ABSTRAKKecemasan dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam keputusan mencari,  melanjutkan, ataupun menghentikan pengobatan infertilitas. Tingkat kecemasan pasangan infertil bervariasi dan dipengaruhi mekanisme koping dan penyesuaian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan pasangan infertil yang sedang menjalani pengobatan infertilitas di Rumah Sakit Kota Jambi dan Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross secsional, dengan sampel 76 wanita infertil yang mengalami kecemasan dengan tehnik total sampling. Analisis data dengan uji chi square dan one sample t test.Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan diagnosis infertilitas (p = 0,012) dan mekanisme koping (p = 0,000) dengan kecemasan pada pasangan infertil. Tidak ada hubungan karakteristik usia (p = 0.318), pendidikan (p = 0,595), pekerjaan (p = 0,824), durasi infertilitas (p = 0,987), riwayat pengobatan (p = 0,449), dukungan keluarga (p = 0,568), dan budaya terkait infertilitas (p = 0,401).Mekanisme koping merupakan faktor paling dominan mempengaruhi kecemasan wanita pasangan infertil yang sedang menjalani pengobatan infertilitas, yaitu wanita pasangan infertil yang memiliki mekanisme koping berfokus pada emosi mempunyai peluang 7,66 kali untuk mengalami kecemasanKata kunci                  : Kecemasan, Infertil, Pengobatan Infertilitas Analysis of Factors Affecting Anxiety in Infertile Couples Who Are Treating Treatment for Infertility in Jambi City Hospital and Padang ABSTRACTAnxiety can be an important factor in the decision to seek, continue, or stop infertility treatment. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the anxiety of infertile couples who are undergoing infertility treatment in Jambi City Hospital and Padang.This type of research is cross sectional, with a sample of 76 infertile women who experienced anxiety with a total sampling technique. Data analysis with chi square test and one sample t test.The results of the study showed a correlation between infertility diagnosis (p = 0.012) and coping mechanism (p = 0.000) with anxiety in infertile couples. There was no correlation between the characteristics of age (p = 0.318), education (p = 0.595), employment (p = 0.824), duration of infertility (p = 0.987), medical history (p = 0.449), family support (p = 0.568), and culture related to infertility (p = 0.401).Coping mechanism is the most dominant factor affecting anxiety of infertile couples who are undergoing infertility treatment, ie infertile couples who have an emotional-focused coping mechanism have a chance of 7.66 times to experience anxietyKeywords: Anxiety, Infertility, Infertility Treatment

The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

Mothers’ regularity of weighing their children aged <5 yo at Posyandu is crucial to monitor the growth, nutritional status, and health of the children. Several factors could affect mothers’ regularity in weighing their children at Posyandu. This study aimed to identify factors affecting mothers to regularly measure the weight of their children <5 yo at Posyandu in Toobaun Village Kupang District. The study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study design. The sample was 57 mothers who had under-five children obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The result showed that knowledge (p= 0,002) and distance home-posyandu (p=0,000) associated with mothers’ regularity of weighing their under-five children, while mother’s occupation had no association with mothers’ regularity of weighing their children( p=0,091). Health workers should encourage mothers to measure regularly the weight of their under-five children at Posyandu.

Aging is a a natural process in life. Aging is characterized by loss of slowly ability organ tissue repair itself and  is irreversible. The elderly are the final statge of a person’s life cycle and experience the aging process with change in various physical or physiological, psychological and social aspects (Miller, 2012). Hanges dues to aging eldely comple raises enormous opportunity for the elderly are at risk of depression.  The objective of this study was to determine the factors that influence the risk of depression in elderly at Puskesmas Jekan Raya of Palangka Raya City with descriptive correlational research design using cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research is by using probability sampling technique that sampling technique giving equal oppurtinity to every individual in the population to be the research sample.The statistical test used was descriptive test and Chi Square test. The result indicate that factors influencing the risk of depression in the elderly is functional impairment were settled with p value= 0,000. Conclusion of the elderly who have other diseases besides DM  settle a vulnerable population at risk of depression. The most dominant factor is the functional disturbances persist  after controlling the variable of age, live event s and other diseases (other than DM) with OR=39. Recommended in elderly nursing decision making in order to improve the health of elderly family based programs to prevent depression in the elderly and especially carring by elderly family members.

