Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring terhadap pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrument angket likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 adalah 39,6%, artinya berada pada ketegori rendah. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pendemi Covid-19 adalah: pengajar kesulitan membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan siswa, terjadi miss komunikasi baik antara siswa dengan pengajar, maupun wali siswa dengan pengajar, perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring kurang memadai, koneksi internet kurang baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun.Abstract in englishThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of online learning on teachers and the quality of learning. This research method is a survey with a Likert questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was 39.6%, which is in the low category. Some of the obstacles found in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 epidemic were: teachers had difficulty building two-way communication with students, there was a miss of communication between students and teachers, as well as student guardians and teachers, inadequate online learning support devices, insufficient internet connection good, and students' motivation to participate in learning decreased.

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form. During the pandemic covid-19 era, teachers felt difficulties in adjusting their learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic. Through a descriptive qualitative research approach, it was found that implementing clinical management at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic was almost the same as implementing it in standard times. What distinguishes it is the findings. In the observation process, it was found that there was a mismatch between the agreed criteria and the learning actions carried out by the teacher. In the first cycle, the majority of teachers felt less prepared in terms of facilities in teaching. Of the 20 teachers, 18 people have not mastered online learning techniques, 12 people have not compiled the learning media needed during the pandemic. In the next cycle, there was significant progress. Almost all teachers had facilitated their learning needs. They can apply online learning with the media used. In the following process, observation is focused on maximizing the learning media on the learning functions that can be achieved. After several clinical supervision cycles, teachers successfully solved their learning problems and were more motivated to improve their professional competence continuously.

Pandemic Covid-19 is a challenge for campus leaders. Covid-19 in Indonesia brought significant impact on the implementation of tridharma PTKIS. Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Anwar Makarim finally required all educational institutions to apply online learning. Education is the mandate of the Constitution. The Government should be grateful to PTKIS who continue to serve the student education rights. In the present condition, PTKIS should be invited together to find the best solution. This is done so that the service and quality of learning can still be maintained. The fate of lecturers and private employees remains assured.

When the covid-19 pandemic comes, conventional learning methods must change with online learning methods or commonly called online learning which utilizes media platforms connected to the internet network to distribute materials and communicate between teachers and learners. Even in the event of a covid-19 pandemic learning must still be carried out and cannot be abandoned. Because this kind of learning has never been practiced before, then there are difficulties or problems very potentially arise. To solve this kind of thing, a strategy is needed to solve the problem. The media used must also be considered and adjusted to the conditions of the learners. This activity aims to maintain the quality of learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Even if the learning runs in the network, the quality of learning must still be considered so that the learning runs well and is effectively accepted by learners. This research aims to find out how online learning is done by SD Plus Al Hikmah and how the methods and strategies applied to maintain the quality of online learning so that the learning carried out can run effectively.

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. Online learning has become a way to improve efficiency in the learning process without reducing the quality of learning itself. Colleges that run it hope that the program becomes an attraction for prospective students, especially those with limitation to follow the regular program. The goal of this research was to find out whether Binus Online Learning Program has any influence to the competitive advantage of Binus University. Data were compiled by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consist of the students and lecturers on Binus Online Learning Program. This thesis is based on a quantitative methodology to gather and analyze the data to find out if they were any correlation between Online Learning Program and the competitive advantage of Binus University. It can be concluded that there are some positive and significant influences of Online Learning Program to the competitive advantage of Binus University. Therefore, promoting and developing Online Learning Program will increase the competitive advantage of Binus University, and cover the target market which regular programs do not.

This study enlightment how the online learning bring out impact for students achievement. 20 students as participant in this study. The descriptive qualitative was used as method of the study.  Based on the result of questionnare 80% of online learning is interesting for students. 65% of students answer that online learning class are easier that regular class and 5% answer not.  85% of students always prepare their learning with taking notes or record it. 90% of students answer online learning practical for them. When talking about the time of online learning 7% of students feel disturb and hurry but 70% are not. 75% of students ask that online learning is cheaper than they should go to class, because they need to pay for bus fare, lunch, clothes etc. 68% of students always join discussion along the online learning. 75% of students feel more confidence joining online learning that face to face in class. That’s why 60% of students think online learning can improve high quality of learning. And 70% of the teacher always accomodate their students in learning. They teacher also give them feedback after they send their assignment and more of the students feel more confidence with online learning. In summary, online learning provide students practical and flexible way in learning, it also make them more creative and active. Online learning give them some benefit in learning.
