Teaching staffs in general and primary teachers in particular have been proven to contribute to great success of the comprehensive renovation process in the current Vietnamese education system. Significantly, pedagogical universities specialized in primary education should predominantly pay attention to the quality of training and meet the requirements of society. In the case of Tay Nguyen University in Vietnam, lecturer staffs involved in training of primary teachers have made great efforts in applying new teaching methods. Furthermore, it has been used effectively in many parts of the primary teacher training program is the project-based learning method. In this paper, in addition to general theories about the project-learning method, we will present the advantages of applying the teaching method in the primary teacher training program in general and in the "Crafts and Techniques" module in particular at Tay Nguyen University. Finally, discussion process of applying project-based learning and project evaluation methods of primary education students in teaching this module are preferred.

Project-based learning is one of the popular and promising approaches in engineering education. The current study reports on a curriculum that was designed and implemented by a graduate school to help students gain knowledge and creative thinking skills through collaboration between different majors during industrial projects in a graduate course on home appliance engineering. The students selected the topics, planned the project, conducted research, produced a prototype, and presented their results under the guidance of a group of advisors consisting of professors, technical advisors, and industry mentors. A quantitative analysis showed that this approach was effective in improving the students’ attitude toward engineering. Furthermore, a qualitative analysis showed that this learning method helped students learn how to communicate and present effectively, to flexibly approach projects, and to understand the practices of industrial research. Based on the findings, the current study discusses how the project-based learning helped students advance.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh penerapan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja, (2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja terhadap pengaruh penerapan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Post Test Only Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur ranah kognitif. Data hasil belajar dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas dengan hasil 2 kelompok berdistribusi normal dan homogen, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan untuk respon menggunakan metode angket. Hasil analisis angket E-Modul mata pelajaran Video Editing berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning diketahui 67% respon sangat positif, 33% respon positif. Kata Kunci : E-Modul, Project Based Learning, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa The objectives of this study is to find out (1) the effect of applying e-model on video editing lesson based Project Based Learning method on XI grade of Multimedia at SMK TI Global Singaraja. (2) The students' respondent on the XI grade of Multimedia at SMK TI Global Singaraja toward the affect of e-model video editing lesson based project based learning method. This study is quasi experimental with used Post Test Only Control Group Design. Data collection was done using Objective Test Method to measure the cognitive domain. The result of the data was analyzed through prerequisite test which is normality and homogeneity test with the result 2 groups normally distributed and homogeneous, continued with hypothesis test which means there was a significant effect between using e-model video editing lesson based Project Based Learning model towards the students' learning result. While for the respondent was using questionnaire method. With the push to include all students, despite disability, in the general education classroom, general education teachers need to be trained in ways to adequately educate intellectually disabled students alongside their nondisabled peers. Many students with an intellectual disability are capable of learning in an inclusive environment if provided with proper support, such as through instructional methods like project-based learning. Project-based learning actively involves learners in investigating real-world issues and answering related questions. This chapter focuses on how to use the project-based learning method to teach children with intellectual disabilities within the framework of inclusive education, using biology as an example subject area.

Mathematical applications have a presence in an engineering environment; in the particular case of mathematical models. A pedagogic theoretical framework that supports various teaching-learning techniques is constructionism; one of these techniques is called Project Based Learning which provides several advantages. This chapter aims to show the experiences during the course of Mathematical Modeling in a context of project-based learning. It will show that students develop general skills of engineering which includes developing the faculties of memory, reasoning and problem solving, teamwork and initiative and of readiness to take risks. Also presents some of the advantages and issues for consideration in relation to its effectiveness as a teaching and learning method.

