When the covid-19 pandemic comes, conventional learning methods must change with online learning methods or commonly called online learning which utilizes media platforms connected to the internet network to distribute materials and communicate between teachers and learners. Even in the event of a covid-19 pandemic learning must still be carried out and cannot be abandoned. Because this kind of learning has never been practiced before, then there are difficulties or problems very potentially arise. To solve this kind of thing, a strategy is needed to solve the problem. The media used must also be considered and adjusted to the conditions of the learners. This activity aims to maintain the quality of learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Even if the learning runs in the network, the quality of learning must still be considered so that the learning runs well and is effectively accepted by learners. This research aims to find out how online learning is done by SD Plus Al Hikmah and how the methods and strategies applied to maintain the quality of online learning so that the learning carried out can run effectively.

<p><em>Between the world of education and technology cannot be separated because these two sides are interrelated, student learning can be done online and offline by looking at the situation and conditions. The abilities and limitations they have are also different, so there is a need for a policy by dividing the zones in implementing online lectures based on the quality of the internet network owned by each region where the student comes from. The quality of the learning process can be seen from the quality of the lecturers who teach and the learning media used, especially in online learning everything has to adjust. The problem of an unstable internet network and lecturers who are not fully ready to teach online are the main problems in online learning. So that is the importance of dividing 3 zones for the application of online lectures, zone 1 network is strong and stable can study online, zone 2 network is less strong and stable, online and offline lectures and zone 3 networks are not yet available so offline lectures are conducted</em><em></em></p>

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring terhadap pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrument angket likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 adalah 39,6%, artinya berada pada ketegori rendah. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pendemi Covid-19 adalah: pengajar kesulitan membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan siswa, terjadi miss komunikasi baik antara siswa dengan pengajar, maupun wali siswa dengan pengajar, perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring kurang memadai, koneksi internet kurang baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun.Abstract in englishThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of online learning on teachers and the quality of learning. This research method is a survey with a Likert questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was 39.6%, which is in the low category. Some of the obstacles found in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 epidemic were: teachers had difficulty building two-way communication with students, there was a miss of communication between students and teachers, as well as student guardians and teachers, inadequate online learning support devices, insufficient internet connection good, and students' motivation to participate in learning decreased.

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form. This study aimed to describe teachers’ readiness, teachers’ obstacles, and teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period of SMP Negeri 1 Sorkam.  The research was conducted by applying qualitative descriptive method. Interview, questionnaire, and documentation were used in collecting the data. The data was analysis by applying data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. The result of Sthe research showed (1) the average of teachers’ readiness in online learning in pandemic period was 3.00 (good category), 2) teachers’ obstacles in online learning in pandemic period were included the internet network was not good and the electricity network often went out, and 3) teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period was conducted offline.

The Directorate General of Taxation currently utilizes internet technology to improve service, one of which is by conducting an online registration of NPWP or e-Registration so that new taxpayers are easier to register anywhere and anytime. But in this case there are things that hinder the process. Based on the research there are several factors that hinder the e-Registration process, such as: (1) Data received by the Extensification Section is incomplete, (2) The internet network are often disrupted, (3) The lack of public attention to the socialization that has been carried out. The author suggests for KPP Pratama Manado to re-socializing about e-Registration, improving the quality of the socialization and improving the internet network.Keyword : E-Registration, NPWP, Taxpayers, Socialization, Public Attention, Internet Network

The spread of digital media on the internet was very broad, fast, and cannot be monitored in a structured manner about what media has been uploaded and distributed on the internet network. The spread of digital media like this was very difficult to detect whether the media that shared was privately owned or that of others that is re-shared by media theft or digital media piracy. One step to overcome the theft of digital works is to give them a watermark, which is an identity that is placed on top of the work. However, this is still considered unsafe because the identity attached can be cut and manipulated again until it is not visible. In addition, the use of Steganography method to hide messages in an image can still be manipulated by adding messages continuously so that it accumulates and damages the original owner of the image. In this article, the author provides a solution called Digital Watermarking, a step of encrypting the data of the original owner of the work and putting it into the image of his work. This watermark cannot be seen clearly, but actually in the media there is encrypted data with a strong Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method. As a result, a tool that can improve the security of media owner data by combining the AES and Steganogaphy methods in the formation of new media that cannot be changed anymore. So, when the media is stolen and used by others and has been edited, the owner's personal data can never be changed.

This chapter introduces the overall concept of multimedia Quality of Experience (QoE) over the Internet. It presents all the elements of multimedia QoE ecosystem and emphasizes their roles in determining the user satisfaction. The chapter also presents different multimedia transmission components and how these components contribute to successful transmission of the media content. In addition, some key performance indicators relevant to the multimedia QoE are presented with more emphasis on network and application level indicators. Furthermore, different QoE estimation methods and techniques along with QoS/QoE learning algorithms are presented. Finally, the chapter includes some of the future challenges and issues related to multimedia QoE.

During the pandemic covid-19 era, teachers felt difficulties in adjusting their learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic. Through a descriptive qualitative research approach, it was found that implementing clinical management at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic was almost the same as implementing it in standard times. What distinguishes it is the findings. In the observation process, it was found that there was a mismatch between the agreed criteria and the learning actions carried out by the teacher. In the first cycle, the majority of teachers felt less prepared in terms of facilities in teaching. Of the 20 teachers, 18 people have not mastered online learning techniques, 12 people have not compiled the learning media needed during the pandemic. In the next cycle, there was significant progress. Almost all teachers had facilitated their learning needs. They can apply online learning with the media used. In the following process, observation is focused on maximizing the learning media on the learning functions that can be achieved. After several clinical supervision cycles, teachers successfully solved their learning problems and were more motivated to improve their professional competence continuously.

The Online Learning During Pancemic Covid-19 At MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo Central of Java, the research of study is (1) to describe the online learning during pandemic covid-19 at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of online learning during pandemic covid-19 at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo. This reseach employs qualitative approach, the data get by the observation, documentation, and interview. The subject of research is theachers, parents and students of MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing. The analyze of data is triangulation of data with qualitative approach. The result of reseach is implementation online learning during pandemic at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo less effective because of several inhibiting factors, and not all of students have smartphones and the internet network is less stable.
