Background of Study: During lactation, women will have optimal weight gain, it causes mothers reduce their food so that interfere breast-milk production. Diet during breastfeeding may be done, but it must be done slowly. It is necessary to defend the body against infections, to prevent constipation and to begin the process of exclusive breastfeeding. Knowledge of this diet is very important for postpartum mothers who want to go on a diet to avoid malnutrition during childbirth and lactation. Preliminary results of study showed that it appeared in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul there are many postpartum mothers who do not know about the importance of diet during breastfeeding. Objective of Study: This study aims to know about the level of knowledge of postpartum women about diet during breastfeeding in July 2014 at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta. Research Methods: This study uses quantitative descriptive method, with survey approach. The population in this study is 58 postpartum women. To collect the data, this study uses accidental sampling technique. The samples taken amounted to 35 for women. The research data is primary data by using the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and data analysis using univariate analysis Results: The level of knowledge about understanding of diet postpartum women in both categories as many as 16 people (45.7%), on the definition of a balanced diet as many as 31 people (88.6%), on the correct diet while breast-feeding as many as 20 people (57.1 %), on dietary goals in less category as much as 23 people (65.7%), on the principle of the diet as much as 22 people (62.9%), on the terms of diet in both categories as many as 14 people (40.0%), about the benefits diet in less category as much as 22 people (62.9%). Conclusion: The results of the level of knowledge of puerperal women while breastfeeding diet in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital are in quite as many as 20 categories of puerperal women (57.1%).

The first 1000 days of life or 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) is a period starting from the beginning of pregnancy until the baby is 2 years old. Knowledge of 1000 HPK is very important for midwifery students as a benchmark for health workers in serving clients in the future. About 6 in 10 students still do not understand and know about the First 1000 Days of Life. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of midwifery students about the first 1000 days of life based on media sources at the Kuningan College of Health in 2020. Descriptive research method with observational design, population of midwifery students of level II as many as 40 people, using a total sampling technique. Direct data collection (primary data) using a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that most midwifery students level II had less knowledge of 20 respondents (50%), most of the media sources for obtaining information about HPK were mostly audio-visual 32 (80%), and the level of knowledge of midwifery students level II about 1000 HPK based on media sources. as many as 17 (42.5%) had less knowledge. It is recommended that level II midwifery students get information about 1000 HPK not only through the media but can seek information from various sources, for the Midwifery Study Program to be used as evaluation material, as input for developing an additional curriculum related to 1000 HPK in the Midwifery Care course so that it can increase student knowledge.

Background: The basic health services to the community is one of the development efforts of community approach which is undertaken by the health centers, namely PHN (Public Health Nursing). PHN aims to increase community self-reliance to achieve an optimal degree. Nurses in Health Center requires competence to provides health services in PHN Objective: The study aims to know the knowledge of nurses in health centers that have PHN programme in Sleman. Methods: The research is quantitative descriptive study. The study population was nurses in the health center of Gamping I, Ngaglik I, and Ngemplak I Sleman, as many as 16 nurses. The study uses total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis techniques. Results: The results showed a majority of female respondents characteristics as much as 81.2%, the Education level of majority of respondents were Diploma of Nursing as much as 93.8%, The level of knowledge of nurses about the aspects of the basic concept of PHN in sufficient category with a percentage of 56.2%, The level of knowledge of nurses about aspects of PHN in sufficient category has percentage of 87.6%, the level of knowledge of nurses about the aspect of minimal competence and the role of nurses in health centers is mostly in sufficient category with a percentage of 50.0%, The level of knowledge of nurses about aspects of the reporting of PHN more with enough category with a percentage of 81.3%, the level of knowledge of nurses about PHN are equal for good category and sufficient category with a percentage of 50.0%. Breast Milk (ASI) is the most perfect food for the baby, where the nutritional content in accordance with the need for intelligence. Breast milk contains antibody substances that are useful for preventing infectious bowel disease and optimal digestion of growth and development. Based on the preliminary study of November 2017 on 10 primiparous postpartum women, there were 7 postpartum mothers producing less milk. The objectives of the study analyzed the differences in breast milk production in postpartum women before and after being given a successful breastfeeding package This study used pre experimental design with one group pretest postest model of independent variables Package "Sukses ASI" and the dependent variable was milk production. The population of this study were 20 primiparous postpartum women and the samples were 19 primiparous mothers using random sampling technique. The results showed that most of the Asylum production mothers were less than before the "Successful Breastfeeding" package with mean of 4.21 and most of Asi's postpartum mothers were fluent after being given the "Successful Breastfeeding" package with mean of 7.89. Based on statistical test with paired ttest obtained p value = 0.000, where this value is smaller than alpha 0,05 so H1 was accepted, meaning that there was difference of milk production before and after given packet of success of ASI It is expected to provide inputs for health workers to increase breastfeeding production in primiparous postpartum mothers. This package will be more effective if the delivery of health education not only with edge leafleat by using video. For the people of this "Successful Breastfeeding" package people can become aware of the importance of breastfeeding.

