<p>Anak autis merupakan seseorang yang memiliki gangguan komunikasi, yang membuat penderitanya tidak mampu mengadakan interaksi sosial dengan baik. Sehingga keberadaan anak autis masih dipandang sebagai orang lain di masyarakat. Padahal, anak autis mampu melakukan komunikasi, meskipun komunikasi yang dilakukan berbeda dengan orang non-autis. Kaitannya dengan dakwah, anak autis seharusnya mampu menerima pesan-pesan dakwah, sehingga penelitian mengenai anak autis dari sudut pandang mad’u dakwah sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB Autis Jalinan Hati Payakumbuh dengan tujuan mengetahui tentang apakah anak autis dapat digolongkan sebagai mad’u dakwah, dan bagaimana perkembangan sosial dan komunikasi anak autis sehingga ia mampu menerima pesan dakwah. Melalui penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>), penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa (1) dilihat dari pengertian dan kriteria mad’u, anak autis dapat digolongkan sebagai mad’u dakwah; (2) anak autis memiliki pola komunikasi interpersonal yang berbeda dengan anak non-autis, dalam perkembangannya ia tetap mampu melakukan komunikasi dengan orang lain, baik mengirim ataupun menerima pesan, melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu <em>the</em> <em>own agenda stage </em>(tahapan perkembangan komunikasi yang mendasar)<em>, </em><em>the requester stage</em><em> </em>(perkembangan komunikasi mengalami kemajuan yang baik, tetapi masih terbatas)<em>, </em>dan<em> </em><em>the early communication stage</em><em> </em>(tahapan kemampuan berkomunikasi sudah lebih baik).</p><p>Child with autism is someone who has a communication disorder, which makes the sufferer unable to have good social interactions. So that the existence of autistic children is still seen as another person in society. In fact, autism can communicate, even though communication is different from non-autism. With regard to da'wah, autism should be able to receive da'wah messages, so research on autism from the point of view of mad'u da'wah is very important to do. This research was conducted at SLB Autism Jalinan Hati Payakumbuh to know whether autism can be classified as mad'u da'wah, and how the social development and communication of autism so that they can receive da'wah messages. Through field research (field research), this study uses qualitative descriptive methods, data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that (1) seen from the definition and criteria of mad'u, autism can be classified as mad'u da'wah; (2) autism has different interpersonal communication patterns from non-autism, in their development they are still able to communicate with other people, either sending or receiving messages, through 3 stages, namely the own agenda stage (basic stages of development of communication) , the requester stage (communication development has progressed well, but is still limited), and the early communication stage (the stage of communication skills is better).</p>

This study discusses about how the implementation of the murabahah bil wakalah contract theory on mortgage products in the Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Bojonegoro is seen from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. The scope of this research is limited to the following issues: (1) How is the implementation of the murabahah contract on mortgage loans in Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Bojonegoro? (2) How is the implementation of the murabahah contract on mortgage loan products in the Bojonegoro KC Mandiri Syariah Bank according to the Sharia Economic Law? This research includes the type of field research. Because this research was conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Bojonegoro. This research is a qualitative descriptive study because in this study the author will focus the discussion on legal facts in the form of the implementation of financing between banks and customers with murabahah contracts which will then be continued with a comparative analysis of the legal facts referred to as sharia economic law theories. This is intended to test the compatibility between legal theory and the legal practice in question.The results of this research include: (1) The mechanism that must be taken to be able to receive financing for Public Housing Loans from Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Bojonegoro, is carried out through predetermined stages including: (a) submission; (b) BI checking / IDeb (debtor information); (c) the implementation of collateral estimates; (d) determination of ceilings; (e) Imputing data into a computer system; (f) approval of the official for mortgage loans; (g) Issuance of SP3 (Letter of Notification of Financing Approval); (h) Implementation of the contract which is attended by prospective customers, banks and notaries; (i) Disbursement. As for the agreements made between prospective customers and banks, there are elements as follows: (a) Contracting parties; (b) Sighat or iqab qabul akad murabahah; (c) Contract object. The object of the contract referred to in the housing loan product is a new or used house; (d) Nature of contract. Agreements are made clearly, both concerning objects, ceilings, time periods, contract places, financing nominal, margin obtained by the bank, and principal installments. In the event of default or bad credit where the customer is late in paying the installments, the bank's contribution will take the following steps: (a) Intensive billing; (b) Provision of Warning Letters 1, 2 and 3; (c) A restructuring offer (if the customer is pleased), ie installments are adjusted to the customer's ability and large at the end; (d) Voluntary guarantee selling offers; (e) Guaranteed auction. In a condition where the customer is not willing to carry out a contract restructuring, the bank offers that the auction of assets is a guarantee of the akah murabahah. As for the auction, the bank cooperates with a secret auction agency. (2) The implementation of housing loan financing with a murabahah contract in Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Bojonegoro is not in accordance with Sharia Economic Law originating from Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking, MA Regulation Number 2 of 2008 concerning Compilation of Sharia Economic Law and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 4 of 2000 concerning Murabahah. Keywords: Contract, Murabahah bil Wakalah, KPR, BSM, Sharia Economic Law.

