The article examines the impact of digitalization on human life and intellectual experience. The development of computer technology demands an understanding of new aspects of human development and requires a capability to overcome not only external conditions but also ourselves. Entering a new level of development cannot imply a complete rejection of previous dispositions, but should be accompanied by reflection on personal experience and by the quest for new forms of interaction in society and with nature. Communicative and cognitive activity of a person has an ontological basis and relies on processes that actually evolve in nature. Therefore, the creation of new objects is always associated with the properties of natural material and gives rise to new points of support in the development of man. The more audacious his projects, the more important it is to preserve this connection to nature. It is always the human being who turns out to be the initiator who knows how to solve problems. The conformity of complex technical systems to nature is not only a goal but also a value of meaningful construction of development perspectives. The key to the nature orientation of the modern digital world is the human being himself, who keeps all the secrets of the culture of his natural development. Therefore, the proposed by the Russian philosopher V.S. Stepin post-non-classical approach, based on the principle of “human-sizedness,” is an important contribution to contemporary research because it draws attention to the “human – machine” communication, to the relationship between a person and technological systems he created. The article concludes that during digital transformation, a cultural conflict arises: in an effort to solve the problems of the future, a person equips his life with devices that are designed to support him, to expand his functionality, but at the same time, the boundaries of humanity become dissolved and the forms of human activity undergo simplification. Transhumanism engages society in the fight against fears of vulnerability and memory loss and ignores the flexibility and sustainability of natural foundation.

In the midst of economic and consumer competition between companies and industrial ‎institutions, graphic design emerges as an active actor in the sustainability of the ‎advertising and media cycle alike, a role that would not have been important without the ‎tireless work carried out by designers in various design activities, especially after entering ‎into the digital experience. He benefited from it and kept pace with the new ‎developments of quality, and it is useful to point out that the motives of digital ‎development have reinforced the values that the design worked on, and today it is ‎witnessing many transformations in a digital world that is constantly evolving, ‎transformations related to the core of the designer’s work and what he offers in work ‎sites based on Decades of traditional experiences that designers have been working with, ‎and the trend towards traditions and modern digital frameworks that have been ‎reinforced by the increase in related digital applications and software in a remarkable ‎qualitative shift that indicates an important stage in the design process that extends to ‎centuries of work and technical development.‎ The current research explores some of the turning points of this procession with ‎important articulated transformations, based on the question that:‎ What is the status of graphic design in the age of digital transformation? Современная ситуация отличается все ускоряющейся глобализацией, цифровизацией, массовой коммуникацией и т. д., но проблемы, связанные с познавательной деятельностью, всегда будут в приоритете, поскольку они не только обеспечивают преемственность в передаче знаний, но побуждают к дальнейшему развитию. Однако сама дефиниция понятия «познавательная деятельность» не была представлена в научной литературе. Поэтому авторы в качестве новизны предлагают собственную трактовку: познавательная деятельность представляет собой целенаправленное изучение индивидом окружающей реальности, в котором он приобретает (уточняет, расширяет и пр.) знания, корректирует представления о субъектах и объектах этой реальности, осваивает и развивает умения (навыки), обеспечивающие постижение окружающей действительности и изменение ее. Исходя из логики представленного понятия, авторы изучают риски организации познавательной деятельности у детей дошкольного возраста в процессе использования цифровых гаджетов. Основу материала составляет анализ отечественных и зарубежных публикаций по заявленной проблеме. Ряд исследователей обнаруживает положительное влияние цифровых устройств на процесс развития, в то время как другие видят риски использования гаджетов. Материалы зарубежных исследований, относящиеся к 2016 г., отличаются интересом к данной проблематике, сдержанным оптимизмом и установкой на дальнейшие исследования. Однако к 2018 г. тональность выводов исследователей в отношении использования цифровых приспособлений детьми дошкольного возраста претерпевает изменения от нейтрально заинтересованного к осторожно тревожному (J. H. Graafland, B. Rocha, C. Nunes и др.). Доказывается, что длительное (при этом пассивное в познавательном плане) пребывание дошкольников в цифровой среде чревато снижением способности формировать и оперировать знаниями, что является основой познавательной активности. Однако «цифровой мир» продолжает развиваться, поэтому необходимы дальнейшие исследования с тем, чтобы подготовить подрастающее поколение к познавательной деятельности в окружающей реальности не только «здесь и сейчас», но и в далеком будущем. The current situation is characterized by increasing globalization, digitalization, mass communication, etc. However, the problems associated with cognitive activity will always be a priority since they not only ensure continuity in knowledge transfer, but also encourage further development. Though, the very definition of the concept of “cognitive activity” has not been presented in the scientific literature yet. Therefore, the authors’ interpretation is offered as a novelty: cognitive activity is a purposeful study of the surrounding reality by an individual when he/she acquires (clarifies, expands, etc.) knowledge, corrects ideas about subjects and objects of this reality, learns and develops skills providing comprehension of the surrounding reality and its modifications. Based on the logic of the concept presented, the authors study the risks of organizing cognitive activity in preschool children in the process of using digital gadgets. The basis of the material is the analysis of domestic and foreign publications on the stated problem. A number of researchers consider the impact of digital devices on the development process as a positive one, while others see the risks of using gadgets. Materials of foreign studies related to 2016 are distinguished by their interest in this issue, restrained optimism and an attitude towards further research. However, by 2018, the tone of the researchers’ conclusions regarding the use of digital devices by preschool children had undergone a change from neutrally interested to cautiously anxious (Graafland J. H., Rocha B, Nunes C. et al.). It is proved that a long stay of schoolchildren in the digital environment (passive cognitive development) has implications because of the decrease in the ability to form and operate with knowledge, which is the basis of cognitive activity. Nevertheless, the “digital world” is evolving, so further research is needed in order to prepare the younger generation for cognitive activity in the surrounding reality, not only “here and now,” but also in the distant future.

