Pendidikan humanis adalah suatu proses pendidikan yang menganut alirat filsafat humanisme,  dimana proses pendidikan menempatkan manusia sebagai salah satu objek terpenting dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan humanis didasari dengan persamaan kedudukan manusia, Paulo freire merupakan tokoh yang menggagas pendidikan humanis yang terkenal dengan konsep pendidikan dalam filsafat pendidikan humanisme, yaitu pendidikan yang membebaskan. Paulo Freire berperan dalam dinamika perkembangan pendidikan di Brazil. Latar belakang pemikirannya terbentuk atas realita ketimpangan pendidikan yang ada di daerahnya. Artikel ini berisikan tentang konsep pendidikan Paulo Freire yang beraliran filsafat humanisme. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan pendidikan aliran filsafat humanisme dalam pemikiran Paulo Freire. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research atau penelitian kepustakaan yang khusus mengkaji suatu masalah untuk memperoleh data dalam pembahasan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: proses pendidikan IPA di SD yang sesuai dengan harapan pada saat ini, model pendidikan Paulo Freire, tujuan dari pendidikan Paulo Freire, serta relevansinya dengan pendidikan IPA di SD. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian library research (penelitian kepustakaan). Sumber data utama diperoleh dari buku, jurnal dan  tulisan  lain yang berkaitan pendidikan IPA di SD dan model pendidikan pembebasan dari Paulo Freire. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengidentifikasi informasi dari buku-buku, laporan penelitian terdahulu, jurnal, artikel, web, ataupun informasi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan cara analisis deskriptif. Analisis data  mencakup  penguraian  masalah  sesuai  objek  kajian kemudian dideskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan, yaitu 1) pendidikan IPA di SD diarahkan melalui pengalaman langsung, dilakukan secara inkuiri ilmiah dengan mengembangkan keterampilan proses dan sikap ilmiah, 2) Model pendidikan menurut Paulo Freire menyatakan tentang pendidikan dialektis, pendidikan yang membebaskan dan tidak membelenggu, dan c) pendidikan  yang humanisme, yaitu pendidikan yang memanusiakan manusia. Relevansi Pendidikan IPA SD di Indonesia dengan pendidikan Paulo Freire adalah IPA yang dibelajarkan secara inkuiri ilmiah mempunyai aspek pesan yang saling berkesinambungan dengan pemikiran dari Paulo Freire tentang pendidikan yang dialektis, pendidikan yang membebaskan dan bukan membelenggu, serta pendidikan yang humanistis.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan tujuan dan metode pendidikan anak perspektif Abdullah Nasih Ulwan dan Paulo Freire serta menjelaskan persamaan dan perbedaan konsep pendidikan anak perspektifAbdullah Nashih Ulwan dengan Paulo Freire. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kepustakaan (library research)yang bersifat analitis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis secara kritis komparatif melalui analisi isi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan 1) tujuan pendidikan Ulwan adalah untuk melahirkan generasi Islam yang berpedoman pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadist; 2) tujuan pendidikan Freire adalah untuk menciptakan manusia yang sadar (conscitizacao), manusia yang bebas (liberalisasi), dan menciptakan manusia yang memanusiakan manusia (humanisasi). Konsep pendidikan Ulwan dan Freire secara umum memiliki persamaan, yaitu sama-sama mempunyai tujuan untuk melahirkan generasi baru yang berkualitas melalui proses pendidikan. Adapun perbedaannya yaitu metode pendidikan Ulwan adalah metode keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasihat, pengertian, dan hukuman, sedangakan metode pendidikan Freire adalah pendidikan hadap masalah.