Skill of fifth grade student of Cipinang Muara 06 State Elementary School in writing report is still low. This is evidenced by the average scores before giving the action, which is 68.66. The average score of students who are still below the minimum completion criteria is due to poor students in writing sentences in accordance with the correct structure, the sentences are not structured in accordance with the Indonesian Spelling, the selection of standard words is still not quite right. In addition, students have not been able to write a factual report, the written report has not been coherent and has not explained clearly the events observed. In addition, teachers are still applying classical teaching methods with lecturing and assignment methods that are based solely on guidebooks only. This causes students to be less motivated so they have not been able to improve their skills in report writing. Learning to write observational reports made in class makes the students less able to write reports in accordance with the conditions and facts about the things that must be considered in writing the report. The formulation of the problems contained in this study are (1) How the project-based learning method can improve the skills of writing reports to students in fifth grade at Cipinang Muara 06 State Elementary School; and (2) Will the project-based learning method improve the writing skills of the students in fifth grade at Cipinang Muara 06 State Elementary School? The purpose of this study is to describe the process of learning to write observational reports during the use of project-based learning methods, the skills of writing student observation reports after using project-based learning methods, and changes in student behavior after following the learning of writing observation reports through project-based learning methods to students of fifth grade Cipinang Muara 06 State Elementary School. This study uses a classroom action research design. Subjects in this study were fifth grade students that amount 29 students consisting of 15 male students and 14 female students. This study consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done using test techniques and nontest techniques. The test technique is used to know the quantitative results. The result is obtained from the test of students' writing skill, while nontest technique is used to collect student activity data during the learning process. Nontest techniques were obtained with observation guides, observations of student and teacher activities, as well as video and photo documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that there was an increase in the process of learning to write observational reports during the use of project-based learning methods. The improvement of the process is evidenced by the result of the students' writing skill skill which increases in cycle I and cycle II, besides the learning of writing the observation report which more smoothly in cycle II and the more conducive classroom atmosphere. The skills of writing observational reports increased after using project-based learning methods. This improvement is seen from the students' learning completeness which reached 51.73% in cycle I and increased by 93.11% in the second cycle with an average value of 82.28. In addition, the increase occurred in the behavior of students after following the study writing observation report. Students are more active in learning because learning is more interesting. Based on the results of the research, the use of project-based learning methods can assist students in writing observational reports because students can put their ideas and ideas into a writing based on observations that have been done directly so as to increase students' writing skills in writing observation reports.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) terhadap kemampuan kerjasama anak Taman Kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu yang menggunakan desain nonequevalent pretest-posttest control group desaign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus III Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B2 Taman Kanak-kanak Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa yang berjumlah 21 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Dana Punia yang berjumlah 26 anak sebagai kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan kerjasama sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dari hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas varians, diketahui bahwa sampel bersistribusi normal dan varians populasinya homogen, maka untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) terhadap kemampuan kerjasama anak (t= 21,551, sig= 0.000).Kata Kunci : Kerjasama, metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek. This study aimed at determining the effect of project based learning method on the cooperation ability of children at Kindergarten. This study was quasi-experimental research using a nonequevalent pretest-posttest control group desaign. Population in this research were all children of group B Kindergarten in Cluster III of Buleleng Subdistrict in Academic Year 2017/2018. The sample in this research were group B2 Kindergarten Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa which amounted to 21 children as experiment group and group B Kindergarten of Dana Punia which amounted to 26 children as control group. Data collection method used in this research was observation method used to collect data about the cooperation ability before and after treatment. From the test of normality and homogeneity variance, it was known that the sample were normally distributed and the variance was homogeneous, so to test the hypothesis t-test was used with 5% significance level. The result of the research showed that there was an effect of project based learning method on the cooperation ability of children (t = 21,551, sig = 0.000). keyword : Cooperation, project-based learning method.

This study aims to: (1) find out how big the relationship between the application of blended learning innovations with project based learning methods on student learning motivation (2) find out how big the relationship between the application of blended learning innovations with project based learning methods on student learning outcomes (3) Knowing how big the relationship between the application of blended learning innovation and project based learning method on students' interest in learning (4) Knowing how big the relationship between the application of blended learning innovation and project based learning method on students' interest and motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type of research. The results showed that: (1) there was no significant relationship between the learning outcomes of blended learning and project based learning methods on students' learning motivation; (2) there is no significant relationship between the learning outcomes of blended learning and project based learning methods on interest in learning; (3) there is no relationship between blended learning learning outcomes and project based learning methods on interest and motivation; (4) There is a significant effect between blended learning and project based learning methods on student learning outcomes.