This article integrates William James’ (1890) theoretical model of Self with contemporary theoretical discourse and recent research on the impact of digital technology upon the Self. An overview of James’ self-theory is presented and followed by a detailed review of contemporary publications on self in our increasingly digital world; organized around the Spiritual, Social and Material realms of James’ “Me”. This is followed by this author’s extension of James’ concept of “I” into contemporary discourse on the person in terms of authenticity, agency and power. It is shown that the “Spiritual Self” is reflected in technology as fragmented, decentred and dislocated while the “Social Self” has expanded into virtual communities; continuing to seek recognition from others, but in a magnified and accelerated fashion. A cultural shift has been identified towards one of simulation and surveillance. Transformations of the “Material Self” in terms of physical bodies, interaction with the material world, and with material others, are presently observed. This author’s conceptual and theoretical exploration has also shown a corresponding loss of control and fracturing of the status of the person through the rise of surveillance and loss of personal rights that challenges the theoretical construct and everyday experience of persons.

The article considers the problem of human self-identification in the modern world. The relevance of the study is due to the process of human self-alienation, the loss of the person’s rootedness in his own foundational content stemming from the human nature itself. The specificity of philosophical reflection on human being is shown. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the ascent from the abstract to the concrete, which makes it possible to comprehend human being and the phenomena of time, finitude, and corporeality associated with it as phenomena that identify the truly human principle in us and manifest the ontological meaning itself. The dialectical method and hermeneutic analysis of the texts of contemporary researchers considering the problems of the philosophical bases of the human personality in the modern world are also used in this study. The article analyzes the status of the personality in the modern technogenic world, in which the uncontrolled stream of simulations and imitations, which include the human being becoming alienated, puts on the brink not only a person’s presence in the world, but the world itself as a “native home” of human life. The analysis shows that the possibility of human self-identification in the world is possible only due to the fact that it forms and preserves the human principle in us and is the manifestation of its being. The special role of conscious, sane and responsible action in this process is shown.

