Employee’s work satisfaction is used to describe the employee’s feeling towards their work. This research was aimed to describe the employee’s work satisfaction and analyze the effect of some factors, such as work motivation, organization culture, leadership style, work facility and work environment toward the work satisfaction of the employees in Tambi Tea Plantation Factory, Tambi Plantation Unit, Wonosobo Regency. The method used for this research was survey. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique, which consisted of 57 respondents. The research started from January to February 2019. The data were then analyzed through descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research result showed that the employees felt satisfied when working as tea leaf pickers for this work gave them challenges, they got the proper salary, conducive working place, they showed some respect to each other, and also got the job that fitted desire. Work motivation variable (X1), organization culture (X2), and work environment (X5) had significant effect toward the employee’s work satisfaction (Y). Whereas leadership style (X3) and work facility (X4) did not have significant effect toward the employee’s work satisfaction (Y).

The objective of this research analysis leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence, job satisfaction, and  organizational performance is to the perception senior high school teachers towards leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, competence, job satisfaction and  organizational performance; identify the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence partial towards job satisfaction and organizational performance; identify the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational performance. The respondents were 180 high school teachers from private schools in Jabodetabek (the Greater Jakarta Area), that were selected based on a multistage process, then analyzed with SEM, and using the Lisrel 8.5 program.  The research results show that leadership style, organization culture, and work motivation influenced job satisfaction, however competence did not.  Organization culture and competence affected the organizational performance, but leadership style and work motivation did not have influence on the organizational performance. The dominant path of effects showed that organizational culture affects job satisfaction and organizational performance.

This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) know and analyse the effect of work motivation on staff performance PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (4) know and analyse the effect of organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu. Population in this research is 45 staff, and all of them become sample. Data in this research is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; and (4) organizational culture performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation are useful in contributing to improving Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at  Marta Teknik Tunggal Cop. In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Motivation and Performance

Abstract: Principles in the school-based management model absolutely play a central position with a wide, autonomous authority and a complex role. This research is aimed to know the direct and indirect influences of school organization cultures, work experiences, compensation towards principles, performance through work satisfaction and work motivation. This is a quantitative research of a path analysis model with ex post facto data conducted to 206 principles of Senior High School (SMA) through out Semarang and surrounding districts. The research results show that school organization cultures give the biggest contribution compared with another variables examined. The next sequences are: work satisfaction, motivation, compensation, work experience. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah, pengalaman kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja). Subjek penelitian adalah 206 orang kepala SMA se eks Karesidenan Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan korelasional kausal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi sekolah pengaruhnya sangat dominan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah jika dibanding dengan variabel lainnya yang diteliti. Urutan selanjutnya adalah kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan pengalaman kerja. Human resource represent the key factor go to the success, along of human resource activator in operational company. The purpose if this research is to prove the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organization culture toward employee performance of Bank Muamalat branch Indonesia Surakarta. The method used in this research is survey which using questioner for getting data. The respondents of this research are all of employee at Bank Muamalat branch Indonesia Surakarta. The data that get in this research is processed with program SPSS version 16.00. The test is done with linear regression model, t test, f test, R2 and Classic Assumption. Conclusion of this research is there is influence which significance of among leadership style, motivation, and organization culture toward employee performance of Bank Muamalat branch Indonesia Surakarta as individually.