Mother's milk (ASI) plays an important role to maintain the health and survival of babies. The low level of exclusive breastfeeding based on the Ministry of National program is 40% and 30% due to the factors of maternal age, employment, education, and husband's support. Based on data from the Padang City Health Office the working area of ​​the Air Dingin health center is the lowest percentage (33.85%). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and level of knowledge of mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months about exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of ​​cold water puskesmas in Aia Pacah village, Padang city in 2018.This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in August 2018 in Aia Pacah Village, Padang City. The study population was all mothers who had babies aged 7-12 months in the Aia Pacah village, Padang. The sample in this study was 68 people with total sampling technique. Using primary data. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and filling out informed consent. Data processing techniques for editing, coding, entry and cleaning. Data analysis is carried out univariately. The results showed that of the 68 respondents who had ASI production age were not at risk as many as 52 people (76.4%), respondents who had ASI production age were at risk as many as 16 people (23.5%) giving exclusive breastfeeding, respondents who had as much higher education 45 people (66.1%), respondents who have a low education level of 23 people (33.8%), respondents who work as many as 22 people (32.2%), respondents who do not work as many as 46 people (67.6% ), respondents with high knowledge were 32 people (47.0%) and respondents with low knowledge as many as 36 people (52.9%).From the data above, it can be concluded that most mothers have breast milk production age not at risk in exclusive breastfeeding. More than half of mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months do not work. More than half of mothers who have higher education in exclusive breastfeeding. More than half of mothers who have a low level of knowledge in exclusive breastfeeding.

Covid-19 is a respiratory tract infection caused by the novel coronavirus (nCov). Nasal irrigation is one of the efforts to prevent Covid-19. Nasal irrigation is an act of flushing saline solution into the nasal cavity. This research aims to determine level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of the community regarding nasal irrigation during Covid-19 pandemic. This study was a descriptive observational study. The sample of this research was the people of Palembang city who were eligible for the inclusion and exclusion criteria with the concecutive sampling technique as many as 398 respondents. Data were obtained through primary data in the form of questionnaires, processed using the SPSS program, and analyzed using univariate analysis. The most characteristics of respondents in this study were in the age group 18-25 years (65.5%) and the last level of education was high school (58.0%). The level of public knowledge about Nasal irrigation during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the moderate category of 36.2%. The level of public attitudes regarding nasal irrigation during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the good category at 83.4%. The level of nasal irrigation practice was included in the low category of 75.6%. The community of Palembang city had a sufficient level of knowledge, a good level of attitude , and a low level of practice regarding nasal irrigation during Covid-19 pandemic.

Postpartum blues dikategorikan sebagai sindroma gangguan mental ringan yang sering dialami oleh wanita pasca persalinan  sehingga sering tidak dipedulikan, tidak terdiagnosa dan tidak tertangani, apabila postpartum blues ini tidak sembuh selama 2 minggu maka akan berubah menjadi postpartum depression dan postpartum psycosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian postpartum blues pada ibu postpartum. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden mengalami  postpartum blues (53,3%) dengan resiko sedang mengalami depresi postpartum (43,3%) dan resiko berat untuk mengalami depresi postpartum (10%). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 53,3% dari seluruh ibu postpartum di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta mengalami postpartum blues. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya skrining postpartum blues oleh tenaga kesehatan sebelum ibu nifas di perbolehkan pulang dan ada kunjungan nifas bagi ibu ibu yang terdeteksi postpartum blues saat di rumah sakit. Postpartum blues is categorized as a mild mental disorder syndrome that is often experienced by postpartum women so that it is often ignored, undiagnosed and untreated, if the postpartum blues is not healed for 2 weeks it will turn into postpartum depression and postpartum psycosis. This study aims to determine the description of the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. The research design used is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional time approach. Research site at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples was 30 respondents with a quota sampling technique. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that some respondents experienced postpartum blues (53.3%) with a moderate risk of experiencing postpartum depression (43.3%) and a severe risk for experiencing postpartum depression (10%). Conclusions and Recommendations from the results of the above study it can be concluded that 53.3% of all postpartum mothers in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital experienced postpartum blues. The recommendation of this study is that health workers related to postpartum mothers should pay more attention to psychological adaptation of postpartum mothers and to be able to overcome the problems of postpartum blues

Breastmilk production runs smoothly. Breastfeeding mothers must eat sufficient nutrition. A good food ingredient for breastfeeding mothers is the banana heart because it contains galactagogue which can stimulate the hormones oxytocin and prolactin to increase milk production. The banana heart is also easily available by the community for daily use. To increase the consumption of banana blossoms in nursing mothers, it is processed into food in the form of meatballs. Meatballs are a national food that is popular with all people. The method of processing meatballs is also easy and provides many benefits for the health of the body. This research has the aim, benefits, of banana heart meatball for breastfeeding mother's milk production. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest approach. A sample of 60 mothers breastfed for more than the first day in the working area of ​​Bone Bolango Health Center, Gorontalo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used measuring cups and observation sheets. Before being given the treatment, the respondents' milk was given 100 grams of heart meatballs every day for 6 days. After that, it is measured again with a measuring cup and an observation sheet. The results of data analysis used paired t-test values ​​(p-value 0.001 <α = 0.05) in the breast milk production group in the case and treatment control groups. The result is an average increase in milk production after the 24 ml treatment.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

Introduction: In Indonesia, in one hour, two mothers die from complications of pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth. Postpartum care is needed during this period because it is a critical period for both mother and baby. With close monitoring and care for mothers and babies during the postpartum period, it can prevent several deaths. This research aims to describe the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the danger signs during childbirth at the Mariana Sukadono clinic in 2019.Method: The method used in the study was a descriptive design and the sample in this study was 30 postpartum mothers who gave birth in this clinic with total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.Result: The results showed that the level of knowledge of mothers about danger signs during childbirth was more lacking (70.0%).Duscussion: Postpartum mothers are expected to know or seek information about danger signs during the puerperium during their spare time so that they are able to recognize danger signs during the postpartum period that might occur.
