Strategi Pemimpin dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pondok Pesantren Zulhijjah Muara Bulian

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

This study aims to determine the management of education financing in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on the managerial head of the Aliyah Imam Muslim madrasah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses qualitative methods based on descriptive studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation and member crosscheck. The results showed that the management of education financing at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Muslim Serdang Bedagai Regency has a family principle, is effective, efficient, productive, transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with existing procedures, namely the upward hierarchical pattern to the Chairman of the Foundation. In improving the quality of education, the principal is in charge of managing education as best as possible and reporting the draft budget for school financing is given to the Head of the Foundation, the head of madrasah also has the task of how to improve the quality of education in Madrasahs by coordinating every activity with peers in order to realize the quality of education through education financing management

ABSTRACTThis study examines the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” (Aach...I Fall in Love). This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The results of the research of “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” show the time settings are divided into three sequences, the settings that appeared in 1970, 1980 and 1990.Keywords : visualization, setting, movie, and "Aach...Aku Jatuh Cinta".<h1> </h1>ABSTRAKStudi ini mengkaji film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui visualisasi setting sebagai penunjuk waktu dalam film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta melalui ukuran gambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian fokus pada setting sebagai penunjuk waktu yang divisualisasikan dalam film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta melalui ukuran gambar. Hasil penelitian film Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta menunjukkan setting waktu dibagi dalam tiga sekuen, setting yang muncul pada tahun 1970, 1980 dan 1990-an.kata kunci : visualisasi, setting, film, dan Aach...Aku Jatuh Cinta.<h1> </h1>

The purpose of this research is to describe the function of videotron as information media of Sidoarjo local government’s public relations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study is Sidoarjo local government’s public relations and five people of users Jl A Yani Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews (indepth interview), observation, and documentation. Data analysis developed by Miles and Hubberman includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the videotron function that is managed by Sidoarjo local government’s public relations is considered quite effective in assisting the performance and Sidoarjo local government’s public relations role as a communicator to convey all important information related to administration of Sidoarjo Local Government.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. This study discusses the analysis of deixis eksofora and endofora in the Jawa Pos Opinion column, March 29, 2017 edition. Researcher used qualitative methods with the object of research entitled Surrender or Cheating Type by Azrul Ananda. This study uses data documentation collection techniques in the network accessed on April 19, 2017 through Jawa Pos Online page. Data analysis technique used consists of four stages, including data collection phase, data reduction phase, data presentation phase, and conclusion withdrawal phase. The results show that Azrul Ananda in March 29, 2017 edition Opini column exploits the ecotoxid deixis persona, time, and space. The author Azrul Ananda also used the deoption of anaphoric endofora persona or not persona, but did not use the deoption endofora katafora persona or not persona. Reading skill is one of the foreign skills that must be mastered by students. The purpose of this research is to discover the problems faced by students of Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa in studying Qira'ah. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. And the results of this study are that there are two aspects of problems experienced by students in learning Qira'ah, namely: 1. Language aspects include the knowledge of the letters Arabiya, pronunciation, knowledge of Arabic Qawaid, and their lack of mastery of vocabulary. 2. Non-language elements include Islamic boarding school environmental factors, teachers, students, learning methods, learning media, motivation. The solutions provided by the teacher in learning Qira'ah are: The teacher explains the differences and the use between letters of the alphabet and hijaiyyah, the teacher reads the material beforehand and explains the language rules with famous examples, the teacher gives a general vocabulary which is often used in learning to be memorized after the lesson, provide motivation, use a variety of learning methods and media.

Abstract: This study aims to reveal students' initial conceptions of the water cycle material for class V. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers are using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The instrument used to collect data is the researcher himself. The steps of data analysis used in the study, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) making conclusions. The results of this study, obtained the fact that students' initial conceptions have initial conceptions that are scientifically correct and not scientifically correct. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap konsepsi awal siswa pada materi siklus air kelas V. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yaitu peneliti sendiri. Langkah-langkah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) membuat kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diperoleh fakta adanya konsepsi awal siswa memiliki konsepsi awal yang sudah benar secara ilmiah dan belum benar secara ilmiah.

Analysis of music form aims to peel and unravel the song thoroughly so that the contained elements in it can be found. The problem statement in this research is analysis of form song from Kidung Penghiburan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and using several data collection techniques, including observation and documentation studies. Data will be validated by data triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal and verification. The result of this research showed that the songs from Kidung Penghiburan titled Pintu Gebang Terbukalah, Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu, Makin Dekat Tuhan, and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau are the two-part songs with different phrases arrangement and motif tabulation. Pintu Gebang Terbukalah’s form is A (a a’), B (b y), Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu’s form is A (a a’), A’ (a x), B (b y), Makin Dekat Tuhan’s form is A (a a’), B (b a’), and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau’s form is A (a a’), B (b b’).
