The success of the student learning process is characterized by academic achievement. One of the factors that can affect academic achievement is the learning environment. This study aims to determine the relationship of the students’ perception on the campus learning environment and their GPA in school of medicine of Mulawarman University. This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional method. The research respondents were students of the Medicine Study Program of the School of Medicine in Mulawarman University by using total sample technique. The method of data analysis used descriptive data analysis and the analytic data analysis used chi square test. There were 316 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, male respondents were 91 people (28.8%) and female respondents were 225 people (71.2%). As many as 268 students (84.8%) had more positive than negative perception on the campus learning environment, while as many as 232 students (73.4%) got good category for the grade point. The results of the study obtained p=0.000. In conclusion, there is a relationship between student perceptions of the learning environment on campus with an grade point.

ABSTRAKHasil belajar (prestasi belajar) merupakan perubahan perilaku yang diperoleh seseorang setelah mengalami aktivitas belajar. Perolehan aspek-aspek perubahan perilaku tersebut tergantung pada apa yang dipelajari oleh seseorang. Berhasil atau tidaknya seseorang untuk belajar disebabkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar (prestasi belajar) yaitu berasal dari dalam diri orang yang belajar dan ada pula yang dari luar dirinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya adalah motivasi dan minat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan minat masuk Program Studi D  III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa  STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro sebanyak 39 mahasiswa dengan  teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisis hubungan variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Yates Correction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa           (ρ =0,027) dan ada hubungan antara minat masuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (ρ =0,044). Saran untuk Program Studi D III Kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro agar meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi D III kebidanan STIKES Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro dengan cara dosen atau pembimbing akademik menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang menarik, sarana prasarana yang menunjang, hubungan antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang baik, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk butuh dan terus belajar dan melakukan pemantauan dan pendekatan lebih dalam terhadap mahasiswa tentang tujuan mereka untuk masuk di Program Studi D III Kebidanan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, minat, prestasi belajar  ABSTRACT      Results of learning (learning achievement) is obtained by a person's behavior changes after experiencing learning activities. Acquisition aspects of the behavior change depending on what is learned by someone. Success or failure of someone to learn due to several factors that affect the achievement of learning outcomes (learning achievement) that comes from within the person who studied and some are from outside himself. Many factors influence it, such as motivation and interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro. This type of research is analytic correlation. This study used cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of the D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Husada Bojonegoro Scholar at least 39 students with a total sampling with a sample of 39. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Variable correlation analysis done using Yates Correction. Results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between motivation incoming D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.027) and there is a correlation between interest in D III Midwifery Studies Program with student achievement (ρ = 0.044). Suggestions for Study Program D III Midwifery STIKES Insan Scholar Husada Bojonegoro in order to increase student achievement Prodi DIII midwifery personnel STIKES Scholar Husada Bojonegoro by way of a professor or academic supervisor creates an attractive learning conditions, infrastructure that support, the relationship between faculty and students good , so that students are encouraged to take and continue to learn and perform monitoring and deeper approach to the students about their goals for entry in the D III Midwifery Studies Program. Numerous studies have investigated the impact of self-esteem and intelligence on academic achievement. The findings are generally inconsistent. The aim of this study was to understand the relationship between intelligence, self-esteem and academic achievement among young people in Kosovo. It was a quantitative cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 1856 participants, aged 10-18 years old (Mage = 15.29, SD = 1.76). Participants completed the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and The Raven Standard Progressive Matrices. Grade Point Average (GPA) was used to measure academic achievement. Data processing was done with SPSS 21.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. Participants according to self-reported academic achievement were classified as follows: fail (0.1%), sufficient (2%), good (15.6%), very good (26.7%) and excellent (55.7%). As regards self-esteem participants were classified as follows: low self-esteem (26.9%), and normal self-esteem (73.1%). A significant positive correlation was found between academic achievement and intelligence (r = .31; p = .00) but not between achievement and self-esteem. This significant correlation resulted for both genders separately. The Mann-Whitney test found significant differences in academic achievement between genders and between groups with high intelligence and those with normal intelligence. Intelligence, but not self-esteem revealed a significant relationship with academic achievement. Future studies on the topic might focus on explanatory factors or the possibility of interaction of other variables related to academic achievement.

Positive perceptions of online course communication and collaboration have been associated with better academic outcomes, while self-regulatory learning behaviors have also been linked to academic achievement and other positive learning outcomes. In the current study, we examined whether self-regulatory learning behaviors may be considered as mediating the relationship between student perceptions of online course communication and collaboration with academic achievement as measured by grade point average (GPA). Results indicate that online self-regulatory learning behaviors, though not strongly associated with academic achievement in and of themselves, do mediate the positive relationship between student perceptions of online course communication and collaboration with academic achievement.

