social gathering system in Dulamayo Selatan Village; in the view of sharia economic law is not allowed because it contains elements of usury, and the practice of the regular social gathering goods being replaced with money is also not allowed because it violates the agreement at the beginning of the sale and purchase of goods with the regular social gathering system and is detrimental to the regular social gathering members.

The Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution for Islamic boarding schools located at the foot of Mount Welirang, and has several institutions, including superior MTS, superior MA, and Superior Universities. The formulation of the research problem is how the leadership style is applied by Kiai and what forms of motivation are applied to employees at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. With this type of field research (field research) qualitative, with research subjects are Kiai, employees and partners, data collection by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used according to Miles Huberman consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, using data validity techniques, triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection, so that the resulting data is accurate. From the results of this study, Kiai Pondok Pesantren Amantul Ummah does not only apply one leadership style but also applies a different leadership style. The leadership style applied is dominant with authoritarian leadership, although on the other hand he also applies charismatic leadership. This is reinforced by the leadership function implemented by the Kiai Pondok Pesantren Amanatul Ummah. And the forms of motivation given by Kiai are establishing good personal relationships with employees and work partners, paying attention to employee welfare, giving rewards to employees who excel, gathering and evaluating together with employees.

The language spoken by the masses of Indian descent in Padang is one of the social dialects that occurs in the city of Padang other than the Minangkabau dialect spoken by Chinese descendants, and the descendants of Nias. The ethnic customs of India in speaking and communicating have been accustomed to mixing their mother tongue with Minangkabau language, so that there has been a mixture of vocabulary that they say. Because the mixes are so swift, there has been mixed code-mixing in their language.               The approach in researching this problem is used in sociological approach to achieve the objectives of this research. The purpose of this study is to explain the language changes that occur among ethnic Indians in the city of Padang. The theory is implemented in researching the phenomenon of language changes that occur and studied by using linguistic theories. After obtaining the data, the authors make a formula of mixing code (code mixing) which is found in the speech of ethnic Indian in the city of Padang. This study uses field research methods to obtain significant data and literature study to obtain theories that will be used as the basic theory in this thesis. Techniques of collecting data, among others, by using qualitative methods, which in this case the authors obtain data through 7 people informants in accordance with the criteria NORM (Nonmobile Older Rural Males). From seven people as the informan, the writer can apply recording techniques  to obtain significant data.               The results of the research conducted, the writer finds language changes that are influenced by Minangkabau language, Chinese Padang language and Indonesian language. The changing that occur among others, change vowel /i/ become /e/ in the middle of the word, disappearance of consonant /h/ in the beginning, middle, and end of word. Consonant removal /r/ in the middle and end of word. The impingement  /to/  at the end of the word, vowel /u/ being /o/ in the middle and end of the word, consonant splitting /t/ to /k/, vowel /a/ being /o/ the consonant splitting /p/ into /?/, the /ŋ/ being /a/ at the end of the word, vowel /e/ being /a/ in the middle and beginning of the word. The disappearance of vowel /e/ in the middle of the word, the disappearance of consonant /d/ in the beginning and middle of the word, as well as the disappearance of consonant /p/ at the end of the word. The Indians ethnic code mixing can be formulated by using the theory of code mixing.