The background of this issue, there are cases of violence mostly by educators is still emerged, must be a serious concern concern, which is shows the low understanding of educators about the concept of humanist education, as exemplified by KH Ahmad Dahlan, Ki Hajar Dewantara or Paulo Friere as a famous figure of educators. The research is aimed to understand the humanist educational thought of a religious patterned (KH Ahmad Dahlan), nationalist (Ki Hajar Dewantara) and socialistic (Paulo Friere) style of humanist education. The method used in this research is a library research with a qualitative approach, by doing descriptive analysis and interpreting the data obtained. The results of this research shows that KH Ahmad Dahlan, Ki Hajar Dewantara and Paulo Freire have similarities in viewing humanist education, although they have a slightly differences in the use of terms and methods of field practical application.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Library Research (penelitian kepustakaan). Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah metode dokumenter, yaitu mencari dan mengumpulkan data mengenai variabel penelitian berupa buku-buku karangan Paulo Freire dan konsep Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Kemudian untuk analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analysis). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah a) pendidikan semestinya menjadi kendaraan revolusioner untuk membantu manusia mencapai kesadaran kritis dan tujuan akhir pendidikan humanis yaitu membebaskan manusia dari belenggu penindasan sehingga memiliki kembali nilai kemanusiaan, b) terdapat relevansi konsep pendidikan humanis Paulo Freire dengan Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam hal peran peserta didik, kesadaran individu dan masyarakat, pendidikan berbasis realitas sosial, serta pendidikan dialogis menuju masyarakat toleran dan demokratis.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shari'ah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.

This article aims at describing the obseroance of wasiat wajibah (compulsory bequeathment) in the Islamic court of Banten, analyzing the provision of the substitute heir and adopted children in the Compilation of  Islamic Law (KHI). In addition, the ideal laws to manage the innheritance rules in Indonesia. This article is library research by using doctrinal approach and using case study and survey methods. The data was, then, analyzed by using analytical descriptive and analytical correlative methods. The result showed that the observance of wasiat wajibah in the Islamic court of  Banten employed by judges is by using the Mawali Hazairin’s Doctrine. The criteria of the adoption of substitute heir and adopted children in the KHI is the attempts of Ulama and many judgees junst in giving legal justice and certainty to the society.   Key Words: Islamic Inheritance Law, Compilation of Islamic Law, Islamic court of  Banten

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

Majority of the indigenous people who are the original inhabitants in Malaysia inhibit the remote area of tropical forest which is rich in natural resources. Their lives are separated from the outside community due to several factors such as geography, low literacy, negative perceptions of the surrounding community, and the closed-door attitude of the indigenous people. Consistent preaching activities have changed the faith of the indigenous people from animism orientation towards believing in the Oneness of God. The practice of Islam as a way of life in the lives of indigenous peoples is found to be difficult to practice because the fiqh approach presented to them does not celebrate their local condition. In this regard, this study will examine the socio-cultural isolation of indigenous peoples and their impact on the interpretation of Islamic law. To achieve this objective, the researchers have applied the library research method by referring to the literatures related to the discussion of Islamic scholars in various disciplines of fiqh and usūl al-fiqh. The research found that there is rukhsah and taysir approach given to isolated people as well as with local background to facilitate the religious affairs of the indigenous people. Abstrak Majoriti masyarakat Orang Asli yang merupakan penduduk asal di semenanjung Malaysia mendiami kawasan pedalaman di hutan hujan tropika yang kaya dengan khazanah alam. Kehidupan mereka terasing daripada masyarakat luar disebabkan beberapa faktor seperti geografi, kadar literasi yang rendah, pandangan negatif masyarakat sekitar dan sikap tertutup masyarakat Orang Asli. Gerakan dakwah yang dijalankan secara konsisten telah membawa perubahan kepercayaan sebahagian masyarakat Orang Asli daripada berorientasikan animisme kepada mempercayai Tuhan yang Esa. Pengamalan Islam sebagai cara hidup dalam kehidupan masyarakat Orang Asli didapati agak sukar untuk dipraktikkan lantaran pendekatan fiqh yang disampaikan kepada mereka tidak meraikan suasana setempat mereka. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini akan meneliti keadaan isolasi sosio-budaya masyarakat Orang Asli dan kesannya terhadap pentafsiran hukum Islam. Bagi mencapai objektif tersebut, pengkaji menggunakan kajian kepustakaan sepenuhnya dengan menelusuri literatur berkaitan dengan perbincangan sarjana Islam dalam pelbagai disiplin ilmu fiqh dan usul fiqh. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat rukhsah dan pendekatan taysir diberikan kepada mereka yang hidup terasing serta berlatar belakang budaya setempat bagi memudahkan urusan keagamaan masyarakat Orang Asli.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.
