This study had an objective to determine the application and improvement of students' abilities in mathematics learning of subtraction material of two integers in class 1-A of Tlogomas 2 Elementary School in Malang City. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach, in which the data obtained was objective data (by the reality in the field). The data collected in this study were taken during the learning process in class discussing subtraction material, both pre and post action given by using the number bag media. This type of research was classroom action research (classroom action research) designed for researchers and teachers, to solve problems that occurred in the classroom relating to the process and results of learning. The subject of this study were grade 1-A students at Tlogomas 2 Elementary School, Malang City, which consists of 28 students, 16 male students, and 12 female students. The results of students' abilities in a material reduction in pre-action are 25%. While the results of students' abilities after the post-action with number bag media, in the first cycle reached 67.9% and in the second cycle of 85.7%. Based on the research that had been done, it showed that the use of number bag media could improve students' abilities in the reduction material.

This study aims to determine whether the type cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve mathematics learning creativity in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan in particular on the subject of Perimeter and Area of Rectangle class VII T.P second semester 2014/2015. The research is a classroom action research (PTK) using cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). The instrument used was a test as much as 5 about the shape of the description and in the observation is the creativity of student learning. The subjects were students / student of class VII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan totaling 38 people consisting of 21 male students and 17 female students. The object of this research is the creativity of mathematics learning using cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). Obtaining the average value of the creativity of the students at an early test of 41.26% (Less), the first cycle increased to 59.15% (Enough), and the second cycle increased to 79.10% (Good). It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) on the subject of the circumference and area of a rectangle increased creativity of mathematics learning in class VII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Medan T.P.2014 / 2015.

The low mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students is the background of this study, of 18 only 8 (44.45%) are complete, the average value obtained is 55.83. This study aims to improve the results of mathematics learning by applying the method of discussion. This study is a classroom action research conducted in class V SDN 003 Tembilahan Kota, the subject in this study amounted to 18 students consisting of 15 male students and 3 female students. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings and one daily test. The results of this study states that after applied the method of discussion of mathematics learning outcomes of students of grade V SDN 003 Tembilahan Kota has increased. This is evidenced by: in prasiklus a thorough student is 8 students with an average score of 55.83, in the cycle I complete student is 16 students with an average value of 80.00. And on the second cycle of completed students is 18 students with an average grade of 88.06.

This research is a Classroom Action Research that have aimed to improve students learning result on the subject of  Linear Equation with One Variable using media educative Domino Card games in the class VII.9 MTs Negeri Dumai on odd semester, academic year 2017/2018. This class consisting of 37 students with 17 male students and 20 female students.  This research was conducted in two cycles comprising 3 meetings in each cycle. The data of the research were collected by using some techniques, that is  by using test after each cycle and observation each meetings. The data of was collecting using quantitative  and qualitative analyze. The result of this research using media educative Domino Card games can improve students learning result. There was an improvement on the mean score of the test. In the first cycle it was 74.05 and improved to 84.32 in the second cycle. This technique could make the students pay attention to the lesson properly.

This study aimed at knowing the improvement of students’ achievement in “Prakarya and Kewirausahaan” subject matters by using method Group to Group Exchange (GGE) at X MIPA 2 of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in academic year of 2016-2017. This study was classroom action research which was conducted in 2 cycles. The subject of this study was students of X MIPA 4 of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja with the number of students was 39 students consisted of 20 male students and 19 female students. Cycle 1 consisted of 3 meetings and cycle 2 consisted of 3 meetings, the data was collected by using observation and test. The data was obtained in the form of students’ achievement which is covered cognitive aspect, affective, and psychomotor. The data was analyzed through descriptive quantitative. The result of this study showed that the implementation of method Group to Group Exchange (GGE) at X MIPA 2 of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja could improve the result of students’ achievement in “Prakarya and Kewirausahaan” subject matters. The mean score of students achievement in the cycle 1 was 71 and for cycle 2 was 78.27. From the result in the cycle 1 and 2, the improvement of students achievement was 7.27. Classical mastery learning also improved for the cycle 1 was 58% became 87% in the cycle 2, the improvement of students achievement was 29%.

The purpose of this study is to improve the storytelling skills in language learning  of grade I students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Sapen Yogyakarta using hand puppet media.This research is collaborative classroom action research with the cycle model design. The subject of the study was grade I students of Al Ibadi Muhammadiyah Elementary School Sapen, totaling 30 students, consisting of 16 male and 14 female students. The data were collected through observatioThe purpose of this study is to improve the storytelling skills in language learning  of grade I students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Sapen Yogyakarta using hand puppet media.This research is collaborative classroom action research with the cycle model design. <p class="JRPMAbstractBodyEnglish">Learning mathematics at the elementary school level is very important in planting basic concepts about the concepts being taught. One effective way of learning mathematics in planting these concepts is by using manipulative media. Based on the results of observations of researchers in class II C of Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Nitikan, Yogyakarta obtained: 1) mathematics learning rarely uses the media, 2) the subject of fractions is difficult material with marked results of the pretest only 53.1% who reach minimum completeness criterion. This study aims to describe learning using manipulative media to improve understanding of the subject matter of fractions. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. The subjects of this study are class II C of Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Nitikan, amounting to 32 students. Data collection techniques used are observation and test. Data analysis in this classroom action research is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed the ability to understand the concept of mathematics in the first cycle is 62,5 % with good criteria and the second cycle is 78.1 %  with good criteria. The results of observations of the feasibility of using manipulative media in learning mathematics on the subject matter of fractions seen based on the activities of teachers and students during the learning process. Based on research that has been done, it can be concluded that the ability to understand mathematical concepts and student learning activities in class II C of SD Muhammadiyah Nitikan increases after the application of learning using manipulative media.</p>

The background of this research is the low of mathematics learning result of grade 1 student of SDN 004Tembilahan Kota, for that done perbaiakan learning process by applying method of discussion. This researchwas conducted in SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota with the subject of research is the first grade students with 36students. This research is a classroom action research conducted two cycles. Based on the results of theresearch, it is found that the use of the method of disuksi can improve the students' learning outcomes aboutknowing and determining the length and weight with nonstandard units using concrete objects / concretesituation in the initial data, the total number of completed students is 12 students (33.3%) average 55.83. In thefirst cycle has increased the number of students who complete is 26 students (77.22%) with an average value of80.00. In the second cycle has increased with the total number of students who completed is 32 students (88.89)with an average value of 88.06.

The background of this study is the low mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru, to overcome this problem a classroom action research was conducted by applying fraction card media. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru, the subject of this study was class VI students with a total of 24 students. The results of this study show that mathematics learning outcomes have increased in pre-cycle average value obtained is 59.8, in the first cycle obtained an average value of 68.3. And in the second cycle obtained an average value of 82.9. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes in simple fraction material increase after the fraction card media are applied.

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

The research is aimed to the use of think inside the box strategy be able to improve students vocabulary mastery. The subject of this study was 20 students at second grade students of SMPN 4 Praya Barat Daya. In which consist of 8 males and 12 females. It was classroom action research with two cycles, each cycles of four steps: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The data gathering used written test, and questionnaires and analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative approach. At the result of the first cycle was failed where the mean score of pre test was 62.35 and class percentage was 30% and he mean score of post test was 70.25 and class percentage was 65% and the result of the second cycle that the mean score was 80,2 and the class percentage was 80% indicating the target of 75 of the minimum criterion has been achieved, it means that the action was stopped.