Differences in the culture of patriarchal or matriarchal society can influence the way people view the couple with infertility problems and the importance of the existence of children in a family. This study aims to determine the relationship between the culture of the community with anxiety levels in infertile couples at RSIA Annisa Jambi. The type of this study was cross sectional, with a sample of 76 female infertile couples who experienced anxiety with total sampling technique. Data analysis with chi square test. The result of this research shows that there is a cultural relation (p = 0,000) with anxiety level on infertile couple. It is expected that hospitals providing infertility treatment services to provide therapy through psychiatric nursing psychoeducation therapy and / or supportive therapy to infertile couples so as to assist in minimizing the anxiety experienced and support the treatment program undergone infertile couples.Keyword : Community culture, Anxiety, Infertile couples

Hospital is a health service with excellent and competitive service demands by its users. The function of the hospital was developed by the guidance of science and technology at its time. Performance appraisal is the most reliable tool for managers to control human resources and productivity and can be used effectively to direct employee behavior to produce nursing services based on high quality and quantity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing the low performance of nurses in Medan city hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in July. The sample in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient room. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling techniques totaling 159 nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire with the chi-square test. The results showed that the three-dimensional factors of nurse performance had a relationship with the performance of nurses, namely individual factors p = 0.000, psychological factors p = 0.006, and organization p = 0.002. This research concludes that the majority of nurses in the hospital still have low performance. The researcher's suggestion for the hospital is that the hospital pays more attention to the performance of the nurses who work in the inpatient room.

In 2016 Special Region of Yogyakarta was ranked 9th as the province with the highest number of people suffered from HIV/AIDS especially at Sleman regency. Globally, AIDS was the second leading cause of adolescents’s death aged of 10-19 years. The purpose of this study was to find out factors affecting the behaviour of the adolescents towards HIV/AIDS prevention. This research using with cross sectional study design. The sampling technique which used was stratified random sampling resulted in 59 respondents from 11th grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sleman were selected as sample. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using Chi-Square test and Multiple Logistic Regression. The result showed that most respondents 66,1% had sufficient knowledge. Students who showed supportive attitude was 54,2%. Information obtained were mostly from electronic media. Thirty one students (52,5%) showed a positive behaviour toward HIV/AIDS prevention. Chi-Square test’s result showed that factors significantly related to adolescent’s behaviour toward HIV/AIDS prevention were knowledge and attitude. Variables most affecting was attitude (p-value=0,008; PR=4,4; 95% CI=1,4-13,1).

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that children only be breastfed with breast milk (ASI) for at least six months in an effort to reduce child morbidity and mortality. Solid food should be given after the child is 6 months old, and breastfeeding continued until the child is two years old. Many factors will affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding including knowledge, education, occupation, problems with the mother's breast, and interest in formula milk promotion. This study aims to determine how the behavior of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding and the factors that influence it. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The independent variables of this study were education, mother's knowledge and husband's support, while the dependent variable is the mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding. The subjects in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months with multistage sampling technique. The statistical test in this study used the Chi Square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between mother's knowledge and mother's education with mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding (p>0.05), and there was a relationship between husband's support and mother's behavior in exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.000)