The research objective was to describe the improvement of student learning discipline through habituation of Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. The data type of this research is descriptive qualitative using three data analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which includes field research (Field Research) with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. Data were collected from 33 grade V students, 17 male students and 16 female students. Class V was taken as the sample because grade V children are in the high grade level between grades IV, V, VI. This research was conducted for 40 days starting from 23 July to 8 October 2019. The results of this study indicate 1) thatwith the implementation of the practice of the Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District, which is held every Tuesday to Friday at 06.30 - 07.00, the Duha prayer is carried out in congregation starting from grade I to grade VI, the number of cycles of dhuha prayer from the school recommends a minimum of 2 cycles of prayer in advance to improve time discipline and get used to performing Duha prayers. 2) the percentage of the implementation of this Dhuha prayer habit has an effect on increasing student discipline in learning; 3) The condition of the place used for the Dhuha prayer is inadequate, because it uses the school yard field by laying out a mat, so it takes time to prepare for the Dhuha prayer.

AbstractStudies of address forms have almost always concentrated on a single set of rules, as they would be used by one idealized speaker. We proposed instead to examine the use of address pronouns in Italy as a function of the classical sociological parameters of age, sex and social class. A modified version of the Brown and Gilman questionnaire was administered in interviews with 117 Italian adults. Results indicate a powerful age—class interaction in overall degree of formality. Young upper class Ss are by far the least formal of the social groups — a particularly interesting finding, since Brown and Gilman's original study was drawn entirely from this population. Lower class youth are the most formal, with older Ss falling in between. Most Italians are likely to expect to receive the same address form that they give; the only clearly functional non-reciprocal relationships involve differences in age rather than status. The relationship of the results to political measures are also discussed. Several issues are examined from the point of view of sociolinguistic ‘ideals’ tapped by the questionnaire, vs. actual behavior in social settings. In analyzing the linguistic, social, and cognitive attributes of the social interactions of learning disabled children, Bryan and Pflaum have raised some questions about the practice of classifying learning disabled on intelligence and academic factors alone. This study examines the language competency of learning disabled children as it relates to social situations demanding interpersonal communication skills. The importance of studying the content and style of the learning disabled child's communication across social situations is stressed.

