Abstract: This study aims to reveal students' initial conceptions of the water cycle material for class V. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers are using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The instrument used to collect data is the researcher himself. The steps of data analysis used in the study, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) making conclusions. The results of this study, obtained the fact that students' initial conceptions have initial conceptions that are scientifically correct and not scientifically correct. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap konsepsi awal siswa pada materi siklus air kelas V. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yaitu peneliti sendiri. Langkah-langkah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) membuat kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diperoleh fakta adanya konsepsi awal siswa memiliki konsepsi awal yang sudah benar secara ilmiah dan belum benar secara ilmiah.

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

Islamic da'wah is carried out in all sectors, including health. Likewise, Tuberculosis (TB) Care Aisyiyah in Sinjai Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the form of Aisyiyah preaching through TB Care cadres. This type of research, qualitative, data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis applied in this study started from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Aisyiyah preaching through TB Care cadres started from mentoring. Assistance of TB Care cadres is carried out periodically, the first visit is called sampling and becomes a discussion partner with patients, and patients' families starting from information on treatment, healing and health (starting from monitoring taking medication for a period of six months to the recovery stage). Furthermore, the form of da'wah carried out by TB Care cadres in broadcasting da'wah through three forms, namely da'wah by oral bill, da'wah bil hal and da'wah bil qalam. The implication of this research is that the delivery of da'wah for TB Care cadres should be optimized by providing knowledge related to da'wah for TB Care cadres.***Dakwah Islam dilakukan di semua sektor, termasuk kesehatan. Begitu juga yang dilakukan oleh Tuberculosis (TB) Care Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bentuk dakwah Aisyiyah melalui kader TB Care. Jenis penelitian, kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah Aisyiyah melalui kader TB Care dimulai dari pendampingan. Pendampingan kader TB Care dilakukan secara berkala, kunjungan pertama disebut dengan pengambilan sampel serta menjadi mitra diskusi terhadap pasien, dan keluarga pasien mulai dari Informasi pengobatan, kesembuhan dan kesehatan (mulai dari pengawasan minum obat selama kurung waktu enam bulan sampai pada tahap kesembuhan). Selanjutnya bentuk dakwah yang dilakukan oleh kader TB Care dalam menyiarkan dakwah melalui tiga bentuk, yakni dakwah secara bil lisan, dakwah bil hal dan dakwah bil qalam. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa  penyampaian dakwah kader TB Care hendaknya dioptimalkan dengan memberikan pengetahuan terkait dakwah terhadap kader TB Care.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

The use of greetings in a speech community required the rules of their use. Lacks of understanding of the problem willmake a person violate the rules of politeness in language culture that prevail in a language community. The problemstudied in this research is how the use of the word Acil “Auntie” in Banjar language based on greeting category. Thepurpose of this study is to describe the use of the word Acil “Auntie” in Banjar language based on the greeting category.The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was taken in Gambah village, Hulu Sungai SelatanRegency, South Kalimantan Province. Data collection was held on January 2017 to June 2017. It was done by usingobservation method with tapping and involved conversation technique. The data analysis was done by comparing. Thedeterminant of this method is a non-language element. His method of determining the tool is outside the language orpragmatic, so that the determinant is the opposite. The researcher took three steps of work. They are collection, dataprocessing, and analysis presentation. The result of this research is the use of greeting Acil “Auntie” in Banjar peoplebased on greeting category consisting of affection category, kinship, honorific greeting, nickname, and “calling” category. AbstrakKata sapaan dalam sebuah komunitas tutur penting diketahui penggunaannya. Ketidakpahaman akanmasalah tersebut akan membuat seseorang menyalahi aturan budaya santun berbahasa yang berlakupada komunitas bahasa tersebut. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana penggunaankata Acil “Bibi” dalam bahasa Banjar berdasarkan kategori sapaan. Tujuan penelitian adalahmendeskripsikan penggunaan kata Acil “Bibi” dalam bahasa Banjar berdasarkan kategori sapaan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di desa Gambah, KabupatenHulu Sungai Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Waktu pengumpulan data selama bulan Januari—Juni 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dengan teknik sadap dan teknik libatlangsung. Pengkajian data melalui metode padan. Metode ini alat penentunya adalah di luar bahasaatau pragmatik sehingga yang menjadi penentu adalah lawan bicaranya. Penulis menempuh tigalangkah kerja, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan penyajian hasil analisis data. Hasilpenelitian yang diperoleh, yaitu penggunaan kata sapaan Acil “Bibi” dalam masyarakat Banjarberdasarkan kategori sapaan terdiri atas kategori panggilan sayang, hubungan kekerabatan, sapaanhormat, panggilan julukan, dan kategori “memanggilkan”.

This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The purpose of this research is to describe the function of videotron as information media of Sidoarjo local government’s public relations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study is Sidoarjo local government’s public relations and five people of users Jl A Yani Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews (indepth interview), observation, and documentation. Data analysis developed by Miles and Hubberman includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the videotron function that is managed by Sidoarjo local government’s public relations is considered quite effective in assisting the performance and Sidoarjo local government’s public relations role as a communicator to convey all important information related to administration of Sidoarjo Local Government.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

<p><em>THE PREVENTION OF DYSLEXIA STUDENTS BULLYING IN THE PRACTICE AT ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. Dyslexia disorder experienced by students MI Manbaul Falihin Ngabul Tahunan Jepara considered as a serious problem, because these disorders could lead to do bullying from other students, whereas bullying itself can lead victim impaired physical and psychological, and bullying can be categorized as a crime can not be tolerated. This study, using descriptive qualitative approach, intended to investigate an incident in accordance with the real conditions in the field with the data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques (combined). The results showed that in responding to these things so make MI Manbaul Falihin issued policies to prevent bullying especially for students who have dyslexia disorder. Act of prevention in the form of giving insight to teachers, provide insight to students, provide insight to parents, recommends choosing a good friend, teach compassion to students, to build confidence in students dyslexia, develop social skills of students, and teach good ethics.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in vocabulary of VII A grade students of State Junior High School 4 Ketapang (SMPN 4) Ketapang using the Game method. The form of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used test techniques in the form of written tests. The data collection instrument used a question sheet. Data analysis used interactive model qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman), which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that learning with the came method can improve students' vocabulary. In general, the more repetition of students will remember the more vocabulary mastery (the highest increase reached 76.15%) if repetition was only done once in each meeting, as did in Cycle II (the highest increase reached 86.00%). This study concluded that learning with the game method can increase the vocabulary of VIIA grade students in SMPN 4 Ketapang.Keywords: Vocabulary, Game Method, Mastery