Om forholdet mellem skabelse og syndefald hos Grundtvig og Luther[Grundtvig and Luther: on the Relationship Between Creation and Fall]By Anja StokholmTheologically speaking, two circumstances determine human life: on the one side, Creation and the creativity of God, on the other the Fall of Man and human sinfulness. Because God’s good creation is continuous, a positive understanding of the status and existence of natural Man is possible; but because Man is fallen and sin destroys creation, a negative perception of human life must also be acknowledged. Useful comparison may be made between the ideas of Grundtvig and Luther on this ambiguous relationship. One may ask of each: was the image of God in Man destroyed at the Fall or does the likeness of God remain a reality even in the fallen human being? Is it possible for natural Man to understand the Gospel and the Christian life? Can the understanding of the Gospels only have a negative character because it is reached from out of consciousness of sin; or can this understanding have a positive character because, sin notwithstanding, momentary experiencing of the truth of the Gospels may be granted? Are the views of Grundtvig and Luther too divergent to be reconciled?Regin Prenter maintained that their two positions closely corresponded, arguing that Grundtvig consistently developed Luther’s reformatory principles rejecting the possibility of human beings gaining justice or salvation by their own merit, and thereby also accepted that only in consciousness of the fallen condition of the world, the subverted nature of humanity, and sin, could the Gospel’s promises be received. Prenter’s harmonisation of Grundtvig and Luther, however, gives insufficient weight to the differences. Luther contends that the image of God in Man is lost, that Man is wholly sinful and unjustified; that just as inward spirit and outward flesh are discrete and cannot mix so are the justified and the unjustified states; and it follows that the unjustified human being is to be perceived a flesh alone. In so far as continuous creation, and manifestations of the positive such as the human capacity to recognise and comply with the demands of the law, are to be found in the world, these arise not from the inner resources of human beings but from the unmerited gift of God.Grundtvig too emphasises the seriousness and destructive nature of sin; but he insists that a remnant of the image of God persists in humanity - for instance in Man’s capacity to live in faith, hope and love, and to nurture the Word (that is, speech); and that its manifestation is a token of God’s continuing, and good, creation. Crucially important is Grundtvig’s conception that the image of God is located in the human heart, for this implies that goodness and the positive phenomena of creation express human life and nature in their true and proper form, and thus Grundtvig is able to identify natural human life, governed by the heart, as a positive context within which the word of the Gospel is indeed comprehensible. In differentiation, then, from Luther, Grundtvig maintains that natural Man also has a spirit and can be the agent of love and of goodness.Is this position incompatible with Luther’s doctrine on justification? Does the notion of goodness imply that Man can and must contribute to his own salvation? Grundtvig is careful to maintain that positive qualities such as love and goodness are a creation of God in Man, not an autonomous human achievement; and that the grace of God’s continuing creation in Man does not render salvation unnecessary. Man still needs the redeeming creation of Christ.Thus there are considerable differences between Grundtvig and Luther; but Grundtvig’s ideas are to be seen as a renewal and an independent continuation of Luther’s principal doctrine: that God alone can accomplish salvation. Yet acknowledgement and awareness of the differences, which arise in part through the different times and circumstances in which these independent thinkers worked, is conducive to a productive dialogue between the two.

AbstractIn some opinion-forming environments the problem of noise emitted by wind power stations is very controversial. It is even suggested that they negatively affect the quality and length of human life. Based on the review of domestic and foreign publications an analysis of the impact of the low-frequency noise on a human being was carried out. Wind power stations operating in groups (farms) constituted the source of noise. It was proved that the level of acoustic pressure with G weighting does not exceed the value of 85 dB. The value of the admissible burdensome noise (102 dB) was exceeded in the bus cabins which were driving with the speed exceeding 30 km·h−1. The opinion of the Ministry of Health confirms the findings. It proves that the present knowledge does not allow a clear indication of the relation between the wind farms and their negative impact on the human health.

The last three years have been associated with a change in the status of social pedagogy as a branch of scientific knowledge and professional practice, as a result of which it was transferred from the pedagogical branch to the branch of social work. In addition, serious social changes in Ukraine, related both to the development of democracy in society, the implementation of humanitarian reforms, and the emergence of a number of social problems (war, population migration, poverty, the crisis of the family institution, etc.), indicate the need for changes in the field of professional assistance aimed at ensuring the psychological well-being of citizens. Today, there is some uncertainty regarding the main aspects of the profession of a social educator in society. But the content of this activity in the context of the deployment of professional practices in educational institutions, in particular in a secondary school, causes no less contradictions. The main idea is to autonomize the position of a social educator. A social educator should become a conductor of the philosophy and policy of the functioning of the educational environment, which is safe for the child, humanistically oriented, developing personal potential, providing appropriate material, physical, psychological, spiritual resources. His activities should be aimed at a critical assessment of the team's progress towards progress, a clear response to the negative social influences of the educational environment on the personality of the child, participation in planning the impact of events on the personality of the child and the acquisition of a positive socialization experience. His mission is to improve the quality of human life through the harmonization of human-environment relations, and the goal of the activity is to create conditions for positive socialization and effective integration of man in society.
