Information and communication technology (ICT) have profound influence in the modern world such that it has taken every sphere of life today. The advent of ICT has made the all activities relating to human and material resources utilize unto optimum level and making every aspect of life easier. In these days, the use of latest ICT technology like digital finger print identification, surveillance camera, and radiofrequency identificationdevices ensure transparency and identity fraud. However, existing manual recruitment process in Sindh Police of Pakistanhas been disputed at various platforms to ensure transparency. There have been several issues such as physical document identification and verification, physical tests, such as, running, jumping, obstaclesoverpassing, finger printsneed to be transparent and apparent to respective authorities and aspirants during the recruitment process. Therefore, the purpose of this research article isto identify existing issues in current recruitment process. It provides appropriate solutions for fare recruitment process in Sindh Police Pakistan. This research isintended to Development of an Optimized Digital E-Recruitment Model of Sindh Policefor Sindh Police connectedto National Database & Registration Authority (NADARA) of Pakistan to verify aspirants’ identity online, monitor their physical tests using RFID, surveillance cameras, GPS enabled bracelets generating automated digital reports of all aspirants, ensuring transparency and fairness in recruitment system ofSindh Police of Pakistan.

The development of the modern world is very complex and rapid, and the process is characterized by high rates of development of information and communication technologies. The Internet space is a means of searching and obtaining information, as well as a medium for communication, virtual interaction, and has a significant impact on the formation of stereotypes of behavior of the young generation, as well as ideals, spiritual values, personal and social worldview. The article identifies the positive aspects of the development of cyberspace by young people, and also notes the threats and barriers to cyber socialization for modern youth. The necessity of conducting psychological and pedagogical research on cyber socialization is actualized, a conclusion is made about the use of new technologies for the purpose of positive cyber socialization of the younger generation.

One of the implementations of the smart city concept is by making use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based applications in providing public services. The Regency of Blora is one of the Indonesian regencies belonging to the 100-Smart-City. The aims of the research are identifying the applications contained in the programs in the smart city master plan on each dimension, identifying the applications most used to support smart city implementation, analyzing The Use of Aplication, and recommending applications required for implementing smart city. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research includes an application-based Blora Smart City development program implemented in six smart city dimensions. Applications that have been used properly are selected through focus group discussions (FGD). Application provider informants were selected purposively, while for application users five informants were selected. Data processing was carried out using in-depth interview transcripts. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative. The research result show that various applications have been used to support the realization of the Regency of Blora as a smart city. Some of the society members have been making use of the applications to deserve public services. However, to support the uses of ICTbased applications in an optimum level, it is necessary to make it easy to access internet, to socialize the existence of applications, and to obtain aspiration from local people for the policy of applying the applications. Evaluation of application utilization is recommended as a follow-up research through structured interview surveys of application users with a larger number of respondents.

There are many kinds of colorants, which have been already banned or are used under strict supervision of food safety authorities. Use of artificial colorants over natural ones has increased in modern world. Besides, it has also concerned on importance of toxicological studies. Acceptable daily intake (ADI) of different colorants will define the optimum level of coloring substances on food items. Molecular size of coloring agents and their absorption ratio have significant role in toxico-kinetics. Bigger molecular size has lower absorption capacity and toxicity while vice versa for the smaller one. Higher absorption of smaller molecules can be lowered by binding with carrier molecules to make big enough to block through mucosal layer. Adverse health effects related to many colorants are itching, urticaria, anaphylaxis, hypersensitivity, intolerance reactions, mutagenicity, carcinogenicity, genotoxicity, cytostaticity and cytotoxicity. Color additives seem to be complex subject having direct relationship with consumer safety. Therefore, toxicology of attractive coloring agents might overlook the advantages of colorants. So, toxicologist and food scientist need to collaborate to define the use of different color additives and their safety in future in more scientific way.Sunsari Technical College Journal 2015, 2(1):69-75

The recruitment process of nurses, professions supplementary to medicine and paramedical staffs had been a lengthy and labourers work for the Ministry of Health and Indigenous Medical Services (MoHIMS) of Sri Lanka. The process affected the regular recruitment of mentioned staff categories. Flaws in this system contributed negatively to the country's shortage of human resources for health (HRH) as well as efforts to improve the healthcare service delivery. The aim of the study was to identify the gaps in the traditional paper-based recruitment system of the MoHIMS and to design a suitable intervention to improve the process and to assess the improvements brought about by the intervention. A service improvement project with full participation of stakeholders was planned by the Human Resource Coordination Division (HRCoD) of the MoHIMS. Qualitative methods were used to identify the gaps in the existing recruitment system and to gather the ideas for improvement. A computer based online recruitment system was implemented with the collaboration of the Department of Computer Science Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa. The perceived satisfaction of the stakeholders was reassessed by qualitative methods. Long lag between advertising and recruitment for training was revealed. Deficiencies such as, lack of transparency, negatively affected routine office processes, inability to validate examination results during application process and frustrated applicants leaving the training programs due to lengthy selection processes were also among the main gaps identified. The implemented online recruitment system was recognised by the stakeholders for its improved timeliness, transparency and minimal interference to the routine office functions. Service improvement projects to be successful, should be implemented with full stakeholder participation. The 21st century has witnessed the advent of Information and communication technology (ICT) as an imperative medium of education to refurbish education by means of efficient, effective and latest way i.e. e-learning. The intention of introducing e-learning in modern world is to open innovation vistas of learning in education and replacing face to face traditional classrooms. Consequently, researches are becoming progressively more interested to observe the proliferation of e-learning across the country. This review intends to present information of the various findings regarding cumulative research work in the domain of e-learning so far. Reviews of nearly 70 articles published in electronic journals in Pakistan and are recognized by HEC during the time period of 2010-2019. The analysis of documented researches reveal that majority of the research literature related to e-learning during early 2010 to late 2014 were primarily focused on computer usage, implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and adoption of e-learning models using research designs such as descriptive, survey and mixed method research whereas the trend shifted towards distance education and e-learning after this time period. The literature review witnessed many researches during 2015 and 2016 after the growing interest of students towards this mode of education. However, the researchers have started giving immense importance to e-learning as the researches begin to publish in social sciences literature in Pakistan during 2017. As far as 2018-2019 is concerned, the relevance and reliance on e-learning have augmented as compared to past because e-learning has broadened its roots and scope whereas researchers show continued interest in this field.

Several companies have reduced mass recovery efforts and in-person discussions for the Covid-19 pandemic password, one of which is PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. This study aims to: (1) Know the media for posting jobs and the application of the recruitment process through social media, including the stages and qualifications and competencies required at PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur (2) Knowing the effectiveness of recruitment methods through social media to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic era and explains the comparison of the E-Recruitment method with the offline recruitment method at PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. The effectiveness of the Recruitment Method through social media by studying library data and observations shows that the electronic recruitment system for the workforce is suitable to be used to facilitate and improve human resource management in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. An increase in competent job applicants supports this, and PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur is known to all circles to open job vacancies for more than 150 outlets in less than one year.