 The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Occupational Health in Improving Personal Hygiene in Garbage Transport Officers in the City of Gorontalo. The research design uses Analytic Survey with Cross Sectional approach. Sampling using Accidental Sampling technique with a sample of 50 respondents. Analysis of the study used a chi square test with a significant α = 0.05, the results obtained p value = 0.001 (<0.05) which means there is an influence of knowledge with occupational health in improving personal hygiene, then the value of p value = 0.416 (<0, 05) which means there is no influence of work period with occupational health in improving personal hygiene and the value of p value = 0,000 (<0.05) which means there is an influence of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) with occupational health in improving personal hygiene in the garbage transport officer in Gorontalo City.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesehatan Kerja Dalam Peningkatan Personal Hygiene Pada Petugas Pengangkut Sampah di Wilayah Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian menggunakan Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik Accidental Sampling dengan sampel 50 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji chi square dengan signifikan α = 0,05, hasil didapatkan p value = 0,001 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene, kemudian didapatkan nilai p value = 0,416 (<0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh masa kerja dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene dan nilai p value = 0,000 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pemakaian alat pelindung diri (APD) dengan kesehatan kerja dalam peningkatan personal hygiene pada petugas pengangkut sampah di Kota Gorontalo

<p>Stunting adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan utama yang berkaitan dengan nutrisi di seluruh dunia, khususnya negara-negara berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengarui terjadinya stunting pada anak usia dibawah lima tahun.  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2014 dan merupakan penelitian descriptive cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling untuk memilih posyandu, dan untuk menentukan sampel pada masing-masing posyandu menggunakan proportion stratified random sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 181 sample. Chi-square test and Logistic regression digunakan untuk menganalisis data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pendek dengan berat badan lahir (nilai p &lt;.001, PR =1.83), pendidikan ibu (nilai p =.009 PR = 1.80), pengetahuan ibu tentang malnutrisi (nilai p &lt;.001, PR= 2.28), dan tipe-tipe keluarga (nilai p= .003, PR= 1.64); faktor utama penyebab anak pendek pada anak usia dibawah lima tahun adalah pengetahuan ibu tentang malnutrisi (p-value= 0.01, Exp(B)= 0.35).</p><p><em>Stunting is one of the main nutritional health problems throughout the world, particularly in developing countries. The objective of this study was to examine the predictor factors affecting the occurrence of stunting in children under five years of age. This  research was conducted at 2014 and this was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The purposive sampling technique was used to choose the community health meeting, and the proportion stratified random sampling technique was used to selecting the sample in each community health meeting. The total sample size was 181 samples. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed the significant relationships between child’s birth weight (p-value &lt;.001, PR =1.83), mother’s education (p-value =.009 PR = 1.80), mother’s knowledge of child malnutrition (p-value &lt;.001, PR= 2.28), and family types (p-value= .003, PR= 1.64) with stunting; The predictor factor of stunting in children under five years of age was mother’s knowledge of child malnutrition (p-value= 0.01, Exp(B)= 0.35).</em></p>

Abstrak Kasus DBD di Kecamatan Bergas cenderung meningkat, tahun 2016 Kelurahan Karangjati memiliki kasus DBD terbanyak yaitu sebesar 19 kasus. Dari studi pendahuluan pada 10 rumah, sebanyak 70% rumah positif terdapat jentik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 93 rumah yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square (α=0,05). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2018. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan jentik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan jumlah kontainer (p=0,006), jenis kontainer (p=0,017), volume kontainer (p=0,018), bahan kontainer (p=0,001), keberadaan tanaman pekarangan (p=0,001), praktik PSN (p=0,0001) berhubungan dengan keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti. Sedangkan jumlah penghuni (p=0,436) dan status pekerjaan (p=0,347) tidak berhubungan dengan keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel praktik PSN menjadi faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti..   Abstract Trend of DHF in Bergas subdistricts has increased, in 2016 Karangjati village has the most cases of DHF with 19 cases. The preliminary survey on 10 homes, 70% have larvae. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. This was an explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The total amount of 93 houses sample was taken with propotional random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by chi-square test (α=0,05). The results showed that density figure on high level. This study was done on May 2018. Results of statistical test showed the number of containers (p=0,006), container type (p=0,0001), container volume (p=0,0001), container material (p=0,0001), gardens plant (p=0,001), practice PSN (p=0,0001) associated with the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. While the number of occupants (p=0.436) and occupation (p=0.347) not related with presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. This study concludes that practice PSN becomes the dominant factor that affecting the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae.
