Toddlers are children who have reached the age of over one year or under five years, namely 24-60 months. This period is a challenge for parents because children find it difficult to eat, choose to eat, and like snacks with poor nutritional content such as instant noodles, which lead to a deficiency or excess intake of nutrients that can affect their nutritional status and health. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between feeding patterns and nutritional status in children under five in the Percut chart. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The population in this study was 67 people in Chart Percut with a sample size of 25 people who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. This study used a feeding pattern questionnaire and a z-score table. The results of the study were based on statistical analysis using the chi-square test with a significance level of <0.05, the result was p = 0.037. A P-value less than 0.05 indicates H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between feeding patterns and nutritional status in children under five in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The correlation coefficient (r) = 0.069, which means that it shows a strong relationship. The value of r is positive, which means that the more appropriate the feeding pattern, the better the nutritional status of the toddler.

Chronic renal failure or late-stage renal disease is a progressive and irreversible disorder of renal function (the body fails in maintaining metabolism and balance of fluids and electrolytes), thereby causing uremia (retention of urea and other nitrogen waste in the blood). Treatment of kidney failure disease can be done by pharmacological and non-pharmacological means. Non-pharmacological treatment can be in the form of the provision of instrumental music. This study aims to find out the influence of instrumental music on quality of life in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Royal Prima Hospital Medan. This type of research is pre-experimental research with a one-group pre-post-test design with the provision of instrumental music for 20 minutes. The population is 66 people and sampled as many as 20 people with accidental sampling techniques. The analysis used in using Wilcoxon test. Based on the calculation of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, obtained Z= - 3,938 with (p=0.000) < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an instrumental music influence on the quality of life in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2018. It is recommended that instrumental music can be applied as an alternative therapy to improve the quality of life.

This research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in July. The sample in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient room. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling techniques totaling 159 nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire with the chi-square test. The results showed that the three-dimensional factors of nurse performance had a relationship with the performance of nurses, namely individual factors p = 0.000, psychological factors p = 0.006, and organization p = 0.002. This research concludes that the majority of nurses in the hospital still have low performance. The researcher's suggestion for the hospital is that the hospital pays more attention to the performance of the nurses who work in the inpatient room.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in toddlers characterized by a shorter height compared to other children of their age. Children who suffer from Stunting will be more susceptible to disease and as adults are at risk for degenerative diseases. Health counseling is held to increase the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of mothers to continue to provide good nutrition during pregnancy. Knowledge of feeding is from pregnancy to prevent Stunting. Research that focuses on intention, motivation, and knowledge is not sufficient to help mothers overcome obstacles during pregnancy. Besides getting counseling, mothers overcome obstacles during pregnancy. In addition to getting maternal counseling, it requires support, education, and information that is consistent, realistic, and evidence-based to successfully improve nutrition during pregnancy. The goal is to find out the effectiveness of health education on Stunting prevention at the Mariana Clinic. The research will be conducted using a Quasi-Experiment design (quasi-experimental), with the target that pregnant women are given counseling. The methods of data collection are using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis method used the dependent t-test, namely the Wilcoxon test. In the paired group, the same subjects were examined before and after the intervention (before and after design) of the questionnaire as a research instrument. The test used is the Wilcoxon test. The results study based on the Wilcoxon test, it was found that the p-value (<0.05) statistically showed that there was the effectiveness of health education on the prevention of Stunting in pregnant women at the Mariana clinic (p-value = 0.002).

This study used a research design with a quasi-experimental approach and one group pre and post-test design. The population was in this study was pulmonary tuberculosis patients. until as many as 30 people. The results of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the majority of pre-milk etawa, the weight of 45 kg pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 5 people (33.5%) and weight of 43 kg multi-drug resistant patients were 4 people (26.7%). The results of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the majority of post milk etawa, the weight of 47 kg pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 7 people (46.7%) and weight of 45 kg multi-drug resistant patients were 5 people (33.3%). Pulmonary tuberculosis patients (0.049) and multi-drug resistant patients (0.047) there is an effect of giving etawa milk on weight gain in pulmonary tuberculosis and multi-drug resistant patients at the Tanjung Rejo Public Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, 2020. The results showed that giving etawa milk can improve appetite which results in body weight. It is recommended for patients to participate in practicing the efficacy of etawa milk for the traditional treatment of pulmonary TB disease.

The majority of respondents had a severe anxiety rate of 54.2%, and minority respondents who had experienced severe anxiety/panic rates of 4.2%. Statistical test result relationship of the Supervisor lecturer with final level student anxiety level with the value of p-value = 0.661 (p> 0.05). These results show no relationship of mentor lecturer roles with an end-level student anxiety level. Hypertension is one of the biggest problems that cause death because many are undiagnosed and hypertensive sufferers often experience asymptomatic events causing difficulty to know the causes of hypertension. Treatment of hypertension can perform by pharmacology and non-pharmacology. Non-pharmacological treatment may be in the form of aromatherapy. This study aimed to determine the effect of aqueous aromatherapy on the decrease of blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2017. The study design was quasi-experiment with one group pretest-postest design provided with aromatherapy for 10 minutes. The population consisted of 28 people. The 10 people as sampling were drawn by a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was performed by interview and observation. The bivariate analysis used was paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results showed that the level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before aromatherapy aqueous treatment was 156.60 mmHg and 92.40 mmHg. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure after aqueous aromatherapy administration was 142.60 mmHg and 81.80 mmHg. Based on the results of statistical tests it was found that there was a difference in blood pressure between before and after aromatherapy, {systolic, p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and diastolic, p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05)}. The results of this study concluded that there is an effect of giving aqueous aromatherapy (Kananga odorata) on the decrease of blood pressure in hypertension patients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2017. It is suggested that aqueous aromatherapy can be applied as an alternative therapy to lower blood pressure.
