PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative explanatory research by taking data directly from respondents totaling 24 employees with a census sampling technique using a questionnaire. This means that all respondents in the unit of analysis are used as research samples. From the results of the study by measuring variables using a Likert Scale with Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques after passing the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25.0, showed that partially or simultaneously, variables of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Communication and Information of East Kotawaringin Regency. From this study, it can also be suggested that through increasing understanding of organizational culture, work motivation and good leadership will have a real impact on improving employee performance and will determine the success of achieving organizational goals going forward.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. <p><em>Employee performance is an interesting topic researched, because employee performance determines organizational sustainability. This study analyzes the effect of: Change Management on employee performance, Transformational Leadership on employee performance, Organizational Structure on employee performance, Organizational Culture on employee performance, Work Discipline on Employee Performance, and analyzing the effects of change management, transformational leadership, organizational structure, and discipline work performance of employees. The study population was 97 employees of PKM Group. The research sample is the same as the population of 97 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturation or census sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study, with statistical analysis using the method of Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Management Change has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Change Management, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Kinerja karyawan merupakan topik yang menarik diteliti, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Manajemen Perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, Struktur Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, kepemimpinan transformasional, struktur organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PKM <em>Group</em> sebanyak 97 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sama dengan populasi yakni 97 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik menggunakan metode Regresi <em>Linear</em> Berganda dengan <em>software</em> SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan Manajemen Perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,  Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Struktur Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.</em></p>

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

Abstract. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (a). pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI,  (b). kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (c). motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan  (d) kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 176 orang yang terdistribusipada 3 stasiun LPP TVRI meliputi Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Sulawesi Barat.   Sampel menggunakan metode sensus dimanaseluruh responden dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alatanalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart PLS Versi 3.2. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah TVRI Wilayah sulawesi selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat Hasil penelitian bahwa; (a). budaya organisasi berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, motivasi berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai pegawai LPP TVRI. This study aims to determine and analyze (a). the influence of organizational culture on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (b). leadership on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (c). work motivation on LPP TVRI employee performance and (d) competence on LPRI TVRI employee performance. The study population was 176 people distributed in 3 LPP TVRI stations covering Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The sample uses the census method where all respondents are used as samples. Alatanalisis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Version 3.2. The research locations are TVRI in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. (a). organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, motivation has positive and significant influence on the performance of LPP TVRI employees and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of LPP TVRI employees.