AbstractThe research entitled The Study of the Development of Patience of Children 4-5 Years through Queuing Culture at Bina Kasih Terpadu Kindergarten, Rumah Sumbul Village, Sibolangit District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, aims to explore the results of queuing cultural habituation for Kindergarten A students in terms of development. patience. This type of research is field research (field research) using qualitative descriptive methods, which try to reveal the facts as they are. Qualitative research is an indepth study. Field research steps were carried out using descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words, observations of behavior and phenomena. Qualitative research emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, and definition of certain situations in certain contexts. Researching everyday life. The study was conducted on 9 children. From observations, it appears that children push each other and overtake when getting off the school bus, push friends when shaking hands with the teacher, place shoes carelessly on the shelf when entering class, run while washing their hands and run around on the bus when they come home from school. Therefore it is interesting to study the development of patience for children aged 4-5 years through the habit of queuing. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The habit of queuing starts at 08:00 WIB when the children get off the bus, at 08:30 WIB when entering class, at 10:30 WIB when washing their hands and at 11:00 WIB when the children take the bus back home. The results showed that through habituation queuing was able to develop patience in Bina Kasih Terpadu Kindergarten children group A. The conclusion was that children's patience could be developed through habituation. In this case it is the cultural habituation of queuing.AbstrakPenelitian dengan judul Studi Tentang Perkembangan Kesabaran Anak 4-5 Tahun Melalui Budaya Antre di TK Bina Kasih Terpadu, Desa Rumah Sumbul, Kecamatan Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, bertujuan untuk mendalami hasil pembiasaan budaya antre bagi siswa TK A dalam hal perkembangan kesabaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian lapangan (field research) menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang berusaha mengungkapkan fakta apa adanya. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penyelidikan mendalam (indepth study). Dilakukan langkah-langkah penelitian lapangan menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan, pengamatan perilaku serta fenomena-fenomena. Penelitian kualitatif memberikan penekanan pada makna, penalaran, definisi situasi tertentu dalam konteks tertentu. Meneliti kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian dilakukan pada 9 anak. Dari pengamatan tampak anak saling dorong dan mendahului saat turun dari bus sekolah, mendorong teman saat bersalaman dengan guru, meletakkan sepatu dengan sembarangan di rak ketika masuk kelas, berlari saat mencuci tangan dan berlarian naik bus saat pulang sekolah. Oleh sebab itu menarik untuk diteliti perkembangan kesabaran anak usia 4-5 tahun melalui pembiasaan antre. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pembiasaan antre dilakukan mulai jam 08:00 WIB saat anak-anak turun dari bus, jam 08:30 WIB saat masuk dalam kelas, jam 10:30 WIB saat mencuci tangan dan jam 11:00 WIB saat anak-anak naik bus pulang ke rumah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembiasaan antre mampu mengembangkan kesabaran pada anak TK Bina Kasih Terpadu kelompok A. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kesabaran anak dapat dikembangkan dengan jalan pembiasaan. Dalam hal ini adalah pembiasaan budaya antre.

This study is aimed at describing the library service quality of State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta from the point of view of users, and at finding out factors influencing it. This description is really important in order to be able to develop it, as the supporter of realizing the three responsibilities of university or institute, namely education, research, and social service. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach of survey method. Sampling is taken from the group of library users numbering 338 people, and 50 of library staffs. Whereas data collecting is conducted through library research, field research consisting ofdocumentation, questionnaire, and interview The data is organized in tables offrequency and percentage distribution, and it is then described. Based on the service quality concept quoted from the decision of minister of state apparatus empowerment no. 8l of L993, there are ten indicators of service quality namely simplicity, clarity and certainfy,o pennesse, fficiency, economy,f air distribution, punctuality, physical facility, capacity and staff attitude. The result of study indicates that the library service quality of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga yogyakarta based on of users' opinion is generally good. This conclusion is based on the mean result7O.247o of the users have good opinion about the indicators of the library service quality. Factors influencing the library service quality are organization climate (87.007o),s upervisions ystem( 68.67Vo)a, nd bureaucracys tructure( 85.337o)A. lthough the serviceq uality at the IAIN Sunan Kalijaga's Library is in general good, there are things to consider. The first is about library location which is, accarding to the majority of users, not strategic. The second, is the necessity of developing service security and comfortable service' The third is the necessity ofdeveloping reliable physical facilities. Lastly, it is necessary to develop library collection both in quantity and in quality taking the needs of new departments and study programs into consideration.

