This study explores the contribution of organizational culture, competence, work motivation to organizational commitment, to organizational commitment and the performance of 220 civil servants who work in the administration section of Alauddin Islamic State University of Indonesia (Makassar). Data were analyzed using analysis of moment structures. The exploratory findings provide evidence that organizational culture and work motivation contribute fully and significantly in increasing organizational commitment, in contrast to competence the results are in opposite directions. In other causality, it was found that culture and organizational commitment significantly contributed to improving employee performance, while low work competence and motivation were not proven to contribute.

The research is determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. The population in this study are employees at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the sample population were all employees of cooperatives totaling 30 people, sampling techniques is the saturation sampling because the entire population is used as a sample and also less than 30 people.To obtain the necessary data the authors used data collection techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, techniqueanalysis used in this research is descriptive method. From the discussion concluded that KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan is a savings and credit cooperatives in which variable competence and work motivation are effected significsnt partially on the performance of employees in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the leadership and organizational culture are not effected significant partially on performance employeer of at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. So the contribution of variable influence leadership competencies organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan amounted to 78.4%, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables that not examined.

The independent independent variables in this study are Work Motivation, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture while the dependent variable is the Performance Teachers and Employees SMPN 5 Pariaman. The sample used in this study as many as 32 respondents determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count> R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of Work Motivation instrument, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture on Teacher and Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria Instrument Motivation Work, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture on Performance Teachers and Employees have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, namely valid and reliable. Regression analysis results obtained t count = 2.550 while t table = 2.042 so thitung> ttable and significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05 so it can be said that motivation factor (X1) (Y) Regression analysis results obtained t count = 1.076 while the value of t table = 2.042 so that tcount < ttable or and its not significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05, and proved variable of Interpersonal Communication (X2) (Y) Regression analysis results obtained t count = 1.715 while the value of t table = 2.042 so thitung< ttable and its not significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05, and proved Organizational Culture variable (X3) The value of correlation coefficient (R) turns out that the correlation is positive. This means that there is a strong one-way relationship, where the change of increment that occurs in the free factor of Work Motivation, Personal Communication and Organizational Culture is accompanied by the change of the bound factor increase that is Teacher Performance (Y).

This study examines transformative leadership and organizational culture implemented in tertiary institutions. Transformational leaders have an impact on the effectiveness of organizational culture. This paper is based on the study of leadership theory, references about the culture of knowledge organizations, which integrate concepts and facts in the field. Of course the transformation process has an impact on organizational culture including students. Not only does it change the work rhythm that is demanded to be bigger, but more students being taken care of are also more complicated. This reality ultimately also has an impact on habits including good employee performance due to the reduced number of present workforce recruited. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the characteristics of transformational leadership and organizational culture at Islamic Institute of Religion Jember. This type of research is field research. The research method used is a qualitative research method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation, confirmation of reliability, transferability and dependability. While the analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis of Miles Huberman. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that Transformational Leadership is built by three factors, namely Inspirational in shaping vision and ideas, visionary in articulating vision & mission and intellectual support to achieve targets and goals. Transformational leadership provides a change in work support and team performance. Strong leadership in providing work motivation, stimulating concepts or ideas to group or individual employees can produce harmony in achieving a shared vision, team commitment, work culture and minimal conflict. Transformative leadership needs to improve communication in building a positive organizational culture because communication of leadership and work increases the culture of teamwork, cohesion and conflict. PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI  KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DIPUSKESMAS KEMBAYAN KECAMATAN KEMBAYAN  KABUPATEN SANGGAU KAPUAS) NURUL HUDAProgram Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas EkonomiUniversitas Tanjungpura   ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance, (2) Knowing and testing the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Puskesmas Kembayan. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. (2) Leadership style, work culture and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

This study aims to: (1) analyze the cultural influence of employee organization, in the form of integrity, professional, innovation, responsibility, and conscientiousness 2) analyze the influence of employee's work leadership style, in the form of spiritual leadership, autocratic style, laissez-fair style, and transformational style (3) analyze the influence of employee work motivation, the need for flexibility, the need to excel, the need for affiliation, and reward (4) analyze the influence of employee development, namely: benchmarking, learning tasks, intelegent quotient, and emotional quotient (5) analyzing leadership style influence on human resource development (6) analyzing the influence of motivation (7) analyzing organizational culture through human resource development (8) analyzing leadership style through human resource development affect employee performance. (9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.
