In the process of education, of course it has an educational objective that makes the basis of education in a country especially in Indonesia. Every effort made by the government is solely to achieve the goal of education in Indonesia, which is to educate the nation's life. В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с отношением представителей органов управления образованием муниципального и регионального уровня к вопросам организации питания обучающихся общеобразовательных организаций. Основной акцент сделан на сопоставлении мнений представителей органов управления образованием муниципального и регионального к таким аспектам, как: межведомственное взаимодействие и развитие коммуникации по вопросам организации питания с общественными организациями и представителями родительской общественности. Вместе с тем рассматривается и вопрос о функциях регионального и муниципального уровня управления в процессах организации питания. Эмпирическую базу исследования составляют материалы социологического опроса 1402 представителей органов управления образованием муниципального и регионального уровня, проведенного в 2020 г. Федерального государственного бюджетного научного учреждения «Институт управления образованием Российской академии образования». The article deals with the issues related to the attitude of representatives of the municipal and regional education authorities to the issues of catering for students of general education organizations. The main focus is on comparing the views of representatives of the municipal and regional education authorities on such aspects as: interdepartmental interaction and the development of communication on catering issues with public organizations and representatives of the parent community. At the same time, the question of the functions of the regional and municipal level of management in the processes of catering is also considered. The empirical basis of the study is the materials of a sociological survey of 1,402 representatives of the municipal and regional level education management bodies, conducted in 2020 by the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution «Institute for Education Management of the Russian Academy of Education»

Informing Society About Pre-School Education and Educational Support in the Context of Sustainable DevelopmentSociety qualitatively participates in the implementation of corresponding tasks only when it is informed. An analysis of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Lithuania expresses concern regarding shortage of information: information receivers are scantily informed, whilst information providers themselves are scantily informed about actual information needs. In Lithuania, informing of society is carried out in both centralised and decentralised ways, when the state makes certain commitments regarding informing of residents because this information enhances attention to educational institutions, including pre-school educational institutions (as a link of education, social support, support to the family and the child), and encourages the interest of interested groups in the quality of children's education. Seeking to ensure sustainable development, in the name of possibilities of more extensive participation of society in pre-school education management processes, freedom in decision-making, and in the name of the formation of society consisting of active and responsible citizens, it is necessary to analyse the experiences of informing the society. Therefore, the research is orientated towards generalisation of the experiences of informing the society in the European Union countries in the context of sustainable development.

The optimization of Russian secondary education carried out in 2010-2014 intending to strengthen the role of municipal authorities had some negative consequences. For instance, territorial educational authorities started receiving complaints about the violation of labor standards, and teachers began to quit their jobs. The purpose of this paper is to study the dependence of the dysfunctions manifested in the general education system on the management methods used by municipal authorities. The research method involves an all-Russian representative expert survey (2018) of specialists employed at territorial and municipal education authorities. The results of the study showed that the cause of destructive phenomena that had occurred in the field of work regulation of the general education system and made teachers quit their jobs was the domination of the administrative principle in the selection of personnel at the municipal level. The prescriptive management methods began to prevail at schools because the optimization of schools and changes in teacher standards in connection with higher teachers’ salaries were supervised by federal educational authorities, which stimulated municipal authorities to strengthen directorial management methods in the interests of the successful implementation of the optimization program. For this reason, municipal authorities began to select specialists with good managerial abilities, paying less attention to their creative side. The study showed that the priority of directive character in the work of municipal education administration bodies was generated by the excessive role of federal bodies in coordinating the territorial education system in labor-regulating and financial aspects. Conclusion: the federal system of general education management needs to be decentralized and creativity should be prioritized in the selection of specialists for municipal education authorities.

Across the breadth of acquired neurogenic communication disorders, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) may go undetected, underreported, and untreated. In addition to stigma and distrust of healthcare systems, other barriers contribute to decreased identification, healthcare access, and service utilization for Hispanic and African American adults with MCI. Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) have significant roles in prevention, education, management, and support of older adults, the population must susceptible to MCI.

Abstract. This quasi-experimental study examined the effects of exposure to a computer game on arousal and subsequent task performance. After inducing a state of low arousal, participants were assigned to experimental or control conditions via self-selection. Members of the experimental group played a computer game for five minutes; subjects in the control group spent the same amount of time awaiting further instructions. Participants who were exposed to the computer game showed significantly higher levels of arousal and performed significantly better on a subsequent cognitive task. The pattern of results was not influenced by the participants' prior experience with the game. The findings indicate that mood-management processes associated with personal media use at the workplace go beyond the alteration of arousal and affect subsequent cognitive performance.

Under the term “Hilfe zur Arbeit” (aid for work) the federal law of social welfare subsumes all kinds of labour disciplining instruments. First, the paper shows the historical connection of welfare and labour disciplining mechanisms in the context of different periods within capitalist development. In a second step, against the background of historical experiences, we will analyse the trends of “Hilfe zur Arbeit” during the past two decades. It will be shown that by the rise of unemployment, the impact of labour disciplining aspects of “Hilfe zur Arbeit” has increased both on the federal and on the municipal level. For this reason the leverage of the liberal paradigm would take place even in the core of social rights.