Abstract: Nutrition is needed for growth and development, energy, thinking, and physical well-being. Selection of proper nutrition will optimize growth and brain development. This study aimed to determine the relationship of nutritional status and academic achievement of elementary school students in Modoinding. This was a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional design. The nutritional status was based on BMI value meanwhile the academic achievement was based on school reports. Samples were 114 students. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses as well as ANOVA F test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement with a p value = 0.792. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement among the elementary students in Modoinding.Keywords: nutritional status, achievementAbstrak: Gizi dibutuhkan anak sekolah untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, energi, berpikir, serta daya tahan tubuh. Gizi yang berkualitas akan mengoptimalisasikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding. Penelitian ini bersifat dekriptif analitik dengan desain potong litang. Status gizi dan prestasi dilihat berdasarkan nilai IMT dan hasil rapor. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 siswa. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji anova F. Hasil analisis data memperlihatkan tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai p = 0,792. Simpulan: Pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: status gizi, prestasi

LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION IN EFFECTIVE PATIENT ROUNDING TECHNIQUESBackground : The Nursing round is the way for a nurses to discuss more about the problems and needs of patients and is a learning process for nurses it hopes of improving cognitive, affective, psychomotor and motivated bias. The results of the interview with the head of the Raden Mattaher General Hospital operating room in Jambi found that nursing rounds were very rare.Purpose: The study is to determine the relationship between nurse motivation and leadership style of nursing rounds in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi City.Methods: The research was used a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted in the Surgical hospitalization rooms. The population of this study were all of nurses who worked in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi which totaling 38 nurses. The samples were taken in total sampling thenique. The data collection did by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate by using chi square test.Results: The results of this study indicated that of 38 respondents, 55.3% had low motivation, 71.1% with good leadership style and 57.9% who did a nursing round. There is no relationship between nurses' motivation for the nursing round with p value 0.122> 0.05. There is a relationship of leadership style to the nursing round because the p value is 0.002 <0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the leadership style influences the nursing round.Latar Belakang: Ronde keperawatan merupakan media bagi perawat untuk membahas lebih dalam masalah dan kebutuhan pasien serta merupakan suatu proses belajar bagi perawat dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotor dan bisa termotivasi. Hasil wawancara kepada kepala ruangan bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi diketahui ronde keperawatan sangat jarang sekali dilakukan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi perawat dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan diruang rawat inap bedah, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana yang berkerja diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi yang berjumlah 38 perawat. Sample diambil secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 38 responden, 55,3% memiliki motivasi rendah, 71,1% dengan gaya kepemimpinan baik dan 57,9% yang melakukan ronde keperawatan. Tidak terdapat hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap ronde keperawatan dengan p value 0,002 > 0,05. Terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan karena nilai p value 0,002<0,05.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi ronde keperawatan.

Abstract: Physical and environmental diseases affect elderly insomnia. Sleep needs are basic human needs, including elderly. However, many elderly people have difficulty sleeping (insomnia). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of physical illness and environmental problems to insomnia experienced by the elderly. Research design using cross sectional Sampling with purposive sampling technique, with a total of 34 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between physical illness and environmental problems with elderly insomnia. Keywords: elderly insomnia, environmental problems, physical illness

This research is more purpose know the relationship of peer support with body image on adolescent SMP Pelita 1 Depok. The method used with the quantitative approach make us of cross sectional (potong litang) with increase the sampel of 100 respondent at SMP Pelita 1 Depok with startified sampling technique. Method of data analysis will do it by using chis square test. Result of data analysis was obtained result p=0,001. This is show that there is a relationship peer support with body image on adolescent SMP Pelita 1 Depok at significant  level 0,005, also obtained the value OR=4,173 means that responden who have negative peer support have a 4 kali change to have a negative body image in comparison with respondents who have positive peer support. From the result of this research expected to give a positive  to be behavior, and of individual throughts and feelings for friends will give supports for their body image, so adolescent more confident again their body image.Keywords: Adolescent, Body Image, Peer Support

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the learning environment and utilization library by learning on student achievement. The study was observational analytic. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the samples are 40 fourth -semester students D-III Midwifery Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta. Measuring instruments used questionnaires and documentation GPA. Analysis of data using Pearson Product Moment. From the results of the correlation calculation, obtained rhitung = 0.428, with significant value 0,006 where rhitung = 0.428> rtabel = 0.312 and 0.006 significance value <0.05. This means that there is a relationship of learning environment and academic achievement of students, with the strength of the correlation was.
