This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) know and analyse the effect of work motivation on staff performance PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (4) know and analyse the effect of organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu. Population in this research is 45 staff, and all of them become sample. Data in this research is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; and (4) organizational culture performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Lampung University employees, through leadership style and work motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of education staff at the General and Financial Devision at Lampung University of 110  people. Samples were taken purposively, as many as 53 employees. Data was collected using survey methods. The data were analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the results of t-count of 2.374 and t-table of 1.67655 were obtained. Furthermore, the motivation variables on employee performance, the results of t-count were 7.283 and t-table was 1.67655. Simultaneous testing or jointly obtained results of F-count statistics of 40,288 and F-table 3.18. The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee performance at the General and Financial Bureau of Lampung University is influenced by motivation.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of four kinds of leadership style path-goals are: directive leadership style, leadership style, supportive leadership style participatory and leadership style achievement orientation, on work motivation and job satisfaction and performance of employees at BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri (BIF) in 2012. The data is taken from the total population of 62 people from sharing positions, the test data using multiple linear regression and path analysis in hypothesis testing. Results of the study, found that leadership style path goals positively affects employee performance mediated by motivation and job satisfaction of employees BMT BIF. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership style, work motivation, and workenvironment affect the performance of employees in the PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) BandarLampung. This study uses a quanitative method, with the number of samples in this study were 74respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadershipstyle (X1), work motivation (X2), and work environment (X3) simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance (Y). Work motivation is the variable that has the greatestinfluence on employee performance in the PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Bandar Lampung.   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja,dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) BandarLampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3)memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Motivasi kerja menjadivariabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya(Persero) Bandar Lampung.

The Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency as an extension of the local government in dealing with education has attempted to provide maximum public services. However, in its implementation, there are several obstacles, including not optimal services provided due to less-than-optimal employee performance. The objective of the study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency. Collecting data used a questionnaire. The research sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained a total sample of 60 employees of the Department of Education and Culture of the Yapen Islands Regency. The data were tested with research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that 1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance

This research aims to explain how competence and work motivation affect employee performance in an insurance company. This research use 35 employees at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumi Putera Muda Unit Syariah Surabaya as a sample. Data collection use observations, interviews and (primary) questionnaires. This research uses data analysis of validity, reliability, classic assumption, and hypothesis tests. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS. This research shows that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, competence has positive and significant on employee performance. The result shows that the competencies possessed by the employee have an impact on employee performance. As well as role work motivation has positive and not significant on employee performance. The results of data testing show that the work motivation provided by the company has no impact on employee performance. The company must facilitate employees to increase competence and work motivation since employee performance correlates with firm performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Aceh Province. This research was conducted at the Archive and Library Agency of the Province of Aceh, with the object of research being the effect of compensation, Leadership Style and work motivation on employee performance at the Archive and Library Board of the Province of Aceh. This analysis is based on data obtained from 181 population determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, which is 44 people sampled. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods (Multiple Linear Regression) which are processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results of the study based on the F test (simultaneously) obtained an F-count of 24.196 while the Ftable at a significant level α = 5% was 3.225. This shows that Fcount> F table, with a significance level of 0,000. The results of this calculation can be drawn a conclusion that accepting the null hypothesis, meaning that the compensation variable (X1) leadership style (X2) and work motivation (X3), jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. This means that overall respondents agreed to the indicators examined, thereby affecting the performance of employees at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. While partially from the three variables examined, it turns out that the compensation variable (X1) which has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Agency, because the regression coefficient is greater than the other variables. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, work motivation, employee performance.

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation (incentives, motives and expectations) on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. The purpose of this paper is: 1) Determine the effect of incentives on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 2) Determine the effect of motive on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 3) To know the effect of expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 4)To know the effect of incentives, motives and expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.Research sites in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul and the population is 162entire employee in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. Samples amounted to 116 respondents taken with simple random probability sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results obtained: (1) incentives positive and significant effect on the performance of, (2) motif positive and significant effect on the performance of, (3) expectations positive and significant impact on the performance of , and (4) incentives, motives and expectations of positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay.
