This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah sosialisasi perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian mengambil sampel pengusaha e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan kuesioner melalui chat personal atau melalui e-mail dalam bentuk google form kepada pengusaha e-commerce. Jumlah kuesioner yang diolah adalah 100 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce sedangkan kesadaran wajib pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce.Kata kunci: sosialisasi perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak, sanksi perpajakan, kepatuhan wajib pajak, umkm e-commerce. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether taxation socialization, awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions affect the tax compliance of MSME e-commerce taxpayers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection is done by sending questionnaires via personal chat or via e-mail in the form of Google forms to e-commerce entrepreneurs. The number of questionnaires processed was 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of religiosity, integrity, and enforcement of regulations toward fraud in village financial management in Buleleng Regency. This study used quantitative approach which was using primary data sources that was obtained through questionnaires and measured with a Likert scale. The functionary village consisting of the Headman, Secretary, and the Head of Finance with the total population of 387 functionary village in Buleleng Regency were chosen as the population of this study. The sampling was the probability sampling method that was proportional random sampling technique with 168 respondents. The obtained data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the support of SPSS 24.0 for Windows. After being tested, it was found that the fraud in village financial management was affected by the religiosity variable (X1), the integrity variable (X2), and the enforcement regulation variable (X3).

This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

Accurate regional financial management, transparency, and accountability are urgent needs in the framework of the implementation of clean and responsible local government in order to achieve good governance. Internal control is designed to provide adequate confidence about the achievement of three dimensions: effective and efficient, accountability reports and compliance with applicable provisions. This research aims to know and analyze: 1) the effect of the effectiveness of internal control on the performance of regional heads, 2) the influence of governance implementation on the performance of regional heads and 3) the effect of the effectiveness of internal control and the simultaneous implementation of governance on the performance of regional heads. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling using a sample of 15 SKPD in Kupang Regency. OPD and each OPD selected 3 respondents (head of OPD, Finance section and Banwas) so that 45 respondents were obtained. The data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study show that 1) the effectiveness of internal control affects the performance of regional heads in the Kupang Regency Government, 2) The implementation of government governance affects the performance of regional heads in the Kupang Regency Government, and 3) The effectiveness of internal control and the implementation of government governance affect simultaneously on the performance of the kupang regency government.

Personal financial management is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising financial activities such as the procurement and use of funds owned for the survival of the family. Many factors influence personal financial management. This study aims to analyze economic literacy, financial literacy, and spiritual intelligence on personal financial management. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample of 73 housewives in Malang City who were taken randomly. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that economic literacy, financial literacy, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously affect personal financial management, financial literacy and spiritual intelligence partially affect personal financial management, while economic literacy partially has no effect on personal financial management. As a housewife who usually acts as a manager in the family, at least you must understand two main concepts in financial management, namely the concept of cost and benefit and the concept of cash flow. For further researchers, it can expand the sample and add other variables so that it can better describe how financial management is for the people of Malang.

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers, and utilization of information technology on accaountability of village financial management</em><em>  either partially or simultaneously.The data used in the study are primary data in the form of questionnaires with a total sample of 96 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis which determined by purposive sampling method. The findings from this research indicate that (1) partially commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has a positive effect and significant impact on the accountability of village financial management (2) commitment of organization, competence of village fund management officers and utilization of information technology  has simultaneous effect on the  accountability of village financial management.</em>

This research was conducted to see the effect of empowerment variables on individual characteristics and work culture on job satisfaction in the case study of PT. BSM East Belitung. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using a questionnaire distributed to employees / respondents. The sample was calculated using the Solvin formula, namely 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is positive sampling technique. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis which shows the results of the study, namely: empowerment of individual characteristics and work culture is significant on job satisfaction.
