This research is conducted to know and develop the process of determining scholarship recipients in BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk which until now still done by manual process. Based on interview, it was found that there has been a delay in decisionmaking from the deadline that has been determined. From this study the authors hope to help decision makers to be able to use the system that has been made in order to help the decision-making process. The problem discussed in this research is how the implementation of Profile Matching method is used in determination of scholarship recipients of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk.? Profile Matching method is used to provide recommendations of students who are entitled to get based on the total value that is the result of core factor and secondary factor. The variables used are GPA, Achievement, Psychotest score, and interview value. For core factor attributes: GPA, psychotest score, and interview value, while for secondary factor attribute: achievement. For the total value weighs 80% for core factor and 20% for secondary factor. The result of this research is a rank of candidate based on calculation by web-based decision support system using profile matching method. The government provides direct cash assistance for the community, which originates from the Village Fund or called BLT-Dana Desa. The criteria for BLT recipients were very clear in writing. From the data collected, the aspects and criteria for BLT recipients were determined. The Profile Matching method or profile matching is applied to the calculation of the assessment gap in decision makers. Weighting in the Profile Matching method is a definite value that is firm on certain values because the values are members of a crisp set. In a strict set, the membership of an element in the set is expressly stated whether the object is a member of the set or not by using the characteristic function. Identification of problems in community research wants transparency and equality of BLT recipients for residents who do not earn. Different criteria emerged from the opinions of villagers in determining BLT recipients. Implementation of data collection and distribution of BLT-Village Funds that are effective, efficient, and right on target. The determination of recipients of BLT funds was supported by an assessment of Aspects and Criteria. The application design uses the PHP programming language and Xampp database management by applying the profile matching method.

Clove is a type of spice plant that has many benefits. The part that is often used from the clove plant is the flower bud. Usually it will go through a drying process before it is finally consumed or used. The method used to determine land suitability for clove plants is the profile matching method. The data used in determining the suitability of land for clove plants was obtained by using observation and interviews with employees at the address of Kuta Galuh Village, Tiga Ndreget District, Karo Regency. The system for determining land suitability for clove plants was built using a web-based programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of land for clove plants in Tiga Ndreget District, Karo Regency. Calculation of ranking determination The final result of the profile matching process is ranking. Determination of ranking refers to the results of certain calculations. The results of the calculation of the profile matching method include Kuta Galuh Village with a Final Score of 5.02 Ranking 1, Nari Gunung Village with a Final Score of 4.98 Ranking 2, Tanjung Belang Village with a Final Score of 4.56 Ranking 3.

Environment, Occupational, Safety and Health (EOSH) Captain is an activity created by the Safety Officer at PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia. To determine the best EOSH Captain for the first time and is still influenced by the Subjective factor in assessing the prospective EOSH Captain, the safety officer is sometimes difficult to determine the best EOSH Captain, due to the lack of criteria so that the inaccuracy of assessment results in errors in determining the selection of EOSH Captain, constraints Another factor is the search for supporting data for the EOSH captain selection criteria is hampered, because the safety officer must focus on the job desk of his work, resulting in the length of the decision-making process. In this study, to overcome the above constraints, a method called the Profile Matching method is used. This Profile Matching method can process and compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value so that competency differences can be known. The purpose of this research is to accelerate the decision-making process. An acute injury in which a family member requires critical care creates a period of intense stress for families. During such time, family members are often faced with decisions about the patient or the family. The ability of families to make decisions during this stressful period is not addressed in the literature. The purpose of this study was to determine what decisions families made in the one-month period after a patient’s admission. Families of patients with severe head injury were chosen because these families are often forced to make decisions quickly and to act as proxy decision-makers for the injured person. Nurses can make important contributions to assist family members in making decisions about the patient or the family. Nurses need to understand what decisions family members need to make and the circumstances surrounding the decision-making process to intervene appropriately

Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

One form of education that we can get is learning guidance. In conducting learning guidance required process of meeting between teachers and students. Learning guidance enrollment system using profile matching method is a system that can be a media for students with teachers. Profile matching is a method of decision-making system that uses variable data comparison in the form of criteria owned between a part. This system is used to provide teacher recommendations to learners by using a comparison of data in the form of criteria, among others, origin address, address in Malang, hobbies, education history and experience. The Gap value obtained from the criteria data calculated on the Core Factor and Secondary Factor will then be performed N as the total value of the assessment aspect. With variable data comparison on every aspect of the ordering system guidance of learning can provide recommendations to teachers to learners who possess the level of matching data based on the calculations that have been done.

This research was conducted to assist the school in terms of selection of creative students, especially those using Kurikulum 2013 or better known as K-13. We conclude that the subjective application of student achievement with the 2006 curriculum is more commonly referred to as Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) has been widely circulated schools. The limits given in the decision support system of selecting student achievement include the determination of criteria and using Profile Matching method which leads to the determination of GAP value, the smaller the gap value the greater the chance to be selected as a student achievement. In designing applications researchers use using tools such as UML ( Unified Modeling Language) in order to make it easier to move the concept of a system designed into the form of the program.

The Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in Padang always conducts an annual assessment of outstanding lecturers. In terms of assessment, it must be based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes performance as well as personality and social achievements. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Padang Ministry of Health Poltekkes is still manual, therefore it is necessary to design an application of a decision support system to determine outstanding lecturers using computerization using the profile matching method. The application is expected to help the campus in making decisions regarding the determination of outstanding lecturers with predetermined criteria and values. The results of this study get the final value of 4.84 obtained by the lecturer Dosen 2. Then from this analysis will be able to help the campus in determining the outstanding lecturers

In the determination of employees who have the achievement required assessment of the assessment. There are several policy setting criteria to be able to prevent subjective decision-makers such as the influence of "likes and dislikes", so it is often wrong to judge employees. This paper is intended to provide a solution to the problem of choosing qualified and qualified employees using the AHP method and using decision support systems application Expert Choice to assist decision making in determining outstanding employees based on MBO method references. From the result of comparison of criteria weight that has been inputted and has been adjusted with comparison matrix Sub Criteria of Achievement then got that occupy the highest priority data that is consumer satisfaction with point 0,434, discipline with point 0,285, operational performance with point 0,071 and achievement with point 0,058 with inconsistency 0, 03 with 0 missing judgments. The results of AHP calculations will be applied to produce the highest intensity of employee priority outputs so that employees with the highest score are eligible for rewards or rewards.
