The challenge of teaching a skill-based course online, during pandemic unfolded lasting/ground-breaking opportunities for teachers and students of law alike. For the advocacy skills' training course, a suit for dissolution of marriage was selected and training was divided into 12 steps. The pre-planned semester calendar of the University was followed, but in the virtual learning environment (VLE), sessions were held mostly synchronously by using an indigenized blended learning (BL) model. Station rotation (SR) and the flipped classroom (FC) were also indigenized for effective use. Indigenization of BL was done. SR was done by creating stations comprising research areas involved in the trial for dissolution of a marriage. The FC was used to make students learn lectures beforehand, and all simulations, role-plays and activities were done in class. On-spot grading was done on assessment rubrics by using standard observation forms, generated based on extracted principles. All rubrics and standard forms were shared and discussed with students to build trust in the VLE. The asynchronous mode was also used, but only for the sake of supplemented learning. The grading policy was revised, and the curves of summative and formative assessments were flattened. A total of 45 students were trained, out of whom 26 scored A, four A–, two B, five B+, one B–, one C, one C+, one C– and four got F (for not participating at all). The outcome was encouraging. After completion of the semester, the need assessment survey culminated in a hands-on training session for the Faculty of Law (FoL). Participants designed courses using the BL model and found the methodology effective for future use in regular classes.

The article reveals some of the most important aspects of the organization of blended learning on the example of training future social workers / social pedagogues. Describes the experience of using Moodle, Microsoft Teams and Zoom in blended learning. There are such aspects as the possibility and features of conducting online lectures and practical classes. The article reveals in detail the technical capabilities of Moodle, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, which were used by teachers and students majoring in 231 "Social Work. Social pedagogy. Practical Psychology ”at the Taras Shevchenko Luhansk National University during the period of self-isolation. The presented material allows us to conclude that, despite the urgency and generality of the introduction of blended learning during the pandemic, its organization was well thought out and allowed to effectively organize the educational process.

The students at Sports School are athletes that often leave school for training camps or participate in competitions outside the city. This study therefore, aims to determine the characteristics, conditions, and needs of Sports Schools in Indonesia as a basis for the Blended Learning development. Data were collected on information related to Sports School in various regions of Indonesia, through surveys. The result showed that there are special services for students that participate in training camps and competitions. However, their skill is ineffective and requires an increase in teaching hours and workload. Therefore, based on the characteristics of the Sports School and the needs of teachers and students, the Blended Learning model was developed

Blended Learning is a learning model that is enriched with traditional learning methods and online education materials. Integration of face-to-face and online learning with blending learning can enhance the learning experience and optimize seat time. In this chapter, the authors present the teaching of an Algorithm and Programming course in Computer Engineering Education via an artificial intelligence-supported blended learning approach. Since 2011, Computer Engineering education in Suleyman Demirel University Computer Engineering Department is taught with a blended learning method. Blended learning is achieved through a Learning Management System (LMS) by using distance education technology. The LMS is comprised of course materials supported with flash animations, student records, user roles, and evaluation systems such as surveys and quizzes that meet SCORM standards. In this chapter, the related education process has been supported with an intelligent program, which is based on teaching C programming language. In this way, it has been aimed to improve educational processes within the related course and the education approach in the department. The blended learning approach has been evaluated by the authors, and the obtained results show that the introduced artificial intelligence-supported blended learning education program enables both teachers and students to experience better educational processes.

In this chapter, the authors show a promising model of education in the future. The model is based on blended learning and integrates remote and internal forms. At present, the authors have developed system elements for graduate teacher education, combining classroom training with remote instruction. In this chapter professor Elena Rumbesha (Tomsk State Pedagogical University) and professor Vardan Mkrttchian (HHH University) use the results of previous research and publications about Masters of Education to explain the idea of distance learning as a special form of interaction between teachers and students enabling those to use inherent in traditional teaching forms and methods along with modern distance learning methods.

With the rapid development of the computer network technology, the blended learning method based on computer-assisted teaching has also been booming. This paper analyzes the connotations of blended learning and the architecture and main functions of the Moodle system by using research methods such as litera-ture analysis, development and research method and sample survey method and then establishes a blended learning model based on the Moodle platform. Then, with the course of C Programming Language as an example, this paper gives de-tailed design of the process and implementation plan of the blended learning model based on the Moodle platform. At last, this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching effects among teachers and students participating in the learning ac-tivity, and the results show that the blended learning model based on the Moodle platform is helpful to improving the teaching effects and can serve as a reference for the innovation of teaching models and methods.

This paper presents findings collected from a collaborative implementation project established in Spring 2008 between Aalborg University's IT-department in the Faculty of Social Science (FSS) and the E-Learning Cooperation Unit (ELSA) with the view to implement Moodle in FSS. The purpose of this cooperation was conceived from an organisational desire to establish a virtual learning environment (VLE), where it was possible, to build activities and underpin the pedagogical approach. Another perspective was to further improve the communication between the administration, teachers and students. This paper will highlight the development process and some of the didactic considerations undertaken for the implementation. The evaluations undertaken during the process will also be presented, along with the results collected in the use of Moodle to highlight the educational changes.

This study intended to develop the Countenance model evaluation instruments that were integrated with the Tri Kaya Parisudha concept as a blended learning evaluation tool for Tourism Vocational Schools in Gianyar Regency. This study approach was the instrument development, by several development stages, including evaluation components determination, evaluation aspects determination, instrument items determination, instrument items trial, instrument items analysis, and final items determination. The instruments which were used in data collection were questionnaires and documentation. Subjects those were involved in instrument trial on the content validation process were two experts (experts in informatics engineering education and educational evaluation), while the reliability testing process were 48 respondents (teachers and students). The instruments analysis technique during the content validation process used the Gregory formula, while during the reliability test process using the Cronbach Alfa formula. This study produced 122 items with very high validity and very high reliability categories, as evidenced by the r-scores of 0.938 and 0.961, respectively.