Introdução: Crianças têm um repertório de ocupações bem diverso, que engloba, principalmente, o brincar e a educação, e, para crianças negras que residem em comunidades periféricas dos grandes centros urbanos, os projetos sociais se tornam uma possibilidade de ocupação, como forma de promover o acesso a direitos básicos, favorecer o pleno exercício da cidadania e o combate ao racismo. Objetivo:identificar e compreender os significados de ocupar-se do Projeto Social Afrocine, vivenciado por crianças negras e voluntários de uma comunidade periférica de Belém-PA. Método: O presente estudo é uma pesquisa de campo do tipo qualitativo-descritivo, onde realizou-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com as crianças participantes e os voluntários do projeto social que evidenciaram a realidade e as dificuldades de crescer encarando as mais adversas questões de caráter racial. Conclusão: Esta pesquisa ajudou compreender o valor da Educação, Representatividade e Consciência Negra nesse contexto marcado por injustiças, e o quão significativas são para as crianças da comunidade que se ocupam do Projeto Social.Palavras-chave: Terapia Ocupacional. De esta forma, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con los niños participantes y los voluntarios del proyecto social, que resaltaron la realidad y las dificultades de crecer frente a los problemas raciales más adversos. The purpose of this study is to know the local culture in Sinjai. As we see today is the technology and foreign cultures that keep us from the life and culture of our ancestors gradually been worn. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method that given images or facts. The writer needed library research, field research, observation, interview, and documentation to support the data. Marimpa Salo is dispels activities from upstream to the mouth of the fish is done in two villages namely Sanjai Village and Bua Village, both of which are mediated by Appareng River. This tradition has been carried out in the time of Bulo Bulo kingdom are still preserved Sinjai district until now. The results of this study are expected to be fruitful thought "let 's preserve our culture for posterity and for Indonesia”.

Abstaract. Arisan with lottery number system is a type of arisan that uses the draw method to determine the winner of the arisan and agrees on the basis of the lottery that comes out by mutual agreement. However, the fulfillment of needs that must be met immediately makes some people try to get funding sources quickly, and of course in ways that are easier to go. The practice of exchanging arisan lottery numbers by PKK Kelurahan Cikawao Village is one way to be able to meet their needs. This study aims to determine the practice of exchanging arisan lottery numbers in Cikawao Village and to know the muamalah fiqh review of arisan lottery exchange numbers. This type of research is field research (field reseach) which is a type of research by collecting data at the place of the research problem. In this study using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. After it is collected, processed and analyzed so that a conclusion can be drawn. From the results of research the practice of exchanging the social gathering numbers in terms of the contract is not justified based on the review of muamalah fiqh, because in the practice of exchanging, there is an agreement on overpayment at the time of the contract and this is called the practice of usury, so the practice of swapping lottery numbers This social gathering is forbidden / canceled.Keywords: Arisan, qard, Buy and SaleAbstrak. Arisan dengan sistem nomor undian adalah suatu jenis arisan yang menggunakan metode pengundian untuk menetapkan pemenang arisan dan menyepakatinya berdasarkan undian yang keluar atas kesepakatan bersama. Akan  tetapi, adanya  pemenuhan  kebutuhan yang  harus  segera dipenuhi membuat sebagian orang berusahan untuk mendapatkan sumber dana dengan cepat, dan tentu saja dengan cara yang lebih mudah untuk ditempuh. Praktik tukar menukar nomor undian arisan oleh ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Cikawao inilah yang menjadi salah satu cara untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik tukar menukar nomor undian arisan di Kelurahan Cikawao dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap tukar menukar nomor undian arisan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseach) yaitu jenis penelitian dengan cara mengumpulkan data di tempat terjadinya permasalahan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Setelah itu dikumpulkan, diolah dan dianalisis sehingga dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian Praktik tukar-menukar nomor arisan tersebut dari segi akadnya tidak dibenarkan berdasarkan tinjauan fikih muamalah, karena dalam praktik tukar-menukar tersebut, terdapat kesepakatan kelebihan pembayaran pada saat akad dan hal ini dinamakan dengan praktik riba, sehingga praktik tukar-menukar nomor undian arisan ini hukumnya haram/batal.Kata Kunci: Arisan, qard, jual beli

This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal.
